I love the steak hibachi, and often stop in to satisfy a craving. I get double meat, and then I can get two full meals out of it (which makes it super affordable!) The employees are always friendly and the service is quick, especially if you call ahead. This is one of my favorite food carts in the area! read more

Absolutely delicious! I got the shrimp which came with rice and a lot of grilled veggies which I loved. It was $16 and very much worth it. The staff was very friendly, and they offered me a variety of sauces for my rice. I would definitely go again. They have a covered seating area with nice clean benches and tables. read more

This place is delicious! We tried it on a nice summer evening and all loved everything, then it fell off of our radar until recently. Why don't we order this more often?! That changes now. We usually start with an order of gyoza and/or lumpia, which are both delicious. You can't really go wrong here, but we love the teriyaki chicken, the steak, and the shrimp. It's a little pricey, but the portions are huge. My daughter and I usually share and it's more than enough food. You definitely want to upgrade to the fried rice, so make sure to do that. The main dishes come with 2 sauces and they are both delicious! I usually just go back and forth between them. Don't skip trying them, they add a lot of additional flavor. I also love that they include some veggies with your food, so the meal feels a little healthy and not super heavy. Everyone that works here is SUPER nice too. They are happy to help with any questions you have about the menu. I recommend calling your order in because they do get busy sometimes. Can't wait to rotate this place into our usual spots! read more

The GOOD - big portions, fair prices - nice CHAR on the veggies - steak is cooked to perfection, I order medium every time - the orange sauce has a wonderful Smokey taste - the other included sauce is sweet and tangy - everything goes together so well with the sauces!! The MIDS - veggies are a little too salty - seating area could be a little cleaner The LOWS - wait time is a little long but so worth it SUMMARY Amazingly hearty meal with perfectly cooked meats and veggies further complimented by the included sauce. This spot was highly recommended by friends and none other than the Korean Mama on Insta :) So my son and I decided to try it out and ordered our food to go. We got there and were welcomed by one of the two brothers (Alan & John) who runs this food cart. Alan took our order and because my husband has a shellfish allergy, he made sure to accommodate our food allergy request. We ordered the Steak Hibachi, Steak & Shrimp Hibachi, a side of shrimp tempura, and a side of chicken fried rice. We were asked how we wanted our steak cooked and requested it to be medium-rare. The aroma as they cooked smelled amazing and we were excited to try it! We took the food home and were very impressed with the quantity and quality of the steak and shrimp! The steak was still very tender and perfectly cooked to our preference. Shrimp was excellent, not over cooked which is what we were hoping for. Fried rice and tempura were great as well! The "yum yum" sauce that came with the food, was so good that we wish we asked for extra. They also provide a teriyaki and soy ginger sauce. Husband didn't react to anything so that is a huge plus, knowing that they do pay attention to food allergy requests. Thank you Alan! We ordered steak and scallops combo, and it was cooked really well! My wife and I shared one order since the serving was really generous. The chef was also kind enough to grant our request of cooking our steaks in 2 different doneness for a single order. The fried rice was flavorful, the veggies had just the right amount of char, and everything tasted really fresh. Overall, the experience was great! So I came around 7 something at night in a Saturday and was surprised with how busy it was. We ordered there. Thinking it was dead and was told 30 min wait time, but they'll try to get it to me as soon as possible. Idk if there were a lot of call ahead orders but it was busy, even though it didn't seem like it. When the food came it was fresh. I will say it's not your everywhere else where's it's a sweet teriyaki chicken with a crust to the meat. This was juicy and savory. I will say, it seems like a lot of protein but less rice than I was expecting, but filling none the less. If I am craving a healthier chicken teriyaki I would get this! If you're in a time crunch, I'd call ahead to see the time frame you're working with. Definitely worth trying! read more

Came here for a scallop/shrimp combo and a steak combo. Have been here a handful of times before and it's been great everytime. Service is wonderful and the food is so fresh, feels home-made, and cooked perfectly everytime. I tipped a bit more generously because it's a great restaurant. The gentleman said it was too much and thanked me for it. He also gave me a bunch of extra sauces to try in return. I also asked if I could have no onions and they happily made a new vege batch to accommodate. Anyways the service was amazing again and the food was perfect. You know when you finish an entree and wish you had more? Didn't happen to me. They LOADED the scallops it was great. Each one was cooked perfectly; so tender and buttery and plump. WOW ! Only word to describe this taste experience is PHENOMENAL! While out here on a work trip and hesitant to try to local foods, This place was an absolute HIT ! Wow! I can definitely say I have never experienced Hibachi this good. My order was the NY steak and shrimp combo. The lemony ginger sauce stuff is just insane. I can say I regret not trying sooner. If near by, It is a MUST try. Great ambiance, customer service was outstanding, and staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed before leaving. 10/10 ‍ read more

Benihana could never. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Literally the best takeout/foodcart I've had all year (maybe even ever) The food was 15/10 portions 10/10 service 10/10 prices 10/10. If you love yourself- go get some steak hibachi from these guys or just order the whole menu honestly. Let me break it down. THE STEAK- they cook it to temp perfectly, it was extremely juicy and tender. I could eat a whole cow of this. THE SHRIMP- not chewy or overcooked which I always get at other spots. Really great flavor. THE FRIED RICE- so much flavor huge portion and for only 2.50 up charge?? And they put chicken in it?? Decided to give this a try on a Friday night. Got take out and brought it home. Ordered the Hibachi Chicken and fried rice, NY Steak and Shrimp and an order of Lumpia. Everything was delicious. The rice, was reminiscent of Benihana, the sauces elevated the proteins. Veggies were great, only thought was one more Lumpia would be nice for $5. My first Yelp of the year goes out to this wonderful small business in Hillsboro. Purposefully made the trek to check out this hibachi food cart. My sister mentioned it quite a while ago, and today was the day. Called their number and ordered since I know it takes a while to get it ready. They answered right away ,and took my order down. Got to their location, and it was still being prepared. He said it would take a little bit more time since I had multiple orders. When it was done he called my cell to say it was ready. Met two wonderful people who were running the food cart. Learned that they also make it a point to try other small businesses at least once a week. Great first visit! We both felt like chicken tonight so 2 chicken hibachi and an order of lumpia. The lumpia picture may not look great, but it was . So good. Can't even describe the flavor except mmmmm! The chicken was grilled perfectly, we upgraded to fried rice which was a good decision. Loved the sauce, similar to any hibachi sauce at many places. We arrived at 7 pm on Saturday, and there was no line. Our order of hibachi steak, hibachi tofu, and a side of yakisoba was ready in less than fifteen minutes. Everything we ordered had great flavor, and the side sauces & lemon really paired well with dishes. So good. Forget Benihanas and just get a generous sized plate here of their Hibachi steak. Veggies comes with it too and its very flavorful. Not a chicken person but their Hibachi chicken is tasty. More of a beef person so I just upgrade my Hibachi Steak Plate for their really yummy fried rice which already has good chunks of chicken in it for $2. They're very kind and prompt. Their food cart has their own table right upfront under a nice shaded seating area too. read more
