Unfortunately as my first time coming here was not pleasant. Our son had been begging us to go jumping. Found this location first and thought let's try. Thankfully he enjoyed himself and that's what mattered most to me. However, whoever the person is attending the actual park, not sure if she is security or what, she said my son was "trying to get away from me" and blew a whistle at me for jumping with my son. I found she was extremely passive aggressive and I actually went to the bathroom to cry. I wasn't damaging equipment, my son (and I'm sure if you have cameras you can check) was begging my husband and I to come jump with him. This woman told me a story about how she jumped with her daughter and her daughter ended up breaking her leg, telling me how fragile kids are. I'm actually a teacher, so I work with kids 24/7 and am well aware of this. Told me "mom to mom" basically, she made me feel unwelcome to jump. After we just spent $50. After I came back from the bathroom, my husband at this point was going to have a word with the front desk. I noticed she was also singling out other people as well, as well as playing on her phone, sitting in massage chairs, and taking up benches. I'm going to say this as nicely as I can, but I almost wonder if she was targeting me because I'm a small woman and CAN jump with my son without injuring him. Am considering taking my son to another park after this day, as again that was terribly uncalled for in my opinion her approach. I understand if she had a safety concern, but if that was the case, I don't think any of that backhanded commentary was necessary. read more

Eric Cleveland is so much fun for adults and children. We have an attended multiple birthday parties as well as going random Saturdays. This is one of my daughters absolute favorite place to go based on the different rooms and activities and areas to jump as well as just getting all of the kids together to have a good time. Kids loved it, fun for adults too I took 3 children here 6 and under during a week day. I didn't really know what to expect or how pricing worked. When I showed up we had to fill out waivers and then pay for your timed ticket and buy socks. No explantation was given on the types or passes and I didn't see any signs that really laid out the pricing. So that part was a bit confusing. It did see kind of expensive for an hour of jumping. They have an area with shoe cubbies so you can store your shoes and put on your special grip socks. After that you go up the stairs into the trampoline area. They have a room full of trampolines, dodgeball area, ninja warrior obstacles in one corner, foam jump pits, and arcade and other table top games. They also have a separate section for smaller kids with all the same stuff. I decided to jump with the kids and had a great time. The trampolines felt safe and strong. The socks really do give you a great grip so you don't have to worry about slipping or sliding. There were only 2 employees as well so the rules were pretty loose. By the website I was worried it was going to be a stricter environment but we had a really enjoyable time. On the food side they only have vending machines so you will want to plan to eat a meal before or after coming. Bring drinks too because you will need it. Also I would suggest buying tickets from their website in advance. I think you could of had a better deal overall. read more

Me, my kids and nephew bought tickets for 12-2pm. We drove 30+ minutes and the manager shut the door in my face twice. They had a private party from 12:30-2:30. The first thing she said is "if you bought off Groupon I can't help you". We didn't. We bought from getair.com. I ordered tickets on getair.com from 12-2pm with no issue. I had 5 people meeting me there at that spot, some who also purchased through the website with no issue. The manager/owner was not apologetic at all and was very rude to me and my kids. She gave us a hard time for reimbursement but said I can call corporate for a refund but her location is franchise so corporate won't be able to help me. Then, we drove 25 minutes to the closet trampoline park and had the best experience at Altitude in Elyria. Needless to say, we will not be back to GetAir and will not recommend. read more

The worst manager ever kept yelling and my friends and me for no reason came up to my face, and you started yelling my face multiple times saying I'll get banned and she will ban me for no exact reason she said that if I keep going inside of get air, she will ban me and I was trying to get a bracelet and start and she started yelling at me she kept going up in my face yelling at me cussing at me, and then she kicked me out and said you're banned from my park for no reason I was trying to be as calm as I can, but I could've not because she was all up in my face. We booked a jump time on-line got my son and 11 of his buddies. I called because I had a random question. After discussing us coming at a designated time they informed me that the on-line time slot reservations aren't linked with their walk-ins so they are meaningless. So it's first come first serve basis. I like the place, I've never had to wait (even in covid times on a Saturday) but they are working with a small capacity due to covid. It's outrageous that they would allow this glitch in the system continue. ....furthermore, I asked for a refund and they kept on telling me that I could use my passes whenever. As a Nana of 4 i am always looking for fun activities . I found Get Air on line and decided to give it a try. We live in Mentor which is a 45-50 minute drive but everyone was very excited to try it. i arrived today at noon after looking on their website and noticing that toddler time was in the morning and open play began at noon. When we walked in we were told they were closed for a private party and the entire place had been rented out! I explained that we had driven all the way from Mentor and I had checked the website before we left to make sure they were open. They said they couldn't do anything about it and that it was on their website and on a variety of places online. I returned to my car checking the website and there wasn't anything at all that said they were closed for a private event for two hours. I went back inside and asked them if they would show me where on their website where it said that they would not be open Until 2 They said it didn't but it was on a number of other sites like Facebook ect.. I then asked if they could do something to compensate us for the long ride and four kids disappointment. They said no- nothing they could do Bad customer relations Unfortunately I bought a Groupon so I will have to go all the way back another day. Ugh read more

I stopped into Get Air Cleveland last week! My three nieces were in town and it seemed like the perfect spot to get some energy out. We were welcomed by the friendliest staff who walked us through registration and suggested activities. The whole process was seamless and the girls loved it! They had a variety of trampolines, games and obstacle courses, perfect for a variety of ages. I highly recommend this place to get some energy out, family bonding or even birthday parties! read more

I was at get air today and I have been here several times, today was horrible I will never come back there were a million people running around in here the place is disgusting it was dirty, the bathrooms were filthy there were no workers monitoring the kids so basically it was a free-for-all there was vomit in the water fountain no toilet paper in the ladies room pee on the floor I was very very disappointed this is my go-to place but never again and you would think with all the covid rules that this would be top-notch so they could stay open while other businesses are following all of the rules keeping everything safe and clean and they can't do half of their business but apparently rules don't apply here very disappointed. read more

There were a big group of boys bullying my children and bullying a 5 year old and it was his birthday too. My children were being slammed in the face in the dodgeball area and of course no staff around to monitor it. There was one staff member for the whole place which is impossible to monitor every section. And the staff didn't kick them out. The bulllies were all speaking Ukrainian and I realized when I saw them picking up that they weren't just kids parents dropped off. It was the owners kids, their cousins and others from their church I was told. The kids were completely disrespectful to the mother of the 5 year old when she tried to tell staff and pointed them all out. The manager's hands were tied and all she could do was give me passes for another time. Don't recommend this place. Sky zone is way better run. We won't be returning to this place! read more

It was overall okay. There was no workers supervising. There were kids jumping in to the foam pit together when they are supposed to be going by themselves. The rules were definitely not enforced. The place was pretty run down and it definitely did not look like the pictures at all. The bathrooms were not open for the entire time I was there. In fact, my son prefers Get Air over Dave n Busters, Scene 75 or bowling. Both the MGMT and staff go above and beyond to accommodate customers! My family of three had a great time at this location. We were all new to trampoline parks and it was quite the experience. Let me preface my review by stating that we went on a Thursday around 2pm. Check-in was a breeze. My four-year-old really enjoyed herself. There was an area there just for kids her size (46" and below) but she spent most of her time out on the main floor with her dad and I. Plenty of space to jump around freely or do activities such as a ninja course and dodgeball area. We really enjoyed jumping into the foam mosh pit (please note that getting in is the easy part and getting out is the hard part lol). It is upsetting how they run their business. I didn't have luck from when I walked in the door. My boyfriend and his son were jumping but kept getting yelled at saying they were not allowed to jump together. His son is 7 yrs old. My boyfriend got upset after maybe about 5 minutes and no longer wanted to jump. I went to the front desk and. Asked for the money back for him. She explained that they were not singled out and you and have two people close to each other. They can be one at each end though I explained I see four people on one and nothing said to them. I wasn't going to dispute it. I got the refund and watched the kids play (since we were there with friends). Next thing was his son went to get a drink from the vending machine that cost $1.50. I asked where the change was. He went back to get it and the lady said she put it in the safe. So I had to go get the change. The lady, in front of my boyfriends son, more or less called him a lier about the cost of the drink by saying all drinks are $2.00. So we walked over to the machine, put in the number and I pointed out that it says $1.50. She still wanted to argue saying that it's wrong and all drinks are $2.00. I said if your going to advertise $1.50, you have to honor that price. Why are you taking money from a child. That's sad. Lastly, when his son was playing in the area with the basketball, he was told he was too tall to play there. Though a girl there playing is the same height. I told him to keep playing. Get Air Cleveland is your typical trampoline/indoor jump zone. Primarily geared towards children/young adults, we attended for my nephews birthday party. The location is spacious, with multiple areas for the kids to jump and play. There is a healthy amount of supervision throughout the area, ensuring safety and protocols are met. For the birthday party, Get Air was able to provide the pizza, however they were slightly more stringent on what we could bring ourselves, not allowing for chips or non-healthy food items to be brought. Overall, an enjoyable experience for kids and would recommend for a fun day for them. read more

Awful experience. This is the second get air I've been to and the location in Akron let's the kids under 46" jump in the regular area too and not just the little jumper area. We were meeting family that had come in from out of town so the kids (ages 12,10,6 and 4) all wanted to be able to play together. The manager was at the front desk and said there was a strict rule that jumpers under 46" had to stay in the little jumpers area even though looking around there were obviously many jumpers under 46" in the regular area. He then proceeded to notify his "lifeguard" not to let this happen and she proceeded to remove all the little jumpers from that area. I guess we shouldn't have asked and probably nobody would have said anything. Also, the place is extremely dirty. I would think that due to COVID the place would've been much cleaner. The upholstered bench in the little jumper area was filthy with stains all over it, the place had a very bad smell, the women's restrooms had stuff all over the floor, what looked like feces on the floor and the paper towels were sitting on top of the dispenser instead of inside it. Would definitely not recommend this location. Don't know if they are individually owned but the Akron location has always been very clean and the people there are very friendly. read more

Had to leave a review because the other two written seem a little absurd. Just went there today. It's over 80 degrees outside and there is definitely air conditioning. If there wasn't it would have been miserable, and we'd have noticed. The staff were nice, in fact, they let us bounce for an additional 15 minutes. I'd also note that I think the pricing was really reasonable. My two sons and I both had a really good time and will be coming back. No one called anyone the "n" word, and frankly I can't imagine that happening. As for the lady complaining about her son losing an earring, there are signs everywhere saying to remove jewelry and to take keys and cell phones out of your pocket. That's also common sense, so you really shouldn't need a sign. You really expect a trampoline park to find an earring at the bottom of a foam pit? read more

One of the employees approached my nephew and asked for his number, fast forward to my nephew walking past said girl and another employee approached him telling him we needed to get out. This employee is who approached him first.. at which we speak to the manager since another male employee tried to intimidate my minor nephew. We had a great time with our boys at get air. The facility is new, clean and the staff were very friendly and responsible. The prices are very reasonable compared to similar facilities. There was ample seating for parents who choose not to jump with the kids. There are many obstacles and challenges that my boys really enjoyed. The kids were red-faced, sweaty and tired when we left. I went to Get Air in Middleburg Heights just last night and thought I'd hop on here to let others know that it was not very Covid friendly. My friends and I bought tickets ahead of time online to make sure that we'd be able to secure a spot, which now seems unnecessary as there were easily 200+ people. We did not realize that walk-ins were allowed and that so many people would be there or else we probably would not have gone. On top of that, almost no one was wearing masks. Also, because of the amount of people, rules were not enforced very well. My friend got a bloody nose because someone didn't want to wait in the line for the foam pit and there was no one out there watching to stop it. The activities themselves were enjoyable and the staff was very friendly, but it was impossible to socially distance and I felt uncomfortable with the fact that masks and rules were not enforced effectively, so just a heads up! read more

I would definitely go back for a few hours of jumping, but would not recommend having a party here. The trampoline area was fun with lots to do. The safety staff was a little lax, but the area is set up for safety. The Birthday party part was a little difficult. The room provided was too small. I didn't think there was a coordinator until I went to pay at the end & they asked if I wanted to tip her. Someone at the desk pointed me to the room, but didn't offer to help set up or anything. No one greeted my guests, I had to walk them back & tell them what to do. Party was 2 hours. After an hour & 15 min I had to ask if they could announce that it was time to go eat (they said they would do this after the 1st hr) They acted like this was a serious inconvenience. Other than dropping off the Marco's pizza there was no help with food organization etc. Also the "2 liters" were 1 liters. I only saw staff 5 min before the end time when they were ready to kick us out. If you are looking for an afternoon of play this a great place. If you are looking to do a party save the money & go elsewhere. There are plenty of trampoline or inflatable places in the area with a real party coordinator that cost less. read more

This park is probably the best Trampoline park in Cleveland area. Very professional and friendly staff, we go there very often and our kids enjoy it a lot! They have 4 good size party rooms for Birthday parties and so. The y also have state of the art Ninja Warrior obstacle course, dodgeball courts, surfboard, basketball dunk.... so much stuff to do. But the best is totally dedicated for toddlers Trampoline area, with so many things in there!!!! Oh, plenty of beautiful and comfy seating for parents or those where wants to relax and watch. I agree with another reviewer on here who had a similar experience. My daughter, who is 5, went to a birthday party there this weekend for one of her kindergarten friends. Daughter is the youngest and one of the shortest in the class. Their jump time was for two hours, from 4-6. From 4 to about 5:40, everything was great, all the kids had a great time. Then we were told that my daughter had to leave and go to the area for smaller children because she is just slightly under the 46 inch height requirement--so was the birthday girl by the way, but since it was her party they didn't enforce for her, just my child. Even though there had been toddlers there the entire time as well, they said that they had to enforce the rule now because they were getting busier. They weren't getting busier. It was already busy when we got there with multiple, concurrent birthday parties going on, and in fact it looked a little less busy at 5:40 then when we got there. So, they forced my daughter to stop jumping, and then told her that all of her friends were too TALL to go into the smaller area...so, her choice was to either go to a "baby" area by herself, or do nothing. After nearly two hours, they singled her out, and it's not as if there were any safety incidents, she's in gymnastics for crying out loud so a place like this is right in her wheelhouse. We were all there for the same party and she had to sit out for nearly an hour as they allowed the rest of the kids to jump until almost 630...well, most of them...they told a couple of them that their wristbands were expired, which they were, but since they didn't tell everyone, the rest of the kids kept going until the pizza was ready (the pizza was delayed because someone on staff messed one of them up). Anyway, she was upset for the rest of the party I don't blame her. The rules are the rules and that's fine, but you can't selectively enforce them at certain times for certain people. It completely ruined what had been a fun time for her, although there were other general problems with the place that I'll mention: - The staff was overwhelmed and stretched thin, one girl clearly couldn't handle her job and was pleading for help, was also talking to herself in a strange and angry manner, I kid you not, it sounded like she was listening to voices in her head...she even hit herself one time! - They allowed some children to jump past the 6pm time and others not...again, you have to either enforce the rules all the way or don't have them. Again, I blame this on poor staff training and not having enough employees there in general. - Party room was very small. There weren't a ton of kids there and we still didn't have enough room to seat everyone or place items comfortably. My daughter kept a brave face for the rest of the party, but she cried the entire drive home and I had to explain her about how sometimes there are dumb rules in life and that things aren't fair. As you might expect, she didn't enjoy being singled out and belittled for something that isn't her fault....and only for the latter portion of the party, which of course she didn't understand...what five-year old would? I told her we will continue to go to Sky Zone from now on where they don't have all these problems. read more

If you have ever been to sky zone this place is small and and was overcrowded. I think there were too many jumpers at one time and would have left if I had been able to see that from the check in area. I even called and asked and was told that there was plenty of room for jumpers. There were a 3 staff members on the trampoline floor overseeing too many different areas. Lots of kids running in areas they shouldn't be when others are doing flips and jumps. Dangerous. Not enough staff to monitor and the ninja areas, you couldn't even safely run the course because all of the kids were running through, free for all. There did not seem to be good air circulation, and with all of the people, the front windows were full of condensation. Save your money. read more
