Disgustingly dirty! This Sky Zone location is completely run-down, with exposed metal rods, torn foam, and hazards everywhere. The facility is filthy--lash extensions, spills, candy wrappers, and even a broken hair clip were scattered across the open gym area. It's obvious nothing has been cleaned, dusted, or vacuumed in ages. Some areas of the flooring are even held together with tape. To make matters worse, the staff stood around on their phones despite a line forming--on a slow Wednesday afternoon! The lack of cleanliness and maintenance is unacceptable. Imagine taking your 5 year old daughter and her friend to skyzone on a boring cold winter day. You'd think it'd be fun. well no sister I was WRONG. It started out normal with jumping on the trampoline and what not. Until we met the FOAM PIT. It was madness. My baby could not push herself up from the foam pit it was like she was sinking to death. It hurt my heart to hear her little screams "MAMA HELP ME IM DROWNG" (ps I couldn't do anything about it I have a broken leg and a broken hand) Luckily a nice employee helps my daughter out of the pit BUT...when she was pulled out her bottom half was completely engulfed with human SHIT!!! read more

Called sky zone, and was told I had to email the facilities manager. I did so several times with no reply. I cancelled online again. I also asked for the facilities manager number and they "don't have one." I cancelled it through my bank and, got charged again this month. There is zero reason to make the process this difficult or to be unresponsive to this degree. Why even offer a cancel online option if it doesn't work? And why would they allow me to cancel in that manner and THINK it worked only to keep charging me multiple months, repeatedly after. She made the experience pleasant and more affordable by informing us of the saving associated with the membership; even if just for the summer. The only silver lining of the experience is that because we left early, we missed jumping into the foam pit. No way should two grown men be playing dodgeball with children. The velocity that they were throwing the ball was not ok. With the start of summer I gathered a group of 9 year olds, purchased tickets and set out for an afternoon at Skyzone, Highland Heights, OH. website indicated hours of operations 10AM... unbeknownst to us when we arrived at 11:30 it was closed. I noted on window there were two sets of hours for Thursday - one opening at 10AM and the other at 1PM. nowhere on website to did it clarify hours for this date. so, we reluctantly went and killed time at a park for 1.5 hrs to return at 1 PM only to be told it was closed for a private event. suffice to say, this was not only disappointing, but incredibly frustrating. again no sign on door and nothing on-line. When sharing this info with the young staff I was just given a 'shrug' and 'I'm sorry' . when further explaining that it would have been more helpful to have information posted on-line or at best on door I was met with indifference for reasonable customer service. Further, a young teen by the name of Sam- or Samantha- thought it was professional to use sarcastic and passive aggressive language such as 'you can come any time... tomorrow , next day or any other day'. when I said that's not really helpful with today and we can't come tomorrow. she responded with a flippant 'well, we'll miss you'. Her facial expressions were beyond rude and a poor reflection of what I am sure SkyZone wants as the face of their company... where has basic customer service and professional conduct gone with our youth? This whole generation of shrugging off any customer frustration or dissatisfaction as 'Karen' behavior without appropriate, professional and reasonable responses to a customer is just sad. We've gone twice for the Little Leapers hour. The first time it was fantastic! All small children, barely anyone was there, it felt safe for my young children and we all had a great experience. This most recent visit was the polar opposite experience - there were 3 birthday parties that started at the same time as the Little Leapers hour, so there were a ton of older kids there who were attending the parties. It was absolute chaos because of all the older kids. I didn't feel like I could put my 1 year old down because of all the big kids running around. What the hell is the point of having a little kid hour if you're just going schedule birthday parties during it? Totally disappointing and I don't think we'll be back. read more

Alright Sky zone.... Firstly thank you for opportunity to toddlers on Saturday's, we love the chance given to us parents so our kids are not hurt with bigger children or young adults. What I am upset about is that the sponge pit section; truly sponges are falling apart; the bridge stair is falling apart and what is worst that is finding random sock swimming in the pit.... Our five year old has been dying to come for weeks. We booked three reservations online, but did not sign waivers. We waited in line for over 10 minutes to learn that we needed to sign online or visit a station on the opposite wall to download the data glyph (which ultimately led to a pop up that requested my credit card- which was weird), or a touch screen that isn't all that intuitive. We waited in line again, and I was a little nervous since our start time had begun (we were over 20 minutes in at this point), but the woman at the counter adjusted our timed tickets, which was good. Still, none of that was obvious. We also learned that regular socks aren't enough- you have to buy Sky Zone socks. Ok. Overall, this place is a disappointment. This is the third time I've been here and the first time since Covid, and less than half of it was available. The options were also limited for younger kids- there was a trampoline floor, a block pit with restricted entry (the blocks were ripped, pitted, and looked dirty), and two basketball hoops for them. There was a dodgeball court with older kids that they wanted to see, but they would have gotten leveled at ages 3 and 5. The concessions were also very limited- all they had were slushees, chips, and soda. There were also spills on the floor and an abandoned pizza. The staff was friendly, however. Overall , the place had the same feeling as an old roller rink we went to as kids- where everything seems like it's under a layer of grime. At $22 a person (even for a 3 yr old!) for 1.5 hours, I doubt we will return. read more

This place used to be a great toddler release, but it's sadly in a state of disrepair as of late. The foam pit is crumbling, trampoline springs are exposed & padding is thinning. Floor to ceiling is dirty & dusty. There used to be supervision that would help corral kids by their age & abilities - such help is no more. My kid loved coming to this place, but as I watched him get launched into the air after not one, not two, but three preteens ran into the same squares as my child (less than) 4, I assumed we'd never be back. My kids face is scratched up and I carried him out crying. (Keep in mind I was in the square NEXT to him - the kids deliberately jumped into his and other small kids corner squares). This place should really be shut down. It is disgusting. No tables to eat at or sit. Bathroom was filthy. Wanted to order a pizza for my party, pizza had to be ordered from Georgios took 45 minutes. At Sky Zone, with great fun comes a great workout. You'd be amazed at how tired you get after just 10 min of jumping! Or maybe I need to exercise more. Be sure to go to one of the computer screens to fill out a waiver before attempting to pay. One hour of jumping for an adult was $17, the addition of their mandatory Sky Socks is $2 extra - so save these if you plan on coming back. Take comfort in the fact that they actually worked and made my feet feel less slippery than at my previous experiences on trampolines. Lockers are $0.25 to use, but once opened they can't be locked again without dropping in another quarter. We learned this the hard way. The free play area consists of a grid of trampolines with each separated from each other by a barrier so people can jump together, or hop over for their own space. Half the court is for younger children, and the other half dedicated to bigger "kids" who don't want to trample on anyone accidentally. There's also two lanes of basketball hoops to practice dunking, a foam pit, and two dodgeball courts. I'm guessing there are rules as to what you can and can't do, but it's hard to keep track of them unless you waste time reading the small print signs or watch the videos on the screens. So our default was just to try doing anything until one of the staff members wagged their finger at us - which honestly, wasn't very often. The worst employees always seem to be stationed at Dodgeball, where the lone female staff member spent more time gossiping with her friend than looking at the game. The bathrooms were actually in better condition than I expected them to be considering all the small children that sprint through. I saw these anti-bacterial stickers plastered on many railings and handles and don't know how effective these are supposed to be, but at least they're trying. Anyways, mediocre staff aside, things are still very much functional at Sky Zone and it's a fun experience if you never grew out of your bounce house phase (I didn't). read more

This place could be great, however, it's unorganized. Teenagers should not be walking on the benches and engaging in unruly behavior, but this is what they do as they're no adults on the floor. The employees are teens. The space is sizable, but I didn't like how we were waiting for the instruction session...fifteen minutes we waited, at at three, when we were to begin our session, we were still waiting. Took my 4-year-old for toddler time and was VERY impressed. The two hour time frame for $12 was very reasonable. STAFF The staff was great - from the minute we walked in they were friendly and so welcoming. The safety staff on the trampoline played with my daughter (and all the kids) and were great sports as my kid kept throwing balls at him for the last 15 minutes. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was bc at the end the staff started to nail each other w the balls when there were small kids around. I get it - have to have some fun and I'm imagine the job gets mundane, but it just seemed a little off to me. CLEANLINESS We didn't use the bathrooms but every time I turned around I saw them cleaning .. Mats, walls, railings, etc. I think that impressed me the most. Kids had fun but the entire facility is extremely filthy and I mean next level disgusting. We arrived very shortly after they opened and were some of the first people there. The observation deck area had overflowing garbage, spilled drinks in multiple locations and trash everywhere. The tables look like they had never been wiped down. The bathrooms were some of the dirtiest I have ever seen. Bloody paper towns in the sink and the toilets were disgusting. I would come back during the week with my kids. It gets very crowded on the weekends. When they have a high volume of jumpers, I think they need more staff. I am not sure it's completely the fault of the business. There were plenty of parents not watching their kids today and you can find that anywhere. This place does have staff to manage, however it's kind of hard to do that when there are a bunch of excited kids with no reinforcement from their parents. I would suggest that the business find a way to educate their clientele about safety or at least limit the amount of people in an area. The biggest danger I saw during my visit was 2 or more kids jumping on a single trampoline. I think parents should keep in mind that these are teenagers monitoring your kids. However, I used to take my kids to a gymnastics studio with trampolines and most of the staff were teenage gymnasts who monitored the floor effectively and with undaunted authority. I think they had enough experience and seen enough injuries to have absolutely no problem telling an adult twice their age to correct what their kids were doing immediately. I did see a mom at the place today who obviously had classical training as a gymnast and she was so busy performing and showing off that she was not watching her own kids. Her daughter kept running around and jumping on to other trampolines in use. That is not safe and could end up with someone having to get stitches. I did see a staff member tell the mom to go to a different area. The mom was in the smaller kids area doing flips. However, I don't recall seeing any signs saying which area was intended for what group of people. I would also monitor your kids in the foam pit as well to make sure that your kid clears out of the way after jumping and then make sure another kid doesn't jump on their head. I did see plenty of polite kids in that area during my visit today. However, on the previous visit my husband had to tell other kids not to jump until someone moved out of the way. After that the staff member started monitoring the kids better. read more

Very bad experience at skyzone earlier today. If I could give it no stars I would. Anytime your kids leave less happy then when they came in its a bad deal. Over crowded and run by teenagers that allow anything to go on. Dodgeball.... forget it! If your kid isn't loud and super aggressive they won't even get a chance to go in. Teenagers/ young adults running it pick favorites, picking captains and teams.... unbelievable! If you pay your kid should not need a "captain" to pick them. All kids should have a fair amount of jump time. Some kids waited very patiently for their turn for a long time and had tears in their eyes because they did not get to go in. Yet some kids went in time after time. Parents if you let your kids go to this place please watch what goes on! There are benches by the dodgeball area, sit there and watch. My boys aren't super young, 11 and 12 years old but I'm very glad I was there even though talking to the young adult running the game didn't change anything, it allowed me to see how poorly this place is run. We will not return to this location. Really bothered me to see my kids and other kids treated unfairly. read more

I WISH I could give this ZERO stars but the system says I need to have at lest one to continue. This was the worst place I have EVER been to. I am a 24 and used to compete in gymnastics, now I just use it for cardio. This was my firs time being there and it was laughable. The mats and my handx were COVERED in hair grease and stunk of cocount. THE 3 FEET TOUBLE TRACKS IS WHAT DID ME IN!! After 8 minutes of ealizing there is nowhere to tumble i went down and asked for a manager and explained to him nicely and asked for a refund as i was leaving and not continuing to use their facility. I told him this was my first time here and I would like to leave can you process a refund. He told me no! This was very unoranized, there were also unmonitored kids running amok and slamming into me and each other. They allow way too many people at once, may I add. read more

Pretty fun place for kids. The staff is very very friendly and attentive, which is a must for a place like this. Lots to do, plenty of room, and they have a fun snack bar for the kids to enjoy. If you ever have to buy their socks (a special pair is available for a price and necessary) keep them for future visits and avoid the cost. A slightly higher price than I would like to pay for the hour visit, but not a deal breaker. We will go back again, and would even consider this place for birthday parties. read more

This was our second time going. The first time i purchased tickets online through their website, which made checking in a lot easier. You can also fill out their liability waivers there also. I recommend it if you're a germaphobe like me. The screens of their computers are filthy so who knows what's lurking on the keyboard. First visit we went about 5:30. This time we went later and it was packed. My youngest who is almost 4 was scared to death. They had teens running around like they were the only ones there. Every time she tried to get on a trampoline one would come run her away. The staff who were supposed to be monitoring weren't doing very good job of making sure the smaller kids were safe from them. Seems like this place caters more towards older children. I would like to see space available just for toddlers. There were quite a few babies on the trampolines with parents but it was one too many close calls and mini heart attacks for me. So since my daughter didn't want to jump on anything, I asked about a refund. Maybe I asked the wrong person, but I was basically told I could get a credit towards our next jump. So if you go make sure the people you pay for actually jump. We don't go that often for me to want a credit. So that was $20 gone. But my older three had a great time. So highly recommend going early. It's cleaner, it's quieter, and smaller kids can enjoy it. read more
