It's located in the food truck pod near the old Big Lots parking area and is easy to find. We noticed there's a covered dining area and decided to dine in. Once you walk to the counter, you will see the menu in front of the cart. Personally, I was very impressed with the menu sign as it was very informative. If you spend 2 minutes reading the sign, it would probably answer all your questions. It has the pictures and price of the dishes, side dishes and average info, stars on the recommended ones, their contact information, social media and the QR code. We noticed many customers called in their orders then picked up their orders later, it's a nice move as it took a while for the food to be made. Thank goodness we were not starving, otherwise it might have been a while. We ordered the steak and shrimp combo with the chicken fried rice. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted good. This place is delicious! We tried it on a nice summer evening and all loved everything, then it fell off of our radar until recently. Why don't we order this more often?! That changes now. We usually start with an order of gyoza and/or lumpia, which are both delicious. You can't really go wrong here, but we love the teriyaki chicken, the steak, and the shrimp. It's a little pricey, but the portions are huge. My daughter and I usually share and it's more than enough food. You definitely want to upgrade to the fried rice, so make sure to do that. The main dishes come with 2 sauces and they are both delicious! I usually just go back and forth between them. Don't skip trying them, they add a lot of additional flavor. I also love that they include some veggies with your food, so the meal feels a little healthy and not super heavy. Everyone that works here is SUPER nice too. They are happy to help with any questions you have about the menu. I recommend calling your order in because they do get busy sometimes. We got there and were welcomed by one of the two brothers (Alan & John) who runs this food cart. Alan took our order and because my husband has a shellfish allergy, he made sure to accommodate our food allergy request. We ordered the Steak Hibachi, Steak & Shrimp Hibachi, a side of shrimp tempura, and a side of chicken fried rice. We were asked how we wanted our steak cooked and requested it to be medium-rare. The aroma as they cooked smelled amazing and we were excited to try it! We took the food home and were very impressed with the quantity and quality of the steak and shrimp! The steak was still very tender and perfectly cooked to our preference. Shrimp was excellent, not over cooked which is what we were hoping for. Fried rice and tempura were great as well! Thinking it was dead and was told 30 min wait time, but they'll try to get it to me as soon as possible. My first Yelp of the year goes out to this wonderful small business in Hillsboro. Purposefully made the trek to check out this hibachi food cart. My sister mentioned it quite a while ago, and today was the day. Called their number and ordered since I know it takes a while to get it ready. They answered right away ,and took my order down. Got to their location, and it was still being prepared. He said it would take a little bit more time since I had multiple orders. When it was done he called my cell to say it was ready. Met two wonderful people who were running the food cart. Learned that they also make it a point to try other small businesses at least once a week.
