Wonderful and huge trampoline park inside. It is off 41 in ft myers south of bell tower. Lots of staff. Kids had a wonderful time. Lots of different time periods available. Really loud. My kids have a great time but recently they've changed their policy and don't allow you to wear jump socks from any other facility. You are required to buy theirs for almost $6 even though they are the same thing. They claim it's required by insurance but it seems like a money grab considering most other trampoline parks do not have the same requirement. PLEASE do something about the inefficient line system. You've got 2 staff, overwhelmed high schoolers, tending to this disaster on "glow night". It's 30 mins into the event and no one is getting tickets. WHY did they close online sales right before the event??? And please WHY the tease of turning the monitors to the customers as if it's a touch screen kiosk situation??! And it happens to be the most frustrating possible group of people juggling small kids. This place had an amazing super trampoline between 2 walls were you could kick off and bounce on your back and see how high you could get. This place is disgusting, chaotic, poorly run, understaffed and dangerous. You could smell the bathroom from outside the door. Teen staffers stand around chatting as children and parents are left to fend for themselves. No employees guarding different areas. At one point on this Sunday afternoon there must have been 300 people on the floor and not a single employee to be seen. My daughter's friend was railroaded by a teen who crushed her ankle. Will never come back here and I highly encourage you not to. Every parent I have spoken to since has had a similar experience. Avoid at all costs. read more

Sky Zone in general is a great idea and the fact of having a VIP membership and the perks that come with it would BE great if you could enjoy one of the best. NOT waiting in line or VIP, the center is so unorganized to make use of it. I would not be making this post if this was a one-off thing but it is an issue every time I have come to the center in Fort Myers. I have spoken to Management on several occasions regarding this issue and they've stated there is nothing to be done. However, if they would use their dedicated lines for what they were intended would be a great start. I signed up for the membership and they charge me twice now but when we go there they will not let us jump staff says I don't have a membership staff refuses to fix the problem. The check in line is disorganized and poorly ran. Just kids who arent trained well and could care less about being there, not very helpful if you need any help. Not very well supervised on the floor either. Lots of things ignored and not well looked after. Facility is great for the kids and I have no complaints about the staff. They try there best to watch hundreds of children at any given time. They are kind and have always done their best to help my kids or answer questions. My low stars is because of the corporate office and the way I have gone ignored for over 3 months. I have asked more than 20 times to be contacted about a hearty refund I am owed due to a computer error/ issue that was inadvertently overlooked, however for the past 3 months I my concerns and requests seem to have fallen on deaf ears. The corporate office has never contacted me and is not compassionate to the situation. The corporate office should be 100% ashamed in themselves for the lack of respect to their patrons. Walked in and thought it was gonna be a blast. We bought tickets online 15 minutes before we had arrived. We walked in, and it was completely packed. Parents and staff were mostly on their phones or not paying attention to kids. When we were getting our. Tickets checked in from online it took forever for the website to load because they said we did not make a purchase. Finally, we went to sign waivers kids were yelling and screaming and then we went back in line and then the guy that was at the front desk said he'd get another worker to help them with the computer. all the hand sanitizer was on the floor from kids playing with it. Our tickets were set and we walked in to go bounce on the trampoline. There were kids walking around doing stuff they're not supposed to like I said parents or stuff we're not watching. We went off the thing where you jump onto this big hard pillow. She was not told to go backwards to jump. She landed on her foot and hurt it. The guy that was supposedly "looking after " that attraction was just talking about getting a raise on the walkie-talkie with some other staff. When there was no one in line and I went to jump. Also, he tried to jump with me even though you are supposed to go one at a time. We left immediately after she got hurt because she cannot walk. By the way, if the staff ever read this. Absolutely horrible trampoline park!!!! I'm surprised Sky Zone put their name on it; used to be Defy. I have been trying to CANCEL my membership since August. When I tried to cancel I was told that their internet was down and please try back in a couple of days. When I called to cancel I was told I needed to come up there to cancel. So on Jan 3, I took my kids to jump. At this point I've paid 4 more months for 2 kids so $220. No dodgeball so my son didn't want to stay. Kids without their parents bullying my daughter so I said, you know what?! I'm canceling! Again I tried to cancel and I was told their internet was down and could I call back tomorrow. I said, "Are you kidding me?! This is what you told me 4 months ago!" How are they checking people in if their internet is down? So that day I tried to stop my credit card from allowing the payment. They said they couldn't do that because I agreed to this contract but they could dispute Decembers payment. I said no because they just went so I felt I should pay for December. I went online and contacted customer service via chat and found out my membership number and canceled the membership. It said it could take 3 business days. Well, apparently it takes 4 business days so now they've charged me for another month. Deceiving people own this company! I cannot believe they have charged me yet again! Very disappointed in this Sky Zone. It's nothing like the one on Cleveland- it's disgustingly dirty. Rarely ever do they have toilet paper, toilets overflow in the girls restroom on a regular basis- they typically have to lock a couple stalls for this reason; lots of "employees " with Sky zone shirts but they stand around and do NOTHING. When we were there recently the cafe was closed yet it took 2 employees to stand behind the counter to show people it's closed. This particular park has a fun interactive video game that 2 kids can play at the same time but besides that, about half the stuff there is broken. Anyway, I want to tell people of my experience with trying to cancel the membership. I think it's a scam that they repeatedly couldn't cancel my membership. Went for a friends party and it was a Saturday and it was super busy and they seemed under staffed.The party planner tried her best to do what she could but she had to be so many diff places.every place to jump was congested a couple jumping zones where closed down and some of the places you where supposed to jump was deflated and not working.the food lines where super long prices for food where decent drinks $3-$5.I do t think they had any stations for hand sanitizer so bring some.The staff was a friendly.I liked they had a upstairs to see the kids and lounge. read more

Purchased tickets at 9:00 in the morning for play time from 2:00 to 4:30, that day. Arrived for our ticket time and was told the park was full and to come back an hour later at 3:00. I explained I had plans and couldn't push them back and requested a rain check or refund. The manager told me that she couldn't do that. The facility is great for kids. Couches for adults are a great idea but uncomfortable unless you are 6 feet tall. My complaint is that the large lighted sign said admission for all day was $25.99. I bought an all day for four boys. Didn't get an itemized receipt. Paid $144.80. When I questioned the math I was told the price went up on the first. Today is the third. I said that's not what your sign says. Just shrugged her shoulders and said "they" haven't changed it yet. Maybe "they" should put paper over the sign and tell customers in advance that the price went up. There are probably 300 kids in here and I can't believe I am the only one that has questioned it!!! I took 4 kids to skyzone on 7/13/24 and bought them each a summer pass. We have been to multiple jumping parks in the past and I had 3 pair of jumping socks so brought them all with me and purchased a new pair for the fourth child. One pair of jumping socks that I brought with me were from another park. We were told by an employee that my daughter needed to wear socks from their facility and that they would give us a pair for free but that we had to give them the socks from the other facility. I said I really wanted to keep them because my daughter really liked them and they insisted that it wasn't allowed then proceeded to throw them away right in front of me. I asked again why I was not allowed to keep them if they were just going to throw them away and the person refused to let me have them. Incredibly rude treatment by what appeared to be a manager after I had just spent over $200 on tickets and buying the fourth child a new pair of socks. I am completely unimpressed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by the employee there and will not return. read more

The poorly ran check in desk ruins anything positive about this place, especially when the staff try to cut the jump time because of extended wait times in line to check in. I always purchase tickets online. Despite there being a special line for online check in, this line seems to have longer wait times than purchasing tickets on site. I was the only person in the online check in line today which took 25 minutes while the on site purchase line was processing countless customers as they continually showed up. If I would have got into the same day purchase line it would have taken less than 10 min. Unsat! When I was finally was afforded the opportunity to check in my whole process with arm band application was less than a minute. Not to mention by the time we get our bands we were over 30 minutes into my kids jump time and were told we needed to leave. luckily I set my timer and the attendant was willing to let us stay after much discussion.Finally, they took out a row of comfy chairs for parents and replaced with pay for use massage chairs.
