This is an awesome wonderland for kids from up to I would say preteen. It's has arcades, trampolines, games, food - a lot of fun!! I watched my grandson and other kids have so much fun for his birthday party! Covid protocol in place. Just a very cool place for my 8 year old grandson. I also tried out a massage chair- well- it was quite an experience- it knead me from neck to ankles - a lot of fun. Located off 1-85 Durham NC - situated closely to other retail stores, clinics, hospitals. I would highly recommend for children.

I was not impressed with this jump park. It basically has 2 spots for the kids to either jump or jump into the foam squares. There is no obstacle course, like other jump parks. There is no place for kids to put their shoes, so parents had shoes on the tables people eat on. There is no AC, except in the bathrooms. And don't get me started on the bathrooms! We put quarters in to play the air hockey(sign says "play at your own risk we do not refund money") because I'm pretty sure they know it doesn't work, and won't put an out of order sign up. $16 for each kid to jump for an hour(and we brought our socks), where other jump parks charge half that price! I would not recommend this place or be back.

Looking for an hour of fun and energy spending for kids and adults alike? Try Sky Zone! The giant indoor trampoline amusement zone. Sky Zone is located near North Gate Mall, which isn't the best or most exciting area of town, but they offer plenty of parking and fun for the entire family. With arcade games, concessions and multiple jumping areas, including a foam pit, two separate dodgeball areas, three jumping basketball hoops and two separate straight jump areas. We arrived a little after ten and joined the 10:30-11:30a group. Groups begin are very 15 minutes and you/your kids will have large stickers showing your time so that the monitors can kick you out once your time is up. Speaking of monitors, they're very alert on the floor and I really respect the way the interacted with patrons. It can't be an easy job but they were very active in making sure little kids don't get trampled and people stay in appropriate areas. Make sure to check out their website for daily deals and times, Wednesdays are 1/2 off jumping and the "Go Play Save" coupon book offers several deals. You will have to purchase the special socks or bring your clean socks when you jump, no sock discounts.

This is an awesome place to take kids to burn calories, energy, & have a lot of fun. I believe I even saw several adults sneaking in some of the fun too. Plenty of parking, easy to find, it sits at the end of a strip mall. I took my kids when they first opened, I took a fellow yelpers advice, which is a must and highly recommend. If you wait later the place fills up very quickly and the kids will loose time waiting in lines. Once entering we were greeted promptly with friendly energy driven young adults. I had pre-purchased tickets on Groupon which save a ton a money (highly recommend also), take time to fill out and print the waiver form too. Checking in was a breeze and all I had to do was purchase three sets of socks which were $1 each. I took my 8, 11, & 14 yr olds, they did the 120 minute Sky Zone time. Wow did they have a blast!!! From slam dunking basketballs, playing dodgeball, jumping in the foam pit, and jumping around being playful/funny kids....they did it all. Staff was walking around and at each play station was being supervised, no complaints at all. They were doing an awesome job! The place smelt clean and upkeep was good. Bathrooms were very clean. They also have a small snack bar, arcade room, several birthday party rooms, a few tables and benches to sit on. I did not explore those areas so I can't give you a detailed review on those. All in all my kids had a blast and look forward to coming back. I highly recommend the 120 minute purchase, that gives your child plenty of time to do everything, explore different activities, and burn energy!!! Also remember if you want to avoid the crowds come early, like when they first open. Take your kids already........lol

They have classic area of side by side trampolines, a trampoline Basketball area, a trampoline Dodgeball area, trampoline foam pit, mini rock climb wall, children's obstacles course areas with fun slides and to finish it off a trampoline 'Wipeout' spinning trampoline sweeper. All in all good well kept, clean and good in shape apparatuses. Little to no wait in most areas [minus basketball which could get tied up with a group game]. There is also a small arcade area if you need a breakaway from the bouncing action. Just know that is a separate cost from your original timed wristband given when entering for you bouncing session. Outside of that there is a small beverage concession to get water or a frozen Icee drink and lockers to put valuables [keys, wallets, phones and shoes]. All in all an amazing time where I'd consider going back with or without the kiddos, maybe for a date night with the Mr. ;)

Interesting experience as I am writing this right now in their facility:…read more This is a fun place for the kids to come. This is my second time bringing my kids. We got checked in and my two girls ran up and started playing. My son and I straggled behind a few moments. Before reaching the trampolines, one of the employees stopped us and said my son cannot wear the socks he was wearing. He was wearing Galaxy Fun Park Sock (the competition). I asked why he couldn't wear those socks since they were in compliance with what was required in their facility (grip bottom socks). The employee said they were "Galaxy Socks" and that it's policy. After a moment of awkwardness, they gave my son some other socks at no charge. After walking past them, I looked at my two daughters and one was wearing Urban Air Socks and the other was wearing Galaxy Fun Park Socks. They were never stopped and told to change socks. As I'm sitting here writing this review (I was going to give them a 3-Star review for the awkward interaction and inconsistent experience) the same employee kindly just walked up to me and handed me two pairs of socks for my girls. I smiled at him and thanked him. All in all, I appreciate the consistent effort. They were kind about it. I'll be back, again.

We tried defy and my son enjoyed as expected. It really needed to be disinfected. Smell was strong…read moreas soon as you walked in. Great for all ages. It was nice they had seating for parents all over and an area upstairs that overlooks the entire place.

Despite confirming details in advance and paying nearly $700, the event was disorganized from the start. We were given the wrong party room number, causing delays, and when the kids were ready to eat, the room and food were not prepared on time. The biggest issue was the ice cream. I had paid for ice cream for all guests, but only after the party started was I told they were out. I was advised mid party to buy something next door at Food Lion so my husband went to get ice cream--only for the manager to confront me in front of guests saying I couldn't serve it due to policy. After an embarrassing back‑and‑forth, they eventually allowed it, but the damage was done. My son's party was disrupted, and my guests witnessed unnecessary conflict. To make matters worse, billing confusion at the end left me feeling accused of not covering a guest, only for it to later be revealed as a miscommunication that left me feeling awkward because the venue involved the other family by calling them. The entire experience was stressful, embarrassing, and poorly handled. While the party host tried to be helpful, the management's lack of communication and professionalism ruined the celebration. I've been a loyal customer since they opened, but after this ordeal I am cancelling my membership. Customer service matters, and this event showed me Big Air Raleigh does not value it.

If you are a parent who needs to work on the side and using the counter table and chair, it can be a bit of a mess and you might need to clean. They don't get used much so it can be overlooked. The top counter needs to be dusted periodically. It is covered by a thick dust if you wipe it. You won't notice it at first because of the colour of the counter but if you put something on it, you will bring with you dust bunnies. Need to check on toilet paper too. ;) Beside from that, staff are nice and rely do their job. It's a big place so I know some areas can be missed sometimes.

They also have a few video games, and while they are more active games (pedaling or kicking a soccer ball) our little ones seemed to gravitate towards those - even though our hope with going there was to be off screens. It was incredibly crowded. We couldn't even find a spot in the parking lot. Lots of people were parking across the way at Carrabba's so we did the same, but then as we walked up to the Sky Zone entrance there was a sign that said they would tow and to park next to Office Max. So I went back and moved the car, however, that was not the most ideal lot to have to walk over with kids since there's no crosswalk.

I am going out of my chaotically busy day to leave this review, because I mean every word and I am not a "cheerleading" parent. I generally don't care for places like this because I have to sit in a hard chair and wait until he's finished playing. I want to play WITH him! This place, UA, has so much going on! My child and this mama (me) had an amazingly fantastic time! It was fun wading through the clear bubble pit. It seriously is a good workout, plus, walking the plank is a bonus. The trampolines are just as fun as all the other trampolines BUT it wasn't nearly as crowded; no accidents means even more fun (for me)! Then, I saw the go carts and realized that MAMAS COULD DRIVE- not just kids and people running the exhibit!!!! Since my little monkey isn't big enough to reach the pedals, I got to be the driver. It was so much fun that we went probably 5 times before UA closed. My kid thought it was the greatest thing ever when another mama entered the track and we locked eyes as way of greeting, we both knew what needed to be done: a race so epic that the camera couldn't keep up to take a picture. The photo of us smiling is after the go carts. Genuinely smiles = really excellent memories. It is NOT cheap. It is substantially more than places like Safari Nation, literally any of the museums (the one in Raleigh is probably the closest in price) and of the other places for kids that I am blanking on. To be a parent/member and get to also use the go-karts, each kid is roughly $110 for 6 months of prepaid unlimited play. It's $60 for an annual membership for parents and allows them to use any of the exhibits that they wish, including go karts! So for $170-180 you are able to go as many times as you want for 6 months. If you pay full price for 6 months and add it all up, you come up with There isn't much of a discount for paying in full for 12 months.

Urban Air.. more like Urban Utopia…read more This Urban Air was the best in all of the trampoline parks I have ever been to. Firstly, the ball pit was an absolute BLAST. You could jump in there for at least 300 times and still want to jump in. Next.. The Lifeguards, the lifeguards were super nice and told me how to use specific attractions. In fact me and my friend invited a lifeguard to jump with us and we all had a great time. Then.. there was the Trampolines, there are trampolines with CRAZY jump force. You jump.. You're basically Avatar. I had a good time with the trampolines. Finally.. The Price, the price was pretty solid. For me and my brother, it was probably at least $22.14 (I don't want to get anyone mad). Overall, 5 Stars. Go here like if your life depends on it.. JK but do recommend going here

That was very kind of her because they had already let me in on the ticket and she could've just told me "well next time you know. " She also allowed me to keep my wristband and told me that if I wanted to play today to go ahead and do so. So.... shout out to CiCi the manager on 14 July, 2026 for being attentive to her customers and going above and beyond. Her kindness has not gone unnoticed.
