Steak & Shrimp plate. The sauces that come with it is "outta this world" delicious. Thank you 503 Hibachi for satisfying my tummy!!

This place food and services is awesome. The employee was friendly and food is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!! I will most definitely be coming back. You'll get your money worth here. Cook time was a bit on the longer side BUT I will wait even longer if I had to lol. I love me some freshly made food, right off the grill and this place definitely gives that.

I've had this place on my list of "places to try" for so long! I finally tried it today and omg it did not disappoint! The steak was cooked perfect and the fried rice was amazing. The service was also fantastic. Everything was clear above my expectations. If you haven't tried it yet... you're missing out!

The GOOD - big portions, fair prices - nice CHAR on the veggies - steak is cooked to perfection, I order medium every time - the orange sauce has a wonderful Smokey taste - the other included sauce is sweet and tangy - everything goes together so well with the sauces!! The MIDS - veggies are a little too salty - seating area could be a little cleaner The LOWS - wait time is a little long but so worth it SUMMARY Amazingly hearty meal with perfectly cooked meats and veggies further complimented by the included sauce. Very fairly priced for the huge portion you get. I'm not sure if you can order ahead of time, but that would be ideal if you can.

Absolutely delicious! I got the shrimp which came with rice and a lot of grilled veggies which I loved. It was $16 and very much worth it. The staff was very friendly, and they offered me a variety of sauces for my rice. I would definitely go again. They have a covered seating area with nice clean benches and tables.

This spot was highly recommended by friends and none other than the Korean Mama on Insta :) So my son and I decided to try it out and ordered our food to go. We got there and were welcomed by one of the two brothers (Alan & John) who runs this food cart. Alan took our order and because my husband has a shellfish allergy, he made sure to accommodate our food allergy request. We ordered the Steak Hibachi, Steak & Shrimp Hibachi, a side of shrimp tempura, and a side of chicken fried rice. We were asked how we wanted our steak cooked and requested it to be medium-rare. The aroma as they cooked smelled amazing and we were excited to try it! We took the food home and were very impressed with the quantity and quality of the steak and shrimp! The steak was still very tender and perfectly cooked to our preference. Shrimp was excellent, not over cooked which is what we were hoping for. Fried rice and tempura were great as well! The "yum yum" sauce that came with the food, was so good that we wish we asked for extra. They also provide a teriyaki and soy ginger sauce. Husband didn't react to anything so that is a huge plus, knowing that they do pay attention to food allergy requests. Thank you Alan! Overall, we are happy customers who will be back to support their business! Highly recommend!

We ordered steak and scallops combo, and it was cooked really well! My wife and I shared one order since the serving was really generous. The chef was also kind enough to grant our request of cooking our steaks in 2 different doneness for a single order. The fried rice was flavorful, the veggies had just the right amount of char, and everything tasted really fresh. Overall, the experience was great! If you live in or are visiting Portland, and you're craving hibachi this is the place!! A big serving of your fave combos for less than $20 is a steal

Came here for a scallop/shrimp combo and a steak combo. Have been here a handful of times before and it's been great everytime. Service is wonderful and the food is so fresh, feels home-made, and cooked perfectly everytime. I tipped a bit more generously because it's a great restaurant. The gentleman said it was too much and thanked me for it. He also gave me a bunch of extra sauces to try in return. I also asked if I could have no onions and they happily made a new vege batch to accommodate. Anyways the service was amazing again and the food was perfect. You know when you finish an entree and wish you had more? Didn't happen to me. They LOADED the scallops it was great. Each one was cooked perfectly; so tender and buttery and plump. If you considered this place, go try it now.

This spot is quite pricey but worth it. Portions are big enough to have a full meal and snack and the flavors aren't lacking. Service was quick as I called in to pick up, my food was ready upon arrival.

503 HIBACHI is always amazing. It is one of our favorite meals whenever we are in the area. it's one of our top 3 choices in the Beaverton area

WOW ! Only word to describe this taste experience is PHENOMENAL! While out here on a work trip and hesitant to try to local foods, This place was an absolute HIT ! Wow! I can definitely say I have never experienced Hibachi this good. My order was the NY steak and shrimp combo. The lemony ginger sauce stuff is just insane. I can say I regret not trying sooner. If near by, It is a MUST try. Great ambiance, customer service was outstanding, and staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed before leaving. 10/10 ‍

Decided to give this a try on a Friday night. Got take out and brought it home. Ordered the Hibachi Chicken and fried rice, NY Steak and Shrimp and an order of Lumpia. Everything was delicious. The rice, was reminiscent of Benihana, the sauces elevated the proteins. Veggies were great, only thought was one more Lumpia would be nice for $5. Overall main item portions were substantial.

Food cart spot between the parking lot of JR Mattress and 24 Hour Fitness on TV Highway in Hillsboro.

My first Yelp of the year goes out to this wonderful small business in Hillsboro. Purposefully made the trek to check out this hibachi food cart. My sister mentioned it quite a while ago, and today was the day. Called their number and ordered since I know it takes a while to get it ready. They answered right away ,and took my order down. Got to their location, and it was still being prepared. He said it would take a little bit more time since I had multiple orders. When it was done he called my cell to say it was ready. Met two wonderful people who were running the food cart. Learned that they also make it a point to try other small businesses at least once a week. If you like hibachi you should definitely give them a try. Their food portions are big. Freshly prepared, and so good!

She explained that changes had been made at the restaurant as a result of feedback like mine, and she genuinely encouraged me to come back and see for myself. I explained that I don't live anywhere near the area and that it would likely be quite some time before I chose Benihana again. I was assured that I would be "taken care of" on my next visit and was even given a personal number to contact. Fast-forward about two months. I happened to be in the area today, so I decided to give them that second chance. Unfortunately, my experience was still far below what I would expect from a restaurant at this price point. The food was still underwhelming. And once again, the people at the table were far too polite to say anything, which honestly made me wonder: Do you ever go back and watch the cameras or listen to what is actually happening at the tables? The drinks I decided that since I normally stick to wine or sake, I would try an actual cocktail this time and give that a fair shot. Unfortunately, the cocktail was essentially sugar syrup. I would have asked to switch it, but there was no one around to do so when I needed them. Eventually, Teddy, the manager, came over, but at that point the situation had already become uncomfortable enough that I simply didn't feel like making an issue out of it. "Comments and states like I'm I like shiny things......." Cocktails: negative zero. Wine: excellent Pinot Noir. The food At the moment, they are offering a limited 5-6 course experience, so I cancelled our other reservations and decided to commit to the full experience here. Unfortunately, the rice was still bad. Juan, the chef, was absolutely amazing. Better than the last by 100000% He was personable, attentive, and did a great job with what he was given. However, the overall experience still felt extremely systematic and lacked the consistency and attention to detail I would expect. I also happened to see the server we had during our previous visit working at the table next to us. It was almost like watching a completely different person--she was much more engaged and attentive this time. Unfortunately, there was also an incident where an entire tray of soup was spilled onto a 400-degree griddle, creating a huge amount of steam directly around the children and adults seated at the neighboring table. That was concerning to watch. Was it better? Some things were better. Some people were excellent. But overall, the restaurant still didn't deliver the experience I was hoping for after being personally asked to return. My bill was $175, with $40.40 comped. And honestly, that's the part that keeps coming back to me: I would have spent that $175 somewhere else. It's not just the money. It's the time. Getting dressed, making reservations, sitting through dinner, and spending an entire evening somewhere is an investment too. I genuinely wanted to be able to come back and say, "They listened. They made changes. It's worth going back." Unfortunately, I can't say that. Would I come back? No. Would I recommend it? No. I appreciate the manager reaching out to me after my original review and making the effort to bring me back. I really do. I gave it another chance specifically because of that conversation. But after tonight, I feel like I've given my feedback, given them another opportunity, and given them my business. At this point, I'm moving on. And again needed to start off with no toilet paper before dinner. Pay $200 for dinner and wipe with seat covers? Pass. I don't want stuff for free ever, but if someone harasses me and calls and pleads for a second review, well here it is. I'll pay no problem. The only difference, my children weren't present this time around Do better.
