They don't have enough workers and the little bit of workers they do have are rude and lazy

There are employees everywhere but no one seems to be working. Waited 15 minutes in line to check in as only one person working the check in even though I counted 4-5 employees behind the desk at any given time. The food area was disgusting. Not one table was clean and most had half eaten pizza, water bottles, used plates. I never saw anyone come by and clean the tables for first hour we were here. Finally the only person who seemed to be working tonight came out and started cleaning up. If not that we promised our grandkids an evening of the trampolines, I would have left. Even the upstairs benches had food and empty water bottles snd cups strewn across them. For the price they charge, i think it should at least be clean and the staff should try to make it enjoyable and fun. If there was ever a place that felt dirty and unhealthy this is it. We have used this sky zone for our boys birthday parties on 3 separate occasions. We found that this location is under new ownership and some things have changed over the last few months. If you buy a birthday package read the details very closely so you know what you're buying. We found out the hard way that we paid for a party room BUT it wasn't for the entire duration of our party time slot. If we wanted to have the room the entire time that would be an additional $100 (ie money grab). This was NOT the case last year when we bought the same priced package. Separately, if you need to talk to anyone at the actual location, good luck. They have call center through another country which is very unhelpful for simple questions. We will not be using Sky Zone in the future. read more

Was always kind of a racket but better than hosting, right? well, without saying anything they DOUBLED THEIR PRICES. Was shocked when we had to pay our bill and it was $1,000. Used to be $300-400, and for what? Same rundown place, you have a bunch of strangers sharing the trampolines, and we even had 2 different OTHER parties going on in half of our "party room." Total scam. Never going back again. At Top Gun and Playground World you get the whole place to yourself for $250. Urban air is cheaper, and Altitude is half the price and has a better setup. read more

This was our first time there, and we liked it. This is a good place for kids to get a good workout, and their parents can supervise them too. They have ample seating/tables throughout the place, and the employees are helpful and friendly. My only main criticism would be that it can get crowded on weekends, so weekdays are a better option if you can go then. Lastly, I noticed some (just a few) unsavory characters, probably in their upper teens who were harassing and pushing other kids, but nobody did anything. Perhaps, Sky Zone needs to hire older, larger 'bouncer type' security employees to keep the peace when necessary. Pricing per time segment of park use seems pretty fair too, but I wouldn't pay more. I send my child on a school trip to Sky Zone. Both of the girls come with non skid socks...But they weren't there's so they had to buy new. This was amazing to me...No worker seemed to care about the teens not in the school group hurting the kids in the school group although they were so nice to bring ice to them when the ball was kicked in the face of two of the girls and the chest of another. But, they definitely cared about me purchasing outrageous priced socks. I made a call to the facility but if course no one was able to handle my issue. read more

Spring break never felt so good... Loved it was all I heard from my kids . The place is nice and clean with several areas to get all that pent up energy out for the kids. Being spring break time there were no promotions so it was $20 a kid , for 90 minutes of jumping and bouncing till ya drop. During the year you can find cheaper deals on Groupon for less than half of that . I would highly recommend this place , staff was also very nice . Only thing to stay away from is their massage chairs , I paid $5 for 15 min , but their is no way for you to adjust the pressure on the chairs and it ended up being to hard for me , like someone was hitting me in the back and squeezing the hell out of my calves, other than that this place deserves an A+ . read more

Something else, you aren't allowed to wear your Get Air sock at Skyzone (they are the exact same socks just different colors) so you have to purchase their socks. The customer service is horrible in this place, Frontdesk agents are not aware of policies and membership rules, they lie that we can canceled membership after a month. If there is a rainy day or it's cold outside this is the place to go. They have everything. This is a trampoline park. They have dodgeball, free jump, a foam pit, 2 basketball hoops, and a newly added ninja corse with a zip line. Before you go remember to fill out a waiver. This was one of highlights of my stay in Westlake. There's not a whole lot to do in Westlake, especially in the winter. My friend Jenn suggested this trampoline park for my very energetic son and he was super excited. Sky Zone is located in a business park, not at all where you'd look for a trampoline park, but there it was. There's plenty of parking. She had called ahead to reserve our time on a Friday night. When we arrived the first thing they had us do was fill out legal waivers on a computer. I have to admit I found it humorous. It was pretty busy. There was a line for everything, but it moved fast. We had buy their proprietary socks for $2 a pair. They only come in pink and orange. You pretty much need to rent a locker unless you have someone in your party that isn't jumping. Forget about trying to keep anything in your pockets, it WILL fall out. The locker keys tie around your wrist. Just so you know, I was the ONLY parent jumping. I seriously question the cool factor of parents in this area. They all just sat in the snack bar area gossiping while their kids were doing whatever. F that. My kid isn't going to be the only one having fun! I jumped the whole two hours with him. He and Jenn took a few breaks, but I never stopped because I was having fun and I was determined to out jump this little girl on the square across from me. She showed me some cool tricks too haha. I declined the use of the pit though because those foam things looked like they have never been washed. My son jumped in there and said it was fun. He's obviously tougher than me. We skipped the basketball area by consensus. It didn't look too interesting. And while I enjoyed dodge ball in my elementary days, I wasn't feeling it here. No one was hungry for the food they were selling. The bathrooms were clean. The employees were all friendly and helpful. I'm not sure about the low reviews, I thought this place was fun, and I'm pretty sure I was the oldest person jumping. Definitely a slept on place, hidden gem in Westlake. It doesn't seem like much, but what a work-out it is jumping on trampolines and fun too! Kids loved it and so did I. Even after I was in and waiting, I did not expect much, but as soon as I started jumping, it was super fun. It was crazy crowded, I went on Sat, so no complaints and next time I go I will definitely print my tickets in advance. We had to wait a good hour and a half to jump. They have half hour time slots and if they're busy, they suggest you leave and come back it can be such a long wait. They give you those cool grippy socks, like at the hospital, but all jazzed up holding the SkyZone brand on them. The grip is on roods compared to the ones at the hospital too. Prices aren't so bad, 14$ for an hour of jumping, which is plenty in my opinion. Lockers are quarter, or fifty-cent lockers and you have to re-pay each time you want to go in and out of them. The main jump room consists of maybe 10x10 individual trampolines, one person per. The wall surrounding is also trampoline, so you can jump off of it, flip off of it, or whatever you like. In the back there are two separate smaller rooms set aside to play dodgeball. Yes, dodgeball on trampolines, its like crack. I could not stop playing. They have a foam pit you can jump into, which is more for the kids, I tried it though. Last but not least, they have two basketball hoops set at the end of a triangle trampoline you can attempt to dunk in. There is a shorter one for the kids right next to it. At the end of the day I was sore and tired like the old days. Exhausted like I was a kid again after a long day of running around all day. So, its a hell of a workout, not too expensive, fun and original. Cannot wait to return! read more

If I thought I would have ever written a review of a place like this when I first joined Yelp...I probably would have laughed. But anyway, this is how it is: you've got two kids, they are super annoying on a good day, but they are even MORE annoying when it's been snowing for 13 weeks straight and you can't play outside. Enter Sky Zone. Thank God. Tons of places to jump, and it's all safe. Basically like a huge floor covered in trampolines. For those who have children who are older or who have any type of athletic skill, they have a couple of trampoline-basketball hoops, and they've got a big pile of foam blocks to jump into. It's pretty much paradise for the young ones, and unless you are into being a helicopter parent and following your kids around every which way, you can sit off to the side and let the staff do their jobs. Keep in mind, we went for the designated "Toddler Time" from 9:30-11am on a Sunday, which includes storytime/activity as well as jumping. You need to buy socks for them to jump, but you can keep them and use them for the next time. read more

Met a homeschool group here for an activity with my group of students ranging in age from 8 months to 8 years old. We had a blast! Our 8-month-old admittedly couldn't do much but he did enjoy sitting on one of the trampolines and being bounced, my sister's 1-year-old loved being able to jump and bounce by herself, and our kids 2 and up just had so much fun in all the areas. This attraction is really kid and family-friendly - they give you a short 5-minute talk about the rules and then you're off. Half of the trampoline area is set aside for the younger kids and the other half is for adults/older kids. Parents are able to be in any areas they need to be in order to monitor their children. I was able to go onto the trampolines and into the foam pit to retrieve my little ones when necessary and the employees are unobtrusive and very polite. The only two issues that I had were: first, they do require you to buy their socks. They're $2 a pair and can be reused but I wasn't expecting the expense. The other issue is that there is no safety solution by the door. Other places have an employee at the door that compares wristband numbers to be certain children aren't leaving with an adult that they didn't come in with but not here. Overall, a great place to visit. It was clean, tons of fun, and great exercise for my family. read more

This park is great for kids under the age of around 14. This SkyZone has and area of square trampolines where everyone has to stay in there own square (for safety), but they do allow you to do flips at your own risk. They also have a pit of foam squares that you jump into. That is a lot of fun because you can try doing flips that you wouldn't normally try on a normal trampoline. My favorite part was the basketball hoops you can dunk on, just be careful of getting rug burn on your wrist from dunking too hard. They have a 10ft and an 8ft hoop. I would not recommend going on a Friday or Saturday evening. Most of the squares will be taken up and the line to jump in the pit and dunk will be long. This is a safe place for younger children (~4-6 year old) to jump and burn some energy. They separate the small children from the older children, so no fear of a big kid landing on your child. read more

Skyzone is a very nice place overall but it has a few things that are issues. Heres some things i liked. You can choose to jump for 30 minutes, an hour, an hour and a half, or two hours. There is an open jump area, dodgeball areas, foam pit, and basketball hoops. Everything is well organized and there is games too. There is workers in every area. It is really fun. The squares are pretty big and only one person is allowed in one. The prices arent too bad either. Heres some things i didnt like. The basketball area was really small and there was only one ball and there was two basketball hoops. Also all the workers were teenagers and some of them were really rude. At the foam pit only 2 people are allowed to go at a time and the line for that is usually really long. You also have to buy $2 socks that you can reuse. Also i think there should be an area/room where all the rules are explained to people before they are allowed to jump. Heres some personal experiences: I payed a dollar to buy 2 cookies and one of them fell on the floor and they didnt give me a new one. Another thing that happened is my friend comes every week and i dont come a lot and she spun the wheel (its a game where you pay a dollar to spin the wheel to get prizes) and she got a water bottle and she has like 20 of them at her house so she asked if she can spin again and they wouldnt let her. read more

So on March 13 I threw my granddaughter a bday party there the party came to close to 400 dollars for them to jump and have food except when I got ready to decorate the room I was told they are not providing the food cause of covid NO ONE TOLD ME THIS PRIOR. Management refused to assist in settling the issue and told us it's not their problem and that each franchise is different. She raced to me dropped the F bomb and cursed multiple times as if she wanted to get into a sparing match. Her lips were moving 100 mph i literally could not make out what she was saying ? Worst Party Experience Ever - Never Again! Had my twin teenage daughters & a friends party here to kick off their winter break. The girls invited 30 kids to celebrate with them. From the first initial greeter I received nothing but hassles. I was told: you can't bring in a cake, you can't bring in food, and no we don't check anyone in. First upon booking the party it was cleared to bring in food for my daughter to eat since she has multiple food allergies and a specially made cupcake just for her. It was cleared to bring in a cake that would feed the rest of the participants. It is the policy that you can bring cake for parties anyway so I wasn't really sure why I was being asked to take the cake outside the building. I was also told that since my party was NOT a birthday party that I would not be given anyone to help with hosting and food service/cake cutting. I was instantly overwhelmed because i had over 30 excited kids who i would have to take care of when I was supposed to just sit and do nothing. The sole reason I booked this party in the first place was to be stress free and hands off. I wanted to come, sit, let my kids and their friends have a great time and go home without stressing myself to the hilt. I repeatedly asked for management and was told by the greeter that these were the rules and I'd be told the same thing by management. Of course I INSISTED on having management come out and finally after several parents of my guests came asking questions did the greeter get the manager. The manager assured me everything was going to be straightened out and would go smoothly from then on. Well that was laughable because a host of other things went wrong from then on until leaving the building. The hostesses were useless. The desk cashiers who checked everyone in counted too many participants so instead of my guests going in to jump at 7:30pm, they were detained to make sure of how many really were in attendance. It took 5 counts to get it right. Needless to say my kids and their friends did not get their entire hour of jump time as they were sitting being counted by myself and the manager. I was correct and they had miscounted (adding too many children) at the front desk upon check in. My frustration level was mounting because now I've paid for time we aren't using. The children were finally allowed to jump and I thought surely the frustration would end and no it didn't. My daughter (one of the guests of honor) came to me and said she was told to come out of the Dodgeball arena because she was too little. Mind you my daughter is taller than I am and is 5'4" and over 100 lbs. I thought okay this can't be so I again went to management who to my surprise opened the other arena and started a new game, I was like okay things are looking up and then a host of young men whizzed past me and sprinted over to the other arena the manager opened up for my kids to play in. I again went to her to let her know and she expressed that since I hadn't booked the arena exclusively that anyone could play. I said I was never told i could book it exclusively. I expressed that if i would have known I would have definitely rented the dodge-ball arena for exclusivity for my kids party. I paid for the best package they had which was 700 dollars for 1 hour of jump time and a 45 minutes eating/cake session in the Sky Box. I would have definitely rented the dodge-ball arena. She said she was sorry I wasn't told. The manager came back and said I'll let you rent it for the remainder of the jump time for half the price as there was a half hour left of jump time. So I agreed and felt like I could finally sit down and be stress free for the duration. WRONG!!!! Guests were complaining they didn't eat or had only 1 piece of pizza. I went to the hostesses and they were blank faced and shrugged their shoulders as to what happened. The one young hostess said they asked for seconds so I gave it to them. I said you are supposed to look after the food to make sure everyone eats before serving seconds. I was just stared at by the young ladies that were supposed to be hosting. I again asked for the manager. The manager had the nerve to bring security with her like she was afraid or something. The kids were asking why is the police here? I was mortified. I expressed to the manager how totally useless the hostesses had been when there was more than enough food to go around. She said the hostesses were only 15 years old and it is a party of over 30 people they're probably a little overwhelmed. My mouth dropped! She actually thought that was an okay response. I proceeded to tell her (with the officer standing next to her for protection, "I guess") that her response was inappropriate for a manager. The hostesses should be able to do their jobs or, as the manager, she needed to have assigned someone who could handle it. I'll spend my money elsewhere for parties next time! read more

Girls at front desk were very nice! But the girl at the open jump was rude!! I was trying to help my 2 year old.. Well teach her how the trampoline works so she can jump independently and she came over with the rudest attitude.. Right after I stood beside her to watch her on the walking panels ( remind you shes a baby) she asked me to get off as well! right before me another customer and his daughter left because of her attitude as well. This is a fun place for families to come and enjoy their self's . Its my first time coming here I brought my son for his 8th birthday and I was not happy! Then they pulled me aside and staff started to yell at me and disrespect me. I asked for the manager Jim but all he did was yell at me and tell me that it wasn't his problem. He continued to not let me speak and tell him my side of the story or how I was feeling in the situation. He told me if I said another word I would be banned. So I wasn't allowed to put my input in. He said 4 staff members had an issue with me. But I didn't talk to anyone that he named. I got along with one girl perfectly. The other girl said rules changed so I asked someone else of high authority and they said rules didn't change. They were singling me out for no reason. They said they pulled me aside because my time was past due but they couldn't see my time because it was on my pants hidden by my shirt. We didn't know it was past time because they didn't make the announcement. They were rude and didn't want to hear my side of the story. The customers side of the story. This was a lot of fun. I went with a group of friends aged 24-27 and we all had a blast. There's an open jump floor where you get your own square, two basketball hoops, a foam pit, and two dodgeball courts (plus 1 reserved for parties). Dodgeball was a lot of fun but a little bit of a wait. The foam pit was really anticlimactic for adults but probably a blast for kids. Your socks stick to the foam so you have to be pretty fit to lift your legs enough to get out. I didn't get a chance to try the basketball hoops since the line was longish and then I forgot to go back. It really wasn't a bad wait for anything, though, if you're really excited to try it. Considering we went in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday, I would have expected everything to be much more crowded. The bathroom was also really clean which I appreciated since some people go in shoes and some go in socks. I would definitely take a friend here. read more
