I've taken my 3 year old here a couple times and she likes it. Its a great place for kids to run around, have fun and burn some energy. I wouldnt mind jumping around some too, and have at another location in the past. I take her there on Sunday mornings because only little kids (5 and under?) are allowed in, so its better for her that time of day, not having to deal with bigger kids. It seems like they are always working to improve the place, and just about every time I go, I see a new thing they've added or are working on. It really is great, but a few minor down sides - you have to rent a locker to put your stuff in and some of the things there my kid is too little for. Sometimes, she's also not in the mood and seems to get bored of the place after a little while. But I think its fun and I bet as she gets older she'll like it more too. read more

Really fun concept for kids and adults! Great place for birthday party or just a fun family night out. They have several different courts and trampoline areas. There are dodge ball courts, slum dunk basketball trampoline courts or just individual trampoline areas. You can move about freely to whatever activity you want during your pre-paid session. Sessions range from 30 minutes to 2 hours. You must purchase a pair of sky zone socks but you can reuse them each time. There's a snack bar selling drinks snacks. Plenty of tables and benches to sit and take a break or for non- jumping spectators to view the action. They have secure lockers to store your stuff while you play, party rooms for guests attending and birthday parties. My 16 yr old son and friends had a blast! I saw kids as young 2-3 and people who looked to be in their 60s all participating in the fun. read more

Fantastic experience hosting my child's third birthday here, COVID protocols notwithstanding! The party room was spacious, the pizza was quite delicious and everyone was so helpful and accommodating. My daughter was begging me this morning to come back. The place is just off 2+0 and hwy 30 so easy to get to. They has so many areas for the kids. The obstacle course, wipe out, foam pit, 1 on 1 basketball, large jumping area, dodgeball courts and the slam dunk area. A place you can comfortably let the kids run off their energy. It's not the cheapest thing in the world but the smiles on the there faces make it well worth the money. read more

Looks like a fun place, big and lots of different activities. However Saturday afternoon here and a bunch of screaming teenagers cursing as they play dodgeball, bunch of little kids around. I bought a Jump pass for my nephews and intended it for a different location. Not sure what happened but my order then said the Fenton location. The would not refund my money or allow me to transfer to the location I wanted. For this kind of customer service, I would not recommend this place. read more

I had my 3 year old daughters birthday party here. We booked a party package online. The staff did an amazing job, from the young lady who signed us in, to the young lady helper in the party room. They included all cups, plates, napkins, even had a knife and ice cream scoop for us to use too. They allowed us to bring in a fruit and vegetable tray too. The pizza was a surprise as it was good pizza. They brought everything on time, in fact ahead of schedule, the service all around was amazing and made for a stressless event for me. We have been to quite a lot of trampoline parks in the area. This one is definitely the worst one we have been to. Lay out is terrible to me. Small jump pads, and it was like pulling teeth to get a staff member to help you. I considered signing up for a membership before I came but I'm glad we tried it before we decided. This was my 2nd visit to Sky zone. The first visit, I wasn't impressed at all and this last visit really concerned me. To start I went online to see if I had to search for the socks I bought last time or I can bring my own. It says approved socks (not our own skyzone socks that we approve) so I didn't do a massive search of my house and brought 3 pairs of my sons socks for them to approve. Got to the park and found out you can only wear their socks. Would have been nice if website spelled that out. For a toddler time there were a lot of bigger older boys and they were running and acting crazy. My son and many other kids were knocked down several times and the staff did nothing. Not even asked the big kids to slow down or be cautious of the little ones. This happened over and over. I felt like a referee at the end of the hour we were there. I brought up to the manager my safety concerns and asked why they didn't have a separate area for the little bitty ones and then an area for older ones and he said not his problem. With all the space they have (especially space that wasn't being used and the staff standing around doing nothing) you would think it wouldn't be an issue and they would be concerned about kids safety. Very unimpressed at the staff, their concern for kids safety and the lack of customer concern and service. read more

I generally go here for myself. I attend the Sky Fit Classes. I also bring my son for jump time/toddler time. I love Melanie and all the girls at Sky Fit classes. She has a ton of energy and you get a really GREAT work out. Be prepared to sweat your socks off ;-) My son loves the jump time and everything seems to be clean and orderly when we go. The front of the house (during) check in, can sometimes be a cluster. I am sure it is there computer systems that are a pain...but sometimes I go there and they say I need a waiver (although I have signed one before) or they can't find me in the system. No biggie but just holds up the lines when everyone is having issues. All in all, we enjoy our time when we go. read more

Sky Zone is my favorite trampoline park. I have visited many different locations and this one is one of the best ones!!!! Great service, awesome management, and all the new stuff Sky Zone has to offer. This location has: Sky Hoops, Dodgeball, Foam pit, Challenge Zone, and Sky Slam. We tried their "Glow Zone" where you glow in the dark and it was a blast!!!! Highly recommend this location! read more

Havent been here since COVID-19 started so the slides and swing and the 3 ariel silks were new and I went here with my friend and one of the workers to my friend to put the swing on her rectum and I don't say that word at home so then the worker said "I hope you don't die" to me and my friend. Who says kids get to have all the fun?!?! We stopped by SkyZone with a group of our friends for an end of the summer jump party. Turns out the night we went was also a glow zone night, which meant black lights and neon shirts! Because we were in a group, we had a leader who organized everything. She stored our purses, gave us all the sky jump socks ($2 a pair if buying on their own) and made sure we each had a different color glow shirt. They explained the layout and for an hour we got to jump, play basketball, a round of dodgeball and jump in their foam pit. There is no set time in each area, you get to move around as you please. At the end of our jump time, we had arranged for sodas and pizza with SkyZone and it was waiting for us in the party room. Our leader was up there to make sure it was all ready and that our needs were satisfied. Only food you're allowed to bring in is dessert so I made sure to bake a batch of brownies to end our fun night. They were advertising sky fitness classes and I am eager to try them to see what they are all about! I can only imagine the workout we would get! read more

This place is DA BOMB! My wife is 28, I am 25...we have no kids. We have no parents to tell us what to do. So, we come here and get to act like little kids with the added benefit of being out own adult supervision! I don't know what else to say other than I cannot stop smiling the entire time I am here. Dunking, foam pit, dodgeball, basketball, giant trampoline walls you can jump onto and do tricks? Yes please. I feel like I don't have to convince anyone to come here...its just as awesome as awesome can possibly be and you'll have to take my word for it. Just check out their website if you care to see pictures/hours/any info you need. Only advice: One hour is plenty of time here. I have gone with a 6 year old and a 7 year old on separate occasions, and they were plenty tired after an hour. I can only handle an hour and I am physically fit. read more

I saw several kids getting injured because the attendants, who are all 16 years old, are rarely paying attention and do NOT enforce the rules. I do not like coming here for that reason, but the kids love it so I make sure they follow rules and watch closely. read more

A friend of mine was raving about this place on Facebook - said it was better than Monkey Joe's when you're looking for rainy day fun. So on a day off from work, I decided to take the kids there - it really is fun. I have an 8 year old and a 4 year old and we did 30 minutes of jumping. That was more than enough so I'm glad I didn't pay for an hour (you can always upgrade later on) because after 20 minutes my kids were sweaty and asking for a drink from the refreshment stand. It was easy to be able to say "We're jumping for 10 more minutes and that's it." - I don't think they would have lasted an hour. Here are some important things I wish I'd known before going: 1) Since you can book 30 or 60 minutes, they only let you onto the trampolines on the hour or half hour. So if you show up at 1:40, you're going to have to stand there with your kids for 15 minutes while they whine endlessly about wanting to jump. So try and time it a little better than me. 2) Visit the sky zone website and fill out your waiver before you go. They have a stand of computers where you can do it but again, your kids will be overwhelmed and pulling on your shirt demanding to jump while you're adding your birthdate and their birthdate on a really temperamental touch screen. Also, read over the rules while you're on the site. They kept telling me we could use our 15 minutes of waiting to watch a video explaining the rules but honestly it was so loud, I couldn't hear a thing. 3) You have to buy special jumping socks there. They're only $2 a pair. But you have to buy them. 4) If you plan on jumping (and honestly, you really should - it's really really fun), bring quarters. They have some lockers that work with quarters. You can shove your purse in there and have some fun. read more

Not impressed. They had some cool stuff but several areas were closed. The ninja course was cool but very poorly ran. Took 15m wait for one run. Not enough staff and the staff doesn't do much. They are not assertive enough. And they allowed some big kids in dodge ball that were hammering some little ones. read more

My grandkids love coming here; however, for the price you pay, I have one consistent complaint. The place is not the cleanest facility. For the huge amount of kids that are in the building at any given time, you would think one of the employees would be delegated to wiping down handrails, picking up trash, wiping tables down, etc. No soap at n the women's bathroom??! This place is a germ factory-they need to pay more attention to that! read more

FYI: Sky Zone allows cell phones on the jumping court. My daughter had to go to the emergency room last night due to someone throwing a phone at her with a hard Otterbox. it hit her in the middle of her forehead just above the eyebrows. Leaving a knot the size of a golf ball. I did not let my daughter take her phone assuming this would be policy but its not. When I filled out the accident report, the employee said they can have them on the court but just not out. Why would you need a phone while jumping or any other object for that matter?? Just wanted parents to know. read more

It's not a bad place. We thought it was a little pricey. The kids had a good time. We bought them in our jumping time and they said they would have been good with a half hour. They said it's not as easy as it looks. That's why my wife and I sat at a table watching them. The staff is friendly . They've got a good snack bar. (I got a frozen Pepsi) overall the place is okay. Not sure whether or not I go back. I would definitely have to give it some thought. read more

We went here and it was insanely crowded. Like to the point kids were standing there waiting for a trampoline to open. It was hectic and people were complaining all around us. They surely have a limit on how many people can be let in to jump at a time but it definitely didn't seem like it. I had an almost 3 year old with us and most of the time she had to just stay by us and watch because there was no way she could get to a trampoline before someone else would grab it. I took a star off because of that. My older kids had a great time and would like to go back. It's a fun place and its well maintained and easy to find. If you go just go at a slow time! read more

After I finally sent this email I was called. However, the guy tried to tell me it would be an inconvenience for him to go back and look and end up a (wash). He also tried to convince me they refunded me for the 16th person that they had charged me for when in reality they refunded me for shirts and socks of a couple people who were unable to make it after already paying in full due to a car accident. Hello, I have contacted your company on several different occasions. I made a reservation and paid in full for #16 people on 2/23 due to a miscount. About 20 minutes after realizing I had made an error in the number of people I had counted. I had contacted your company through text message (because I didn't get an answer over the phone when calling) I was assured that I could adjust this number to #15 people with no problems. However, my card was still charged for the #16 people. (All this was documented in text). (Can you please check this on your text line from #636-***-****). I have called and talked to your companies staff on several occasions where my information has been taken on three occasions for a manager to contact me. Each time I have called the manager has stepped out or has been assisting with another customer. I have requested a call back through your text line as well. I am sure all of which can be pulled up on your companies end. This was the best sky zone that I have ever been to. I would totally recommend it over the others. The workers were exceptional and were on top of things. I will forsure be coming back soon and will tell my friends to attend with me. The best worker by far was By the legal name of (Vladislav) ALEX GRATZA ( head of everything)...if you are to travel to this franchise in Fenton then you will love it and yourself forever!!! This was our first visit to the Fenton location and we will not be returning. I am not sure if they were understaffed or simply disorganized. The lines were long (15 min for Ninja course) and half the courts were closed for no apparent reason. Big kids were running across the jump courts and doing flips right next to toddlers and the staff did nothing to to try to separate jumpers (they do at the Chesterfield). Another concern was the camp that was being held. It appeared that the campers had no supervision. Bottom line this location felt unsafe and poorly managed. read more

I had a blast at this place. It was fun for the whole family. I left here worn out and tired from only an hour of jumping. The people that work there were nice and the other kids were very curteous too. I enjoyed myself, but next time I go, I'll probably just leave the jumping to the kids. read more

Sadly my visit was unpleasant! We've frequented this location quite a bit. This tone was different. I purchased an hour for myself and 90 mins for 3 kids. One of the young gentlemen workers repeatedly addressed me for something so natural when there. Any fall I had, I was yelled at immediately to "Get up!" No visit in the past was every like this! My son noticed (10yrs) and said, "why is he only saying that to us?" I finished jumping at 8, proceeded to the massage chairs, and put $5 in for 15 mins. 3 mins in, my children (90 min jump purchase) were told their time was up and they had to get off. I told the same aggressive gentleman they had 90 mins. Another gentleman said they were closed! Well what do you know. I was sold unavailable time! When I asked for a refund for my "unavailable" time, I was passed off as though I had done something wrong. Not to mention, I lost a solid 12 minutes of wonderful chair massage. This visit was beyond unpleasant and likely my last at this location. Sorely disappointed and rather upset about how it all was handled! 1 star is all I can offer based off today's visit! read more

This Place is AMAZING!!! We have been to other Sky Zone locations before and i have to say the layout of this location and activities they offer are great for everyone! We hosted our schools 5th grade party here and let me say they were absolutely wonderful .. everything was taken care of and the parents got to sit back and enjoy! We had 76 kids there and they were amazing keeping them under control so we could check in quickly and get jumping! There was one child who had injured her foot a couple weeks before our party and could not participate because she was in a boot .. as soon as the manager was aware of this he immediately turned her day around..made her a "worker" she got a special shirt and she got a whistle and did just what the employees do .. it was so cool! the kids look so forward to the day of the party and what could have been a terrible day for her was turned into in amazing one including passes to come back when she is healed. I cant say enough great things about this place and the way they handled our party! would highly recorded them to anyone especially for large group events! Thank you again Sky Zone! read more

I came here during the toddler time over the summer and don't think I'll be returning. The customer service is the worst I've experienced when it comes with dealing with children. I was floored how rude everyone was especially one large guy in particular. When my kid brought a toy to the foam block area (in which he wasn't going in, just wanted to look) the guy told him to give him the toy. I said that he was only looking and he bent down really fast and just grabbed it from him. It scared my kid and really got me miffed. Who behaves this way? We were there during the second hour of the toddler time and with about 15 minutes left, the employees were clearing out all the toys. Some were actually taking them from the kids while only one made it a game and let the kiddos throw the toys in a bucket. Did the kids during the first hour only get 45 minutes with the toys? Were they snatched from them too? The way most of the employees acted was quite clear they didn't know how to behave around small children. After emailing management with our unfortunate experience, I didn't hear a word back. I guess they don't mind if their employees have rotten customer service skills.
