No no no. Just no. Basically I was there at skyzone here in ft Myers next to cdjr of ft Myers and I was there with my little sister and her friend and my mom and my moms friend. Me and my sisters friend were having fun cause my sis was taking a break, then these 2 black girls come and they are twice our size and they wanna play with us. They start leaving me out to play with my sisters friend so I leave for like 10 min to do smth else rq also my moms friend was watching her while I left. I come back and I hear smth from my sisters friend. She says that that those 2 black girls called her and f word and b word over her joking abt them looking like a bird mind u she was joking. So then we go to the dodgeball area which is on the other side to get away from them right. The dodgeball area only has girls and we are all playing volleyball and doing gymnastics. Then we start playing dodgeball cause some other ppl join and it is calm dodgeball then those two black girls follow us over there on purpose and they are targeting my little sis and her friend but my lil sis and her friend didn't do a thing. They start whispering to each other I'mma hit her I'mma hit her they are talking bout my sis there. I hit one of them and they didn't get out and they tried to hit me in the face. Back to my sis, they purposely nail her in the face with a dodgeball and my sis did nothing. Then this lady starts yelling at some other teens cause they hit her 9 yr old and she was standing up for my sis. Thank u to that lady btw. So that lady she's super nice to us and she gets the manager they do NOTHING THEY DON'T KICK OUT THE 2 BLACK GIRLS THAT NAILED MY SIS OR THE TEENS THAT YELLED AT THE NICE LADY. So we just leave and I think we are going to be cancelling our membership and going to other places for fun cause that's un acceptable. Ft Myers Sky Zone allowed my minor child to accidentally sign an e-contract for a recurring monthly membership and, without authorization, bill my credit card for multiple months. They refused a credit and refer us to "Corporate" where no one responds. read more

Awesome place for those hot summer days or rainy days. Gives kiddos plenty of exercise and ways to have fun and use up that endless energy. I do have to caution parents with younger kids, you need to watch the little ones. This place is open to everyone so when teenagers or adults come they don't always pay attention to the younger children. read more

my father signed the waiver 3 months ago. It was not in the system. I signed the waiver 10 months ago my waiver and kids were expired. The check in process took almost 20 minutes due to these ridiculous waivers not being valid for a year. I had two other kids with me whose parents signed their waivers and they said they had to be resigned. Had to pay for two hours because that was the minimum time. Can't do 60 or 90 minutes any more. i have tried to call sky zone for three months to cancel my membership. for three months they don't answer the phone and the voice mailbox has been full so I cannot leave a message. i called and emailed the corporate office to let them know about the voice mailbox and to document the need to cancel my membership. i have just been charged a third month in a row. we cannot find the membership through any of our phone numbers we are having a technical difficulty. You think that it's confirmed but a month later you get charged again. I would Not recommend going to this location. I went to take my kids yesterday, we were on a time crunch but did not think it was going to be a big deal. Nothing at all transfers from the Skyzone on Dynasty, which okay fine. But they had one young man checking in every person which to me is unacceptable as he was not efficient or any type of personable at all doing his job. We waited for 30 minutes+ which eventually we ended up leaving due to our time parameters. If the system up front was more efficient then this wouldn't have happened as there was not a manager or grown adult in sight. The skyzone at Dynasty Dr. is far superior and has much better service and organization all around. read more

My family loves SkyZone! We've been there several times for the Little Leapers jump times (on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sundays before the park opens to general population . It is usually from 9-11am on those days, and is for 6 and under (and parents). Little Leapers are $12 per kid. Plus SkySocks (-$3/pair). I like these times because its all young kids, and no bigger kids, teens, or adults who can trample the little ones if not paying attention. They usually have character themed cameos like Minnie/Mickey Mouse, Paw Patrol, etc. They even had a quick story time once! Our most recent trip was for my daughters birthday party. We chose to have a her party during the little Leapers time to ensure they weren't stepped on, or bounced into oblivion by bigger kids. The party was $200 flat fee, and included 10 kids and socks, birthday child and socks, juice boxes and snacks, and a party room. We were told to arrive at 9am for instructions, socks, check in, and jump stickers for the kids (and parents). Then, our jump time began at 930am. The kids jumped, played, etc for 90 minutes. At 11am, we gathered the kids back to the party room for 30 minutes of snacks, cake, etc. It was a great time, and the host helped clean and set up. It was very well organized for the partyparty! Now, to speak to the park itself. You walk in, you can take your immediate right, down the hall to the party area (bleachers, high top tables, arcade, party rooms, and separate check in area. If you're not there for a party, you walk in and walk straight to the open area, where the main check in counter is on your right. You check in, sign waivers, get socks and a jump sticker to say what time you can jump until. There are free open cubbies and quarter lockers for your belongings, if you so choose. When you are walking in the front door, there is a rock wall to your left, and zip line, spinning wheel, and obstacle courses in front of you. Walking to the right, past the counter, you see the climbing wall with 3 different heights, the restrooms to its left, and the concession stand/party room/arcade to its right. Taking a left when you get to the wall, you go up the stairs to a swing/trapeze foam pit, and a foam pit with long soft sticks to knock each other off the platforms. Walking past those to the back, there's the main trampoline area, 3 different height basketball hoops and trampolines, and a foam pit with more activities. Overall a great place to let some energy out! My 4 and 7 year olds love it, as well as my man child (husband). Fun for all ages...if they can walk, they can jump! read more

The manager treated customers with no respect and I quote "I don't care what they want" said by a manager. One of the employees was being disrespectful I asked if they could take some air out of the air track and he said no because everyone wants to play basketball even though me and a friend were the only ones on the air track. We where so excited to go! Paid online, did the waivers... stood in the line that said online admission for 15 minutes, in front of STAFF....nobody said anything to us!!!! So other people went before us in the general admission line.... I finally asked, the girl with the long black braids said no you're in the wrong line, we aren't staffed for this line!!! This place absolutely sucks. My brother broke his arm bad. And by bad, I mean completely separated. In half, and I'm not overexaggerating. Don't go hear unless u have a death wish. I also heard someone got a concussion and when we arrived at the hospital the doctor's exact words were, "Not again! This is the seventh one this week!" BE AWARE of their CANCELATION POLICY!!! You have to cancel "ALL MEMBERS" under your account, not just "your account". Please be advised of SkyZone's cancellation policy, which requires that all members under a primary account must be individually canceled. I was unaware of this stipulation and mistakenly believed that canceling my account would automatically terminate memberships for my children and other linked members. As a result, I was charged $745 for seven months of non-use. When I attempted to dispute these charges, I encountered unprofessional conduct and a refusal to issue a refund. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter via phone and email, I have received no response. I have escalated this issue to corporate and the CEO and am currently awaiting a response. read more

I have two kids under the age of 5. Toddler time was one of our favorite activities and it was affordable too. We went on Sunday and found out they got rid of the program. We were so disappointed. Bouncing for two little kids cost me $45 and I wouldn't be bothered with the price if the trampoline park was actually CLEAN. Skyzone is a dump. We were the first customers of the day (arrived at 9am) and none of the floors were mopped (socks were filthy) and the carpets not vacuumed. Used Band aids on the floors and on the equipment. So gross! Take a look at the blue hanging things and that band aid will still be there I'm sure. There was popcorn and crumbs everywhere. No one cleaned the place the night before. Staff doesn't care either. They are all kids and none of them were watching the jumpers. I heard the manager yell at them about splitting up because corporate is watching their every move. These kids don't care let's be honest... We even had to ask for the music to be put on and one of the workers said it all depends on their managers mood if the music goes on that day. What?! Oh and some of the amenities were broken. The zip line and wipeout thing was out of service. Also a lot of the foam blocks looked like they needed to be replaced. You can definitely tell management doesn't care about their facility. It's a shame because we used to love Skyzone. We won't be back. We'll be going to Defy from now on. read more

Watching a small child get trampled and cry out for help on the dodgeball course while an employee was there playing was enough for me. I almost considered taking my children for the full spring break camp. But instead we just went one after noon with friends instead. The little tiny campers running wild with no supervision. Very pleasant and energetic employees. Looking at other reviews I think people are getting this location and another location confused. This location has been closed due to the hurricane last September and just reopened August 1. Any reviews prior to that are not a representation of the S Tamiami Trl location. People need to be careful when posting reviews and assure they have the right location. This location is also staffed with all brand new employees who have never worked for Sky Zone before. They are still working the kinks out after only being opened for 18 days. We we're understanding of this and the kids had a great time. read more

Great place for adults and kids to enjoy. Not so much for babies and toddlers but they do have a toddler time on Sunday mornings and my kids love it as they usually have a cartoon character make an appearance and play with the kids. It only lasts for a couple of hours but totally worth it for anyone with toddlers/babies who would also like to take advantage of all Skyzone has to offer. If you go on weekends past 12, you will be sharing the place with a lot of people, hence why I prefer to go either Sunday AM or during the week Monday - Thursday. You do have to pay for the socks but I don't quite remember how much but you can keep them to use it for your next visit. The staff is nice and friendly and very attentive as well. My family and I always have a great time when we visit. read more

Wonderful place for kids & adults to get some energy out. This new revamped SkyZone is even more fun with various new added activities including zip line, rock wall climbing, warrior course. As a mom of 2 kids, I do appreciate the cleanliness & those new soft seating arrangements. The glow nights after 8 pm on Friday/Saturdays are a added bonus with upbeat music to go along. So the actual play area is great 5 star the kids had a blast we did the Glow night very cool :) the resin a 4 star review is the website sucks and they do not have a phone number to call so coming up from Naples I was hoping we would be able to go m. When you call it gives you an option to press a button to text with a staff member but no one ever texted it was weird. Then to check in we stood in line for 30 minutes!!! That's crazy we used to go to bounce in Naples before it close and I never waited more than like 5 minutes and it got packed so there's some logistics that could use improvement. Just went this afternoon and there were three major areas closed. And they were all areas my older kids (10-14) were looking forward too. The zip line - closed, the wipe out - closed, and the sky tower - closed. No one informed us of this at the checkin payment counter. They require you to fill out a wavier on a computer that is extremely frustrating to fill out, then they require you to purchase their socks even if you have socks with grips on the bottom just for an extra cash grab they just want you to wear their brand. The people working the register were extremely rude and there were multiple people in the lobby getting frustrated with them because they were so unhelpful. read more

Took my son here today for a birthday party. What a great place ! Much better than Bounce. A lot of different activities. Lots of employees keeping an eye on all the activity. Nice little snack bar and plenty of seating for adults while you wait. At Bounce there isn't really any where. Pricing is reasonable for a 90 minute session. My son is autistic 5 year old and non verbal with a lot of sensory issues. While my son was enjoying his time jumping around, one of the staff members noticed he was covering his ears due to the music. They offered to lower the music to allow the experience to be more enjoyable for him. Two words sum this place up: trampoline heaven! First time ever going to a place like this, so I didn't really know what to expect but I'm always up for something new! When you go you have to sign a waiver and then you have the option to either pay for a half an hour or a full hour to stay and they give you a sticker that shows the time of when you have to stop/leave. An hour cost $13 plus the socks they provide (which are mandatory) are $2 (they have special grips on the bottoms, like the socks in the hospital) and you get to keep them in case you want to go back again. My friends and I did an hour... Within 15 mins I was already a sweaty mess and dying haha. So an hour is definitely more than enough time! They also have lockers you can put your belongings in, only catch is you have to pay 75 cents for it EVERYTHING TIME YOU OPEN IT :( There were 4 different sections. One side has 3 dodgeball courts and on the other side there was the "open bouncing section" that's divided by your size, a foam pit you can jump into, and lastly basketball hoops with trampolines so you can bring out your inner Lebron lol. The best ones were the open bouncing section and the foam pit. But the foam pit is a pain to get out of.. Like you're stuck in quicksand. The only downside to this place is how strict they are. I understand they do it for our safety but my friend mentioned she's been to one of these places in Orlando and they weren't as strict. They don't allow you to carry your phone or camera on the actual trampolines, but I decided to be a rebel and do it anyways hehe. Also, you can't have more than one person jumping on a trampoline and you can't sit on the trampolines or the sides of them, so it's either constant jumping or get off. Overall it was a fun, not the type of place I would constantly go back to, but its something new to try out, so why not! read more

Skyzone is a great place to burn off pent up energy, especially on a rainy florida summer afternoon. When you enter, head straight over to the kiosk of touch screen instructions to fill out waivers for all who are jumping. Then go to the cashier and decide how long you'd like to jump. The half hour is currently priced at $10 but only an additional $3 if you can handle an hour. You are required to purchase grip socks for $2 but can use these for future visits. My energetic 13 yo grandson loved it and begged for extra time, while his 30 something yo companion had enough. Looked like a great workout while jumping into a foam pit. Creative types that they were, flips and jumps are allowed! Then off to jumping while shooting baskets of various heights. They also enjoyed dodge ball and worked up quite the sweat. There is also a freestyle jumping area with walls to practice your form. Will be returning for more fun times! read more

First time here. Waiver center didn't save all of my kids' names. Had to go to the front desk two times to figure it out since Hurricane Irma apparently erased their database the first time. Cynthia was super helpful. She entered all the names a second time and helped the registration process go smoothly. She even gave my girls a little more time for this minor inconvenience. About 45 minutes later, I lost my four year old. Cynthia was working the food stand by this time (I guess the employees rotate stations). She found my little girl within 5 minutes.
