I brought my 3.5 and 5.5 year old kids here. I was worried that my 3.5 year old would be a little too intimidated to have fun but there were plenty of areas without too many kids to bounce her. My kids enjoyed the foam pit the most. I did notice a few had words carved into them, but nothing derogatory caught my attention. They do have an area for under 10 that has some climbing and other structures. We paid for the 90 minute pass. They do a good job of announcing when your time is up, as they seem to time it to 15 minute intervals. I was a little outraged that the socks were $6 each but glad that we can bring them back on our next visit. They also have arcade games and concessions so expect to spend extra money on top of the base cost! read more

Visited Sky Zone for the first time on a whim. We've been to other trampoline parks so we knew what to expect (or so I thought). I went with my 2.5 year old son. Apparently Sky Zone charges ALL jumpers regardless of their age - and no discounted price for younger jumpers. We wanted to jump for an hour, but the lowest amount of time you could purchase was 90 minutes. Again, why can't they offer 30 minute intervals? They offer an all day jump price too which I think may be nice for older kids. The few staff members that I interacted with didn't seem enthusiastic or happy. I understand that most (if not all) trampoline parks have concrete under the trampolines, but being able to see this (there was netting under the trampoline you could see too) is a bit terrifying. read more

My grandson had his birthday party at sky zone yesterday and Michelle was so helpful and so patient with helping my daughter out from helping to set up the room to actually storing some of the items that she brought in the day before. Michelle's staff was so kind and attentive to everyone at the party. While we prepared for our scheduled Birthday Party, I got 2 tickets from the front counter for the 2 children that had memberships. It took at least 15-20 min to get everyone signed in. So 20 min before the end of the party, the staff pulled those two children off the floor and demanded payment (20 min left to jump at party) for an additional 30 min as we had bought our tickets before the party actually started. We spent well over 425.00 that day for kids to jump. Poor business practice. Will go elsewhere next year read more

I have had the opportunity to bring my middle school students here as an academic incentive and tonight I brought my daughter (7yo) and son (4yo). Each time the kids have enjoyed their time tremendously! I appreciate the friendliness and well-mannered staff! Something to consider before your visit includes ensuring you bring adequate supervision for your kids. While they have nice staff, there tends to be many kids accessing the facility and extra eyes seem to be quite helpful to ensure appropriate language usage and other behavior amongst the older and younger jumpers. I lowered my rating to 4 stars because There are a few areas of improvement I would like to see occur. They all would be centered on cleaning up the facility. There are many cubes in the foam pit that have many holes, pictures and words carved into them. The pillars to climb also have very dated padding. When sitting on the bench by the foam pit looking up at the obstacle course area there is a lot of dirt, dust, etc on the floors. There also seems to be a lot of loose cords that are concerning to see as well. There are some additional areas that would benefit from a facelift as well from normal wear and tear. read more

We came for my boyfriends sisters 30th birthday party! It was so much fun! Not sure how much it cost for an hour- my boyfriend said it was $21 a person but I'm not sure. Socks cost $3 and it was nice because you can bring them each time you visit. We had an hour and it definitely was plenty of time! Very fun, even though a few from our party got stuck and staff had to help them get out. By the end of our night, us adults were exhausted! Next day I felt all sorts of sore. I've heard of racism, but this was beyond insulting. My family and I got humiliated mainly because of our skin color and my headcover. MANAGER DEVIN just THREATENED my family and I (in front of our 6 and 3 year old kids) that HE WOULD CALL THE COPS ON US if we don't leave the place just because we were not wearing socks from skyzone! This conversation could've easily happened in a respectful tone, but Devin flipped out on us the second he saw our faces. My 6 year old is still TERRIFIED and couldn't stopped crying when we left the place. She's sacred that the cops are going to get us. We are all feeling very disturbed and traumatized. Devin approached us with loud aggresive tone, and refused to listen to what we had to say. A manager's job is not to create drama, but to be the one to find solution. Literally the second he open his mouth, he was already so upset and angry. He was yelling and then when we tried to talk, he told us to 'keep it down because there are kids around us'. 1st of all, my husband and I were completely calm and Devin was the one yelling, and secondly, what about the unnecessary trauma that he put my kids in? We have been to Skyzone so many times in the past and we have never had any issues before. I beg you not to have your child's party here. Paid $350 for a 2 hour party and a "private room" with two pitchers of lemonade. After an hour of jumping we were called off the floor to eat the cupcakes that we brought-- that took maybe 10 minutes. After, The staff told us we would have to pay for the kids to return to jumping and pay a fee by 1/2 hour per child. If we wanted anything else to drink it was a la carte including water. So, I was invited here for a birthday party and brought my nine, five, and one year old. We had been to Sky High Sports a few months prior and all the kids enjoyed themselves. This place was clearly both better maintained and more modern, so surely it woud be even more fun...right!?!?! I'll start by saying that if my primary concern as business owner was our litigious society, the last thing I would do is open a trampoline park! They have you sign a waiver, no big deal, but don't go thinking doing so allots any discretion to the individual...even to a man in his early 30s. Their pimple-faced brownshirts in training quickly alerted me of multiple ridiculous rule violations, within the first two minutes. This place must be a recruiting hotbed for TSA agents. The last straw came rather quickly. I was holding my one year-old with proper head and neck support, while simply bobbing up and down. At no time did my feet even leave contact with the trampoline's surface. Yet here comes a storm trooper to tell me that this was not allowed. I couldn't even hold my boy's hand while he bobbed next to me! In fact, if my little novice walker couldn't bounce on the unstable surface all by himself, there was nothing for him to enjoy. He's a tiny guy and he could be easily injured, I get it, but as a whole this makes ZERO sense. No one is more concerned with his safety than me, I assure you. The fact that you took my friend's $16 for an hour of play (which, I must say, is pricey for any age) knowing that there is a laundry list of restrictions on what small children can do, screams money grubbing swine. This is my entire beef with this place in a nutshell. It's very fitting that the socks they force you to purchase are identical to the color scheme of a prison jumpsuit. This is probably my favorite steakhouse in town. If you're going to splurge, this is the place to do it. The service is prompt but gruff, though I'd argue that's part of the rustic feel. Our waiter, Justin, was able to give us some great guidance and was especially helpful for pairing of flavored electrolytes with our nachos. This is my first time to one of these and I brought my kids. They had a great time and the people were great over there. We went pretty early and the crowd wasn't too bad. They had the basketball, foam pit, dodgeball, and regular jumping area open. There's a concession stand for food. A few video games. Storage lockers. The only problem is the small seating area. When it was time for our respective times to leave, there was no place to really sit so we had to change in the middle of the walking area. The seats there were occupied with people who weren't jumping and I'm not sure what they were doing there. Not the place's fault though. Sky Zone is a fantastic trampoline facility. However, The concession area/parent holding area can get crowded and messy. Additionally, Front desk staff is not conscientious of check-in time and I have seen them send badges out for 50-55 minutes instead of the paid hour. When confronted, the badge is adjusted with a marker. The Party Team does a great job as well as the supervisory staff on the trampolines. An Improved Front Desk and Concession area would earn 5 stars. read more

My two daughters and I went on a Sunday evening and were the only ones left there for the last hour it was open. Since it was the last hour on a Sunday, I expected the young staff to be impatient and want to get out of there as quickly as possible. They were impressively patient and engaging. We never felt rushed, and they interacted with my daughters as they closed the placed down. I had been to this place a few times to just jump with my kids. Typically we have fun and no issues. My son who just turned five wanted to have his birthday party at Sky Zone and so we put a deposit and scheduled a date. Everyone was set to arrive at 1:00 to ensure all the forms were complete. My wife and I arrive @ 12:40 to get ahead of the game and the party host is not there. We have a cake, decorations for the room and a few other things we would like to drop in the room. But for whatever reason it is there policy to not permit you to utilize the room, even if no one else is using it. The party host, who is a teenager, arrives and does not introduce herself. Now our guests begin to arrive and we are sitting around unsure of what to do. Finally, at about 1:15 she comes over as most of the kids are here and provides direction after I address the situation to the manager. I ask about why we can't put our items in the party room and they say it's "policy" without any good reason and then says the host will take care of everything. The manager was extremely defensive. Then the computers shut down and two children did not have their waivers complete and we lost ten minutes of jump time. They did not offer anything as a result. Not a discount, not extra jump time, a tee shirt or even address the situation to me that they were sorry about the situation. History, I don't believe there computers were down, but rather a lack of competence caused confusion. The host took no initiative and I had to be proactive with everything. From where to put our coats and shoes, to why is our jump time running behind, to what is the plan after the initial 30 minute jump area, we had to constantly ask questions. Nothing was shared with us which throughout the party caused frustration as our bill was north of $600. Keep in mind that the party has a $75 minimum gratuity cost added to the bill. Then when they print the receipt out, they request additional gratuity. To add fuel to the fire, as I leave to pay the bill, my receipt reads $488 left on my bill; the manager states that I owe $524. He already knew I was on fire and extremely displeased with the entire experience, so he just fixed the price without saying a word. I signed, scratched a line through the additional gratuity line and walked out. I wouldn't recommend this place for a birthday party for anyone. Maybe to just go jump but the ack of customer service is apparent. Seems like the entire staff are a bunch of teenagers who don't quite understand how things work when adults pay a hefty amount of money for theirs kids. They honestly could care less if we left happy. Only that we should understand their policy which I could care less about. We had a party years ago for my daughter at air trampoline and it was a great experience. I guess that where we are going next year or even the new Urban Air in Lake Grove. Holding the door when we arrived, guiding our party through the process of getting ready for jump time, the staff kept constant careful attention on our children in all areas of the facility. I went jumping with my daughter on a Monday afternoon (so I can't really speak to how busy it gets on the weekends) for her birthday, but there were a handful of families in there and there was lots of room to jump. Recently purchased their yearly membership for the kids. Although they have limited activities it does the trick for 1 hour of fun. The biggest problem is their staff is not competent and chooses to not do their job. This is our first time coming to Sky Zone here in Aurora. It has been a great experience! Clean facility and friendly staff members. The staff my kids and I have encountered have been courteous and patient with all the everyone that I see.
