I highly recommend this location. We, at least twice a year not very often. We usually come at the beginning of every year because we are gifted a pass for the kids for Christmas and we come as a family such such a great idea and so much better than a present. You get free icy passes with the bundle deals I highly recommend looking into them. I'm family member stated she paid around $200 for eight passes and everyone got a free icee This does not include socks. FYI. They added a ton of new slides, and other areas for the kids which is great They have a large locker area and even lockers you can lock . The kids and I really like this place. It's clean and the equipment is well maintained. The staff is friendly.with all that said it was really disappointing to learn that after spending $2.50 on a fountain drink there are no refills. Went to a kids birthday party on a Saturday late afternoon. The party staff was fine and the kiddos had a decent time. The entire time we were there I saw dozens of unsupervised 12/13/14 year olds doing what those aged kids do. Not exactly sure how this placed allows youngsters to be dropped off with no parents staying with them. By the time we left it was crowded with teenagers, half of the staff seemed to just be hanging out with them.. not exactly what we were looking for for kids aged 7/10. Had a group of kids go into the bathroom and intentionally shut the lights off and lock my youngest in there. Luckily I was right outside, Of course no parents around. The way these kids act nowadays is unbelievable. Won't be coming back... when I asked to speak to the manager for a safety related issue, the team member responded "oh no, are you reporting a fight?" There was a birthday party here! It was amazing! The ninja course was fun and challenging (i couldn't do the third course). The dodgeball was well organized. The trampolines were a bit small for my size (i'm an adult) but wonderful nontheless. I enjoyed the rock wall. The balance beam knock-your-friend-off was excellent. I could go on and on. also, the staff here is great! We had a woman named Sawyer who was about a decade than the group's median age. She was friendly and happy and smiling at us the entire time. She served us pizza with gloves on. She poured us soda. She even lit the candle on the candy cake for the birthday girl. She was awesome! This place is awesome! We attended a birthday party here and it was so much fun! The inside is huge and it is so much to do. Even adults can stay entertained here. They have basketball area, trampoline area, huge rock climbing wall and inflatables. It's an open layout and the kids just run wild. I have one question: why is the air-track being used as a basketball court? It's a piece of gymnastics equipment. And that's exactly what I use it for. Gymnastics equipment. 5 stars for courtesy at this location, but what really bummed me out was the fact that.. me, being a gymnast, wanted a relatively convenient and close location to train, and I found it. Only problem is that the air-track is being used as a basketball court. There are no signs saying "do not do tricks on this 'basketball court.'" I was extremely disappointed when several individuals walked across my tumbling path, playing bouncy basketball, inadvertent putting me and them into danger. I was unaware until the pass had been completed, and you cannot just change direction in the air. If you land on an individual while tumbling, you hurt that individual AND yourself. Absolutely terrible judgement. Set aside an air-track for tumbling, and watch your company business BOOM. read more

Most of the employees were super nice although felt personality attack. One of the employees and a group of young kids came up to me and yelled at me for noting a silk to use as an Ariel silk for working on Ariel skills. With no signs that said you could not not or tie them together then proceed to grab the silks from me that I was sitting on. I understand why they have the rules this way but could have nicely said something. While there the sign that is so called there was not visible to the human eye. I appreciate your apology although I was not just spoken sharply too. I had a silk pulled out from underneath me causing me to fall into the pit. That is not a way to handle a situation. I enjoyed the rest of my experience there but that incident ruined the experience. read more

I know it's tough to get help but at least designate someone to clean the floors and take out the trash. Floors were covered with dropped food, spilled drinks and the trash cans were over flowing. Disappointed how far this place has declined over that past couple of years. read more

The facility was filthy. Sticky liquids all over the floors and tables--including in the jump areas. There are rules prohibiting running, 2 people on 1 trampoline, etc. The staff does not enforce these rules. My kids did not have fun, because they couldn't just jump. Wherever they went, a crowd followed them to that trampoline. I mentioned this to the staff member, who couldn't have cared less. I mentioned this to the manager. Nothing changed. No wonder ambulances are necessary so often! Several of the things have no staff, like the x-beam and the court, but even those that do may as well not. I went back and spoke with the manager, or at least that's what he called himself. He attitude was "too bad". If there are no consequences for breaking rules, there are no rules. This applies to the staff, as well. read more

I really did think I was in the wrong place when I turned onto Central Dr. in O'Fallon. Tucked behind a Peterbilt tractor trailer repair shop is Rockin' Jump, recommended by some friends who have taken their toddler here several times. It's a massive space inside a warehouse. They are a franchise and unfortunately don't have any plans to expand to Kansas City in the near future. I would take my son here a lot more if it were closer to home (I didn't make a four hour drive just to visit, but it was still a lot of fun). 15 bucks during "tot time" earned us 120 minutes of free play around the trampolines, foam pit, stunt bag, and other attractions. Tot Time between 8 - 10 is only for the little guys - no need to worry about older kids around the toddlers. Because it was our first time, we had to buy special socks (2.00/pair) for gripping the trampolines. My two year was a little skittish at first, but really enjoyed everything once he saw other little ones jumping around and having a good time. I was really impressed with the number of employees monitoring safety. We consistently had a staff member watching us, helping get in/out of foam bricks, and striking up conversations. They really seemed to care about our little ones. My only complaint was the gripping socks. They kept falling off both me and my son. Several times we lost them inside the foam bricks and had to fish them out. It wouldn't keep me from coming back, just more of a nuisance. Perhaps RJ should consider socks with a little more elasticity to keep them firmly secured when playing. 15 dollars for a great work out (we were both tuckered out), a lot of jumping fun, and a 3 hour quality nap time later is well worth it. I would highly recommend RJ to anyone with toddlers to teens. read more

Decided to take the kids here after school tonight. They have been here a few time with their day camp & have always had great things to say. Well I was very impressed with this place. So many trampolines, a really neat rock wall, dodgeball area & much more. This place was so so much more than I expected. They even had a nice parents area with a comfy couch & the Cardinals game on! After having a horrible experience at my son's birthday party this past Saturday the manager Matt finally reached out to me through email he said my phone wasn't ringing. Long story short he gives me his number I call him his first sentence is he wants to apologize for experience etc. He then proceeds let me know that he does not believe that my husband and I were told we could come 45 minutes an hour prior to the party to set up decorations. I told him that is exactly what we we're told. After him getting an attitude about the disagreement he says and I quote we can agree to disagree. The conversation went from that quote till he doesn't believe me or my guests that are experience was as bad as we said it was. I told him I have pretty one guess and a random lady I have no idea who she was that could let him know just how our experience was. He didn't care he didn't care to hear it all he kept saying is he believes his employees to the point that that made me mad and I went off on him saying your employees are teenagers that literally did nothing except hang out. They were no help at all they did not try to help they didn't even do their jobs. Long story short it got to the point he had me so mad I hung up on him. I told him his employees were extremely disrespectful no help at all and it was pretty much a slap in the face to me. And that's when he perceives just to let me know that my guest and myself included or apparently delusional. He did not say we are delusional in those exact words but he definitely put it off like we were. His exact words was (oh your one of them you obviously dislike us and I just want to complain.) Like I told him we have been there numerous times we actually loved the place that's why I decided to spend the extra money to go there. Anybody with a brain cell would be mad and highly disappointed after spending $400 on a party that literally was worse than half ass. He did not try to make anything right, he wouldn't let me talk at all the explain anything. Seems to me he was waiting for my call to argue instead he just got me mad to the point I hung up with them because I don't have time for that. Again I do not and would not recommend this location spend the extra money and gas and go to St Louis the o'fallon Missouri location is a joke and so is the employees and management. Keep in mind the night of the party I asked for the higher up boss she told me he was not there but yet he admitted to me on the phone that he was there that night I asked them why didn't you come out when I asked for you. He was speechless I asked for another boss hire up than him since he's obviously no help again speechless. Very nice place and fun for kids and adults. Even if you choose not to jump, there is plenty of seating to watch including payable massage chairs if you like. Free lockers to store your valuable, the "Rockin Cafe" for drinks and snacks, clean restrooms and party rooms. I had a birthday party here for the kids. The price was very reasonable especially on the weekday. The kids had an awesome time. They had access to all of the amenities. They got to go to whatever activity they wanted. They only complaint I have was in the dodge ball it seemed like they don't separate ages so some smaller kids were mixed with big ones. The kids did like it better than skyzone. I like that you can trade in socks from skyzone instead of paying $2.00. The food was really good. My 12 year old loves this place. There's a lot of different activities to do like dodgeball, rock climbing, and the ninja warrior course. He also loves the new warp wall and silks. First time here and worth the drive from Illinois. Place was clean and well ran. Lots of employees around. We purchased tickets online, was very easy, just make sure you have ink in the printer, we did not so I took pictures of screen and showed them to the cashier and she took care of it. Also, after about 1 1/2 hrs my son (age 7) was told he had to have special socks. Went to desk and they said yes, and just gave us a pair for the inconvenience. Great customer service. Have a small snack bar, have to admit I thought it would have been more expensive, but was reasonable. We will definitely be back. read more
