I had a membership at DEFY. I made it clear that I do not want it anymore but they still charged me for that month. The staff are very respectable and helpful while safety is their number one priority. Although I nearly lost my mind when my son lost his new I phone swinging from a hoop into a sea of foam. I did what every mother would do, and I dove in after it. The six feet of large foam blocks and the trampoline like floor below, sucked me in like quick sand. The staff told me to stop my search and return after closing at 9 pm. I tried to obtain help from kids around me, offering a monetary reward for finding my son's phone. Some helped but it was not located. We returned later that evening, and sat watching a baseball game on their tv ceiling, for 90 minutes, while I watched Al Rocker on my phone, getting hit by waves, as he reported on hurricane Ida. Yes there are certainly more serious things happening in the world but we just lost a new phone, and I work hard for my money. After closing my son and I raced upstairs to the area of the lost phone. After interrogating him about his Tarzan swing, I calculated the trajectory of his fall, and after digging two rows of large foam blocks down, found the missing device. Getting out of the sea of foam was like swimming in a rip tide. My son was overcome by my determination, which made him silly and throw foam blocks at my head. Let me say they are not light weight foam blocks, and it nearly knocked me out. They feel like they could stop a freight train. I think they are also used to stop runaway trucks that have lost their brakes on the mountain roads. While I stewed over that, my son with perfect aim, ran off to tell the staff that we found our phone. I closed the sea of foam back together, and nearly fell over as I picked up the thrown foam blocks from a trampoline basketball court nearby. We were given an hour and a half to find our lost phone , and I had miserably anticipated looking for it all night. All I can warn you is: don't have anything of value on you when you attend this trampoline park. Give your keys, phones, wallets to a responsible family member, and have them sit on the benches by the entrance. You must sign a waver when you enter because they are not responsible for injury or lost items. Never in a million years did I anticipate this. Their seas of foam are over 6 feet deep and quite dangerous for anyone caught underneath while someone lands on you from a high jump. They should have signs about instructing jumpers not to bring cell phones. Honestly, a simple trip here can be quite costly if you do. One has no idea of the depth of these foam pools until you need to dive into them. But of course on our way home that night, my son talked of returning, although I will need to remove the grey from my hair, and the fright from my central nervous system before that happens again. We have the trampoline socks and they ask us to buy their socks. I don't understand why would I need to buy extra when I have the trampoline sock. A place I don't feel they are friendly. Spoke to the manager, but I don't feel any help at all. If you go sky zone, any trampoline sock is fine to use there. Fun time for the kids! Lots of great things to do. They will not allow you to bring in socks from other jump places - why?? I refused to buy "their socks" and they had no problem with losing revenue do my jump session over this. However, They still tried to up sell me to a longer package and after school pass and made me feel stupid for not buying these extras. Took my boys here on a Saturday morning, it wasn't super busy which was nice. We brought jump socks from another jump park to save some money having to buy some there. We ended up having to purchase the Defy's socks anyways even through they're literally the same. So that annoyed me a little. Was also annoyed that my 4 yr old and 2 yr old had to wear a mask to jump. I knew us adults would have to but really? We only stayed because I didn't want to disappoint my kids, but probably won't come back. The waivers took a very long time to fill out too. Upside is in spite of company policies being stiff, the employees were apologetic and kind. Never attack staff for company policies, y'all! They're out here doing their best! read more

I was in today (3/24/24) And i had worn the wrong socks. I get that you have to have "approved socks". But then our four year old that has a membership and APPROVED SOCKS. Got removed from the play area, and i tried to get them to show me on the waiver where is says "SKY ZONE SOCKS" They could not find it. The rules do state: "approved socks required" And his mother had bought socks from this location multiple times. The staff member (elizabeth) that was helping me cursed me out infront of our 4 year old. So i requested a manager. the manager came over and i tried to talk to him about it, He defended her in every way. So i requested an employee number or FULL name. Neither of them were given to me. I have already contacted corporate. It could've been resolved by a simple apology to me and the four year old, But we never revived an apology. I do understand that you need approved sky zone socks but to get cursed out by a STAFF member. Unacceptable. I would not recommend this sky zone for anyone under the age of 10. My 13 year old twins went yesterday and left their wallet in one of the cubbies. I called this morning and spoke to what I thought was a manager but she wasn't helpful. I get it obviously a life lesson as they lost probably $400 to $500 in gift cards and money plus the wallet that they should never take in public especially a place like this but the manager hung up on me doubtful she was even the manager. read more

I was charged for a couple months after I cancelled my membership and when I tried to contact the company, I kept getting a generic response like "someone will be in contact with you regarding this" for 3 months. I've never heard from anyone regarding the 2 charges of $41.50 after my membership was cancelled. I really dislike this company now and will not ever be returning with my kids. Even though we loved jumping at this place, I really dislike how I've been treated as a customer once I had an issue with extra charges. There food is way too overpriced, I could get a large coke for 2 dollars at the gas station and their charging like 5 dollars for one there. They also need to stop any harassment that they see. For example me and my friend went there and a group of boys wouldn't stop following us and asking for our snaps. And I also think that the staff needs to drop their bad attitude. I think I have been to every trampoline park within 45 minutes of Denver and this is by far the largest, most sanitary, most diverse in bouncy attractions, awesomest, funnest trampoline park. I took kids age 1.5 years, 8 years, and 10 years here and everyone loved it. I would love to go an play as an adult too. What is included in your admission? There were loads of trampolines, square ones, long ones, ones with basketball hoops, trampolines separated into a dodge ball court, a giant bouldering/climbing wall with novice, intermediate, and advanced routes that drops into a foam pit, trapeze bars and swings that drop into foam pits, three different levels of an American Ninja Warrior themed obstacle course that ranged in fairly doable for an 8 year old to extremely challenging and fun for an adult. There is a parkour gym, there is even a staff member that teaches lessons on how to do different moves/sequences in the back left corner of spider monkey. Is it clean? Way, way cleaner than your average trampoline park. Lockers are included. Is it unlimited? All the attractions are included with admission, but you decide how long you will bounce for - 60 min, 90 min, 120 min. Prices fluxuate depending on age of kid and day. For 2 hours on a Saturday it was $32/per person over the age of 7 years. Kids under 2 bounce free. Parents have to pay. You are required to buy sticky socks. It was an expensive 2 hour outing at $142 for me, my 1.5 year old, and three children over age 7. You get a wrist band and the staff members make an intercom announcement every thirty minutes announcing what color of bands need to leave the gym. This appeared well-enforced. It is definitely more expensive than other trampoline parks, but the cleanliness and variety of obstacles were worth it. Was it busy? We were there from 9:45-noon on Saturday. From 945-10:45, it was very quiet. I definitely recommend coming early in the morning, especially if you have little ones. Even at noon, which seemed to be pretty busy, the place is so big, that there felt like there was plenty of room to bounce, lines for certain "attractions" were only 1-2 people long maximum. Is it good for little ones? Yes, my 1.5 year old son had a ball. From 9-10am it is only open to kids under 6 if you are worried about your kiddo being mowed over. Other highlights, were that lockers are included in the price, there is a lot of staff enforcing safety rules and helping things run smoothing. I've been to a few trampoline parks in the Denver Metro area and this is by far the cleanest with the most trampoline/obstacle course like options! You do need to buy their grip socks so bring them next time you go. I believe they are like $3 each. I had a 3 year old and 7 year old with us... perfect for all ages including adults! Heard about this place from and friend and we were not disappointed!!! Took my small human there for a visit this morning as he is in an afternoon pre-school program and isn't getting nearly enough exercise right now. Staff was very helpful and kind to my little guy- which is always extra appreciated! He ran all over the place and had a total blast! They gave us some information about a program they are running while kids are in such a weird limbo for school so we can have "recess" with them! So thankful kiddo will have such a fun place to go an play that is super reasonable as far as the pocketbook is concerned!! Staff wore masks and cleaned things multiple times while we were there. It was not crowded and everything was clearly marked to promote safe social distancing. Ready for our next visit!! read more

This place has gone downhill since turning into Defy Denver. After today I doubt we will be back. Front desk staff was nice but didn't seem to have any clue what was going on. We had a black Friday special that gave us 2 hours of jump time, socks, and a drink. He said the system didnt even tell him what we got with our deal. The guy said "I don't think we even have drinks" and the snack bar is non existant so not sure why that was even part of the deal, nothing was offered in its replacement. I asked if we could split our time and he had no idea how that would work and said we could "probably" come back, but...what proof would we have? So we didnt even get that part of our promised deal.There was a leak in the ceiling, construction, bathroom was out of toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. There is one guy working there that was very high and mighty with his whistle and blew it every 4 seconds for everything. I understand safety but my kids were too terrified of him and his whistle to do anything. And, your kids will get yelled at for everything, absolutely everything, including lying down on the trampoline for 3 seconds after jumping. My 1 yr old was standing on the trampoline and just smiling because he doesn't know how to jump. I got yelled at since he didn't have a band. So, I went to talk to the front desk and 0-2 year olds are free and I just had to fill out a waiver. The guy could've been MUCH nicer and explained what I could do politely to be in compliance. And, depending who is working certain attractions, the ages allowed changes. By the hour. My 4.5 yr old was allowed to jump on the big tramp pad and then he was so excited to to go again an hour later and the new girl wouldn't let him because he was 4. So now he is bawling and doesn't understand and his experience is ruined. The girl that jumped in front of him didn't look a day over 3. There are no signs anywhere near the attraction. My husband called the manager over ans rhey didn't BELIEVE he had gone. Really, we are lying?! Luckily my husband had taken a video, with a time stamp. So, now the ONLY nice person that was working there is getting written up. But, no apologies to us. The only sign is over by front desk in small print and it says "Age 7", but apparently to one employee age doesn't matter, and another one ages 5-6 can jump on it if they land on their butt and 7 and over have to land on their back. So, every kid was getting reprimanded there, too. Train your employees to know what the hell is going on, the rules, and how to talk nicely to people that are paying good money to be there. I don't appreciate being reprimanded by someone I could've given birth too when we didn't even know we weren't "following the (unwritten) rules." And, take the damn whistle away from that one rude guy. These are KIDS. They deserve respect and they cant always read signs (if there are any). I will give it 2 stars because my kids had fun for the majority of the time, and it's a cool place, minus when they were getting yelled at and made to cry. Have fun! read more

Unlike some of the other trampoline places the trampolines here are segmented into squares, so there are no runs except on two strip trampolines. It's clean and the trampolines are in good condition. The only "bad" things are that it can take a long time to buy tickets and instead of just rounding you up like other places (they will just give you a 2:00 band if it's 1:45) this place makes you wait until the next half hour (or give up some jump time) So, to have the best visit, buy your tickets online in advance (even just half hour before) and show up right at the half hour. read more

I have been to a lot of trampoline parks, but this place is biggest and best I have seen yet. There are what my son calls "super tramps", which are the white trampolines that give you extra boost. There is a platform that you can literally free fall off of, not to mention plenty of foam pits. Basketball hoops, trapeze, dodge ball. There is also challenge course like "American Ninja Warrior" with a warp wall. Parent-to-parent advice: don't just watch--get in there with your child! This place is for you, too. read more

I keep having the worst experience with customer service at this location. The most greedy corporation I've ever come across with. I cancelled the membership a few months ago but been charged since then every month and the manager Ally Carlson keep missing my emails and when I saw her in person she said that she is not responsible for the membership and can't give me the number or email to the person who actually can take care of my case and stop monthly charges on my credit card. If they don't stand for one mistake with one customer, the best customer, they will never stand for many of us. I'm not recommending this business to anyone anymore. read more

Great, however I will say. I do trampoline flips and stuff. Was getting ready for triple front flip before went there. VERY friendly when it comes to allowing you to do flips and double flips. But sometimes when I go there the performance trampolines are closed. And that is all I like to do there. Try to go on a weekend. They used to have a deal where you could bring little ones 6 and under for the first hour on Saturday mornings, and they didn't charge the parents to jump (aka care for your small child while they're having fun). So it USED to be like $12 for an hour of fun before the big kids came in and went bananas. Those days are over. Went this weekend at 9 am and was charged the full THIRTY DOLLARS for my kid and me for one hour, and when I asked the young woman at the register why the change she just shrugged and asked me to pay. Another parent expressed confusion as well and we had a "well this is a first" moment. I certainly wasn't the only one who noticed this change. On top of everything else, the foam squares in one of the pits smelled like BO :( I think we're ready to find a new jump place. read more

This is a terrific place for kids to play, but I won't be returning until they get a new check in system in place. We bought our tickets online to save time, arrived here at 10:20 a.m., and waited 50 minutes in the "express line" before getting checked in. I would challenge this up to the fact that it's a school holiday, but we also had my son's birthday party here in November, and even for that it took over 30 minutes to check in, pushing the entire party back by as much. They had to offer the kids extra jump time after the cake, and by that time the other parents were picking up and had to wait. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I wish I'd known in advance what the lines were going to be like, so I could've made other plans. read more

My kids absolutely LOVE coming to Spider Monkey! It's always clean and the workers are fun and polite. They also care a lot about the safety of their jumpers and have rules in place to keep injuries from happening. This place blows all others out of the water. Took my daughter here for her 7th birthday party. We did it last minute and didn't sign up for a birthday package and regretted not doing so. Their prices are very fair for parties. But the parents had just as much fun as the kids. This place is MASSSIVE. They have so many different areas it's too much to list. But trust me when I say you'll be hard pressed to do everything in one trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was CLEAN and that's a massive bonus for a place like this. Overall an amazing time. We will be back every few months. When my daughter exceeds expectations at school we used to go to Dave and busters. She has now asked me to come here and I have zero issues with that. It's safe, it's fun, it's clean and it's fairly priced. I'm 100% on the bandwagon. read more

This is absolutely one of my favorite places to take my daughter and her friends. I also love to do all they have to offer. There have been times the check in was long. So we got members passes and rarely spend more than 5 minutes in line. The staff does everything they can to watch over our children and make the place run well. Any complaints I see are impatient adults who expect to be catered to every step of the way. Like alot of places at first there are some things to get used to. Once you get to know Defy and see the management and staff is doing everything they can to make an enjoyable experience and to keep people safe. read more

This place used to be good but the staff are usually rude and inattentive. We used to come here a lot but lately the staff has been worse. They want parents to watch their kids on the floor but also don't even let parents back on the floor after stepping away and going to the bathroom. The kids working there are too busy playing and talking to each other while some of them make no effort to make it a fun place like it's supposed to be.
