Although the patty is thin, the flavors work. The burger comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mustard. No ketchup, you add that yourself. The bun with sesame seeds always comes out piping hot. Sweet potato fries are crispy and not greasy. The combo comes with a drink for $10.99. That's a deal. I hope they stay in business another 13 years!

Sky Rocket burger is upper echelon in terms of quality and quantity. I first tried their burgers here in Deep Ellum and got put on to an Underrated find. The burger was fresh, juicy, and cooked perfectly with that classic, no-frills flavor that's hard to find these days. You can tell they focus on quality over shortcuts. The fries were hot and crispy, and everything came out quickly . What really stood out was how consistent everything felt--from the food to the service. The staff was friendly and kept things moving without making it feel rushed. Simple menu, done really well. The drinks and shakes really took it to another level. Their shakes are thick, creamy, and actually taste homemade--not watered down like a lot of places. The cookies & cream and strawberry flavors especially stand out.
