Sky zone employees need to be happy and outgoing and most importantly should enjoy children. What I saw today in most employees was the exact opposite. Best place for the kids to get out of the hot sun in a refreshing air conditioned Trampoline park my kids have been going here since they used shoes as the jumpers and they've loved it ever since. every event is safe and fun. My son has met so many new friends from going to the events. No movie theater drink prices ether, great quality slushees for refreshing taste of heaven, and most of all "have fun and fly safe". read more

Invited by a friend for her son's birthday party ,we were rudely pointed to the kiosk to fill out waivers etc without instructions, not a safe place for kids jumping over , many more better outdoor activities stay away !!! read more

We were visiting the area and decided to check this place out. We arrived shortly after the place opened for the day, at 3:15 PM. There were 4 employees standing around doing nothing, but only one person checking people in. The activities do not match the website descriptions. The website indicates there is a foam pit, dodge ball, and Main Court jump. The dodge ball area was not open, and there is no foam pit. There is only a large trampoline divided into rectangles. Fine, the kids still wanted to do it, so we let them. Then the "after care" kids showed up. There is a school attached to the same building, and evidently Sky Zone is part of their after school routine. They took up every available rectangle on the one jumping surface we had available to us. My kids were stuck jumping on the one rectangle they each had, and couldn't move anywhere else. The after care kids also took up every seat in the waiting area, including couches, and the tables/booths designed for consuming food. After half an hour or so, we bought a drink. We again had to wait through a long line of people, since only one person was working the register (while 2 others stood around). I asked if we could sit in the party room, since the after care kids were taking up all the booths. Nope. The tables and chairs are not reserved for customers purchasing food or drink. So, I would advise you not to purchase any, as you will have nowhere to consume it. The one highlight was the coach working the floor with the kids (Justin). He was very engaging with the kids, was high energy, polite, and did his best to redirect kids to keep them engaged. The kids didn't even finish the hour we paid for. They were bored. I found the whole experience lacking, and wouldn't recommend it. read more

The staff was attentive and polite, and the facility was clean. If you have smaller or younger children, go earlier in the day and the pace will be slower (especially on Sunday before 1pm). The staff did a great job refereeing the dodgeball games with a wide range of ages/sizes. My kid is 6 and tiny but tough and had a great time! read more

We visited Sky zone in Clermont,Fl for our sons birthday on 5-22-15. Very disappointing, we had visited their website and was excited to see the activities listed and the times allowed in the zone. We had called ahead and were told play times were from 8-11 and that was backed up on the website. When we arrived the time had been changed to 7-10 so our party missed out on an our of jumping. Also they advertise basketball which was outside on asphalt and in the weather, and it poured. They also advertise an arcade that turned out to be a Wii in a very small room. They also advertise laser tag that shut down at 8:30 on a Friday night. The dodgeball sometimes pitted highschool kids against eight year olds. The food was only candy and order out pizza. I do have to say the staff were very energetic and very friendly with kids and adults so I would give five stars to the staff and the way the handled the kids and the poor establishment. Brought the kids for an event and got them tickets. About 15 minutes in they told my oldest she was too old, despite having given us a ticket. End result the little kids had to stop too and it ruined their evening! Great customer service.......not!! Great way of upsetting my eight, ten and eleven year old girls. Given the registration requirements you shouldn't have sold the ticket in the first place. Thankfully there are other places we can take them in future. read more

We go to a trampoline park every city we visit and I must say that the staff here were not the best. The male staff members were all nice and helpful, but every female "helping" the children was rude. I do not see myself going back to this location, because of those staff members and the attitude they had towards many of the children there. read more

We came here thinking it would be a fun activity for our family. We were asked at the front if myself and his father also wanted to jump with our 5 year old and of course we said yes. They failed to tell us we couldn't actually jump anywhere near or around where our son was. We paid $60+ in total for 30 minutes to basically watch him. We finally got so upset after 15 minutes of them telling us to keep our distance we finally asked to talk to management. They did end up reluctantly refunding our money but our son left very upset with the whole situation. Basically if u want to participate this is not the best option. Also come at peak hours or most sections will be closed off. read more

My hubby and I took our kids for the first time ever two weeks ago and we had a blast!! There are three courts- There is a kids zone, a dodgeball section and the main court. We spent most of our time on the main court. The prices are reasonable and well worth it. I do recommend starting off with 1/2 and hour if its your first time. We paid for an hour and were wiped out the first 10 min. It was so much fun and a great workout! We went back again last Sat! I don't recommend using the shoes they provide, they were pretty stinky! If you do, I suggest bringing an extra pair of socks and some foot spray! lol! read more

I want to add on to my sister's review from Urbandale, Iowa. Took the family for a 30 minute jump at SkyZone. Friendly staff, clean and attentive. We booked a time at 3:00pm and had the whole place to ourselves for the first 20 minutes of our 30 min reservation. Jumped all over and even engaged in about 10 minutes of interfamily dodgeball. (We had enough people in our party to divide into teams ourselves). One of the polite staff even helped take some family pics! Everybody left with a good memory and SWEATING!!! Sky Zone has changed their rules from when they first opened. The rules now judge an individual on age, rather than maturation. I used to take my niece and nephews here to enjoy ourselves and get a bit of exercise. Now, I am not able to interact with my family if I purchase a ticket for myself. After it was explained to me that I could not jump in the same vicinity as my niece and nephews, the teen on duty then had early high school students play a round of dodgeball intermingled with my 7-10 year olds. To complete my bad experience, the early 20-something year old manager mentioned that they can't offer cash refunds (for me exclusively since I wouldn't jumping with my family) because I did not have a "good reason". I told them to document the refund however they saw fit and was returned my ticket price. If you are a parent who wants to drop off your kids with a teen who is monitoring a large group of children, Sky Zone is for you. 10/10 will not go again. read more

A lot smaller than the trampoline parks I've been to. Basically only a small pit for dodgeball and a slightly larger area to jump around. But they spoil the fun with some pretty stupid rules. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! If I could, I would put 0 stars. We have visited many jump zone type places in a few different states. This is the most expensive and smallest we've ever seen. They also require you to buy special socks for each kid. The guy that was watching the area wouldn't let the 6 cousins play in the same area until we intervened. Then, he had to "referee" their game of dodge ball. He put the 3 youngest on one side and the 3 older on one team so the little guys spent most of the time sitting on the sidelines not doing anything because they were out. When the kids asked to mix up the teams they were told that it was against their policy. Fun right? The "ref" also told them they had to do a trick before they threw the ball. That didn't go over well with the bigger kids at all. He also kept asking them to be quiet. This isn't a library people. After 20 minutes we demanded a refund and left. read more
