First, I am reviewing as an "observer" and not as a participant. The grands that were the ones that got to run, jump, slide, bounce, etc. I enjoyed watching them. All participants (and those under a certain age have to have a parent/etc present) have to wear official Sky Zone socks and either sign a waiver or have one on file. Observers have plenty of seating areas where you can keep an eye on the young ones. I found the place to be well staffed, especially in the dodge ball and trampoline area. The staff appeared to attentive to what was going on, but with limited interaction with the kids. I am guessing this place is on the list of Greensboro parent's of "places to take the kids and let them burn off energy - along with the Children's Museum and the Science Center. read more

My son needed an indoor activity for the summer. I purchase their summer pass (90 minute visits each day until August 31st). Three 1- hour long visits and the pass pays for itself. My son loves this place. When it isn't crowded, it is enjoyable. We've learned to pick the down days of the week to visit. The manager has been friendly during our most recent visits. Just posting an fyi that if you're planning a glow birthday party at Skyzone in Greensboro, be prepared to spend more money than be rushed through it. We had our birthday party on Saturday at 6. They checked us in and sent us on our way no problem. When our guests arrived, they wouldn't let them in until our guest bought a glow shirt from them for $6. This was not discussed in the email to confirm, phone call 5 days earlier OR when we checked in. This was the case for all of our guests. This is an extra $120 for the party ( on top of the almost $500 for the party itself) because I refused to have my guests pay when I invited them to come. I spoke to the manager who said there was nothing he could do. That there were owners of this specific location but they weren't available and I wasn't able to get their information. I was told to email their event page. I asked if he would give us our time that we spent being refused the opportunity to jump until then (30 minutes) and he said no problem. We got to jump until 7:30 and we had the room until 8. As soon as we got into our room we were rushed through everything and encouraged out by 8. Although we were supposed to get an hour in the party room. Now today, I emailed exactly how I was told only to get the SAME manager asking how he could help me and that the owners weren't available. Once he realized it was me, he stopped responding. 10/10 do not recommend. read more

We've been here several times over the years and tonight was disappointing. The staff singled out my child for not wearing the Skyzone socks, even though he was wearing the same jump socks from another facility. Meanwhile there were a dozen or more kids wearing what appeared to be regular socks or socks they didn't purchase at Skyzone, but they didn't get called out for it. The check-in process was utter chaos despite having signed the waivers and paid online. We won't be back. There are other trampoline parks that are less pricey and not desperately making money grabs at the expense of a seven year old's fun. read more

Bad experience. Staff was very rude. Our kids barely hot to play basketball. The staff minding the court made sure not to allow our boys to play eventhough they waited in line. The same few people got to play the whole time. There was no control in there except for the "sky zone sock" police who ran around making sure the appropriate sky zone $3 socks were worn. $200 wasted. Don't waste your time or money. read more

Overall my girls had a blast here minus a few hiccups... it's a little pricey, and not as much to do in there as I thought there would be however it's in a great area... has pretty good vibes... they were not too strict about your time limit and like I said the kids had fun which is all that matters... You have to purchase their socks regular socks aren't accepted. Socks are $3 so save them. You also have to sign a waiver. It's a little pricy...$15 for a hour. You also have to pay for toddlers...such a bummer she hardly jumped but oh well. Inside you can play dodge ball, basketball, or jump in the ball pit. read more

My kids and my nephews had spring break last week, so we did something a little fun. I have 3 boys of my own and 3 nephews, so I took them all to this place to burn off some energy and have some cousin bonding time. I debated as to whether, or not, to choose this place because there are quite a few to choose from in my area and even one closer to my house than this one. But since the kids hadn't been here before, we tried it. I'm giving them 3 stars for a couple of reasons. First of all, when we arrived my kids had a bag full of jumping socks that we have accumulated throughout the years from going to trampoline parks in our area. However the staff forced me to buy six pairs of their personal socks claiming they were a better quality than the others. That was money I was not planning to spend there. From what I could see the place was pretty clean, the staff was masked up for our safety, and even the bathrooms were spotless. The kids had a good time jumping, but as opposed to the other trampoline parks I have visited this particular one is not set up for those who are waiting and NOT jumping. There are only four comfortable chairs to sit in and a few tables with hard chairs. Most of the staff seemed to be preoccupied with other things instead of the safety of the jumpers. The one staff member they had walking around the trampolines seemed more interested in talking to, who I assume was a friend, rather than watching the jumpers. The food court was mostly closed but you could purchase bottled drinks. All in all I believe we will probably not return to this particular trampoline park. read more

The place itself is lack luster with the play environment lacking in comparison to the others I've been to. More importantly though is the fact that I was told by THE OWNER that because I hadn't purchased a play band that I was not allowed to stand near my newly 5 year old child and that I was unable to be near to make him feel safe and comfortable. The Teenagers running the place are clueless. Not only did they take forever at EVERYthing to get done, but then WE were rushed out of the room. And WATCH your Receipts because they will DOUBLE charge you for the kids we ALREADY paid for. 2 extra kids was $100?? We asked for water in the room TWICE never received it. The jumping was fun, about the ONLY thing that went right. Plus they completely IGNORED 4 kids all together. No plates no cups never even asked if we needed more space. As an employee at a neighboring business, I witnessed the cops get called by Sky Zone on two of their own customers. The racist owner locked the two young girls out of the business in the cold while GSO Police aggressively handcuffed them and put them in the back of a car. Five more patrol cars showed up as well as an SUV. The owner could be seen watching from his office with the lights off during the entire incident. In addition, there is no evidence of social distancing at the parties being held inside. During the weekend, the building stays packed. read more

This was my first time going here or to a trampoline park period. My girls had a blast for their friends birthday party. The girls at the group and party check-in side were very nice and friendly. They all had smiles on their faces and you could tell they really like their job. The jumping areas were really cool and the workers there were very attentive with all the kids that were there. I know my girls will love to go back again as long as they are behaving lol. The pizza that they had was actually not that bad. The pizza was very cheesy and the kids really enjoyed it. read more

I do not recommend anyone who cares for the well-being of their child to come to this place. My step daughter went to camp here this week and I don't know where to begin. - There's no sign in/out sheet for campers. There are three people that are allowed to pick up my step daughter. All three of us have picked her up this week and no one ever asked any of us for an I.D. nor to sign anything saying we got her. - During sign out, adults, kids, people who aren't even part of the camp are coming in and out of the campers room. - One day at drop off, we walked in and all of the kids were jumping and there was not an adult in sight. I stood around for ten minutes waiting for someone. Finally two people came out from the back. I asked the girl a couple of questions and she couldn't answer any of them. - Lunch is provided everyday at camp, but my step daughter didn't like the lunch one day so I packed her lunch. I made sure to tell a camp counselor that I had packed her a lunch. When I picked her up this day, not a single adult was there to talk to me. Got home and she hadn't eaten any of her lunch. She then explained that a camp counselor gave her a bag of chips for lunch. - They allowed other kids to buy things for my step daughter. Unmonitored. What if she had been allergic to something? What if she isn't allowed certain things? She consumed dip n dots and airheads in one day, purchased by other kids. And the same day she got served chips for lunch. - I'm a nanny and I brought the kids I nanny to sky zone for a trip. Addy saw me the second I walked in and ran to me. She was with me for an hour. Held my hand, hugged me, I held her and played with her. For. An. Hour. NO ONE ever questioned who I was. Not once. No one said anything at all. For an hour. She even walked me to the door! She could have easily LEFT with me and no one would have noticed. We will never ever be attending this camp again. And truly questioning coming back to the establishment at all. We spent a lot of money for her to be here and it wasn't worth one single penny. read more

Took my nieces here a couple months ago. They ad so much fun! Great way to die d a couple hours with the kids.

The kids had fun. But it was very unorganized from the start. The person checking us in told us they were new and this was their first day. No problem. But this did take 20 minuets of our jump time. We weren't able to decorate because another party was in the room. After finally completing check in we then put our belongings in a bucket and walked to the park area. No rules were given. No stickers checked. Just walked right in. We were met with a sea of kids. I only saw 4 workers in the entire park area. Plus one who I assume was a lead of some sort would pop up every now and then. One worker who was supposed to be watching dodgeball was scrolling on Facebook. Dodgeball had about 30 kids and only 6 balls. There were two areas for basketball one with 3 goals another with 4(which I assume are for a one on one game) and only 4 basketballs in total. A child in our party was ran over by two older teenagers and the worker who saw it happen did nothing until our party came over and a different worker overheard the cries and checked. After watching members of my party in dodgeball the same worker on their phone asked another worker if I was wearing correct socks, I was standing there for around 10 minutes and overheard the whole thing and was finally questioned about my socks because they were an older version, while people were in regular socks and even shoes. Most kids were just dropped off and joined a free for all type of play. We were flagged down to make sure we paid. No type of security at the door so many kids were just outside hanging around in socks. It's a madhouse and I doubt I'll be back. Other locations are much better. The hosts were great. The bathrooms were clean. Everything else is a no. read more

We threw my son his 6th birthday party here. It was fun for them but the check in process is a nightmare when throwing parties. Even more so than just signing the waiver for jumping alone. And top it off, you can't have your party room until jumping time is over. By then, all the kids are saying they are thirsty so they have to constantly walk to the water fountains unless you buy them all water bottles. Bad plan. Also, it's so extremely overbooked. Rules state you can only jump one person per trampoline but there's 3500 people in here just standing waiting on an open trampoline. I wouldn't do it again, for sure. read more

What a fun place! I went on a Wednesday which is 1/2 off free play when you purchase tickets at the front seat. I actually made the mistake of getting tickets online thinking that was how I got the 1/2 off discount and when I realized my mistake I called and they said they would fix it for me once we arrived! It was quick and easy and the staff members were beyond helpful! If it's your first trip you should plan on purchasing their no-slip socks but you can save them and use them next time you come back! One other tip would be that if you are getting a locker make sure you get everything in before closing it! I didn't and had to pay the $.50 again to lock it again but no big deal! A good place for kids with little to no amenities for parents. There are 3 large trampolines and for the most part they keep the ages separated. Once or twice I was concerned with bigger kids mixed in. The rules are clear but not consistently enforced. The place is clean and well staff. I noticed some children just running wild and looked for their adults. When I inquired I was told that they allow parents to just drop off children with no supervision. These children were between 8 & 10 I'm guessing and I witnessed for myself an adult check children in and then leave. Not good at all! After I use all of my punches I will look for another trampoline park for my grandson's visits. read more

This was a lot of fun! However the sign in process was dreadful. It's no surprise we have to fill out a waiver to go into a trampoline park, but these were outdated and slow and didn't work well. Also I know this may be a controversial opinion but on the waivers they only had two options for gender male and female, for any gender nonconforming people or other people of the sort this could be a very uncomfortable experience. And although the staff is kind they weren't necessarily helpful. As for the actual jumping, for how much you're paying you don't get much. They only have 4 "attractions", The main trampoline jump floor (your classic trampoline park floor with the squares), trampoline connected to foam pit that you can jump into (they limit you from doing many moves. You can basically only do one move which is a flip basically everything else is not allowed), a trampoline with basketball hoops that is called the dunk zone (they have three basketball hoops at different levels for different ages), and the dodgeball floor (which is my least favorite part, the game is not refereed very well, it is very violent and many of the older kids Throw balls very hard, and it is not a good game environment for younger children. While we were there we saw at least two kids get hurt. They needed ice or a break. Overall it was fun, but compared to defy gravity in Wilmington they have much less attractions and it runs less smoothly. Fun, but not the best trampoline park in greensboro. Also reminder that you have to buy your own socks when you get there. read more

One star. Would have been much more but when we were leaving, that was the issue. We knew that trampoline parks required gripping socks so I brought the ones that my 3 year old got for Christmas for him and my 6 year old. The cashier said they would just exchange them for free for theirs because they require their "special " socks. The way it was conveyed, I thought we just borrowed like skates at a skate rink. When we were done, I went to go get our brand new, 1 day old, Christmas present socks and found out they threw them away. I had to dig them out of the trash can. No apology, no discount, no real acknowledgement of the mistake other than " here's your socks, we throw away our competitors socks. " Tell me how iron man and hulk socks look like jumping socks? My kids love coming here. Their favorite is the dodgeball arena, which is staffed by a Sky Zone member, which cuts down on kid and parent drama. You can even sign up to be on a dodgeball team that meets/competes weekly for a reasonable price. It's impossible to not have good time here. read more

Okay it's clean, it's set up like other trampoline parks yadda, yadda. But this place has some really silly rules. You MUST wear these certain kind of sky socks that you can only buy from them. We brought my kids there today and they were wearing socks from another trampoline park (that did NOT force you to wear their socks) they only asked us if they had socks on when we checked in. We said yes. Later the manager came and tracked my kids down and in a really cranky way told them they would have to leave the trampoline area and go get the other socks. They weren't going to charge us to make them wear the other socks- but they would have to THROW AWAY the socks they came in with. How wasteful. And silly. There were other issues with the way they supervise the kids in different parts- rules not evenly enforced to all kids. It ended up NOT being the relaxed Saturday we hoped for. read more

Celebrated my son's 6-year-old birthday party. He ended up breaking his left leg due to landing on top of a beam (the ones under the padding that separate the trampolines), which proved to have insufficient padding. Had to leave halfway through his birthday and told them we were heading to the ER. I asked for a discount, and they said we cannot do that. They said the owners of the store would call and here we are, NO CALL. How surprising. They did not offer anything.....most of all a discount. Shame on them. Apparently, when asking the ER nurses that very night; they mentioned they have injuries all the time from places like this. (Sky Zone, of course.....Yet the lady at Sky Zone said it rarely happens.) My husband and I threw my daugther her 8th birthday party. She was super excited to celebrate her 1st birthday party in NC with her new friends and some family members that traveled by Charlotte and New York. I was supposed to arrive by 4:30 pm but arrived late at 4:46 pm. My party was there and checked in. Christine was great in the phone as well as in person. Went over rules with our guest and then escorted the kids to jump. I stepped out to get the party supples from my car and brought it into the facility. My family were seating/standing in the back area below where the basket ball hoops where. I gave them the party supplies and went to check to see where I should put them. By the time I came back, my family stated that the owner/manager approached them and asked were they having a party? They stated yes and he asked where their receipt was? They stated that the party host went to check on something and he should speak with me. I went back to the front and placed my belongings on my daughters "party cart" that no one told me was available in the beginning. Then waited at the counter so I could speak with the owner/ manager. I asked him was there an issue that we needed to discuss and he stated that it was handled. I asked why he would approach my guest in that manner without first checking to see who the host was and speaking to them first. He was rude, unprofessional and outward disgusting. My husband and I are both managers and never in a million years would we treat any of our patients/ guest in that manner! The kids had fun because they where not aware of the situation. The adults were all put in a very uncomfortable situation because they should have never been approached in that retrospect. I was pissed off because we chose his facility to host my daughters party and then in return did not feel welcomed!! Once in the party room, Tori was very nice! Overall my daugther and her guest had fun. I will never spend another penny with sky zone Greensboro again. In this day and age with all that's going on with race. People should be more cautious when approaching situations. The owner/ manager saw a bunch of African Americans with party supplies and thought to his self that we were trying to sneak and have a party. Well I want to make this very clear to him. This should be a lesson learned for you to not judge a book by its cover. There are a lot of African American professionals out here like myself and my husband that are not looking to get over on any one or get an handout. You should be ashamed of yourself as a business owner. Business 101: the customer is always right and you don't argue with them! We had an awful experience. We called and asked if they were busy and if they had too many parties today. The manager there told us no they weren't busy and didn't have any parties. We get there and jumped for 20 minutes before 15 parties came in almost at 1 time. The staff were not monitoring any of the kids on time frames or rules so other kids could jump. My child literally had to wait over 20 minutes each spot he went to go jump at. We came in with a group of 7. Three kids and 4 adults. We paid for extra jump time and were not able to jump it. There was actually one guy who was only monitoring the adults cutting looks at every little thing that was done, but not paying attention to the other kids who were not following any rules. When confronting the two managers up front, they claimed they did not say there were not any parties and told us it was our job to come tell them if there were any kids or staff not following rules. That's what the place is supposed to have staff for. They need to do their jobs. I'm not responsible for them not doing their job. While confronting the managers up front, he continuously smiled in our faces like it was some kind of joke to him. We asked for our money back and was only offered 60 minute jump sessions when we paid for 90 minutes and was told we cannot get our money back. Not to mention there were only 2 staff there out of the 15-20 they have that weren't rude. There are literally 32 trampolines compared to their capacity to 150 people. Doesn't make since when 1 person can be on a trampoline at a time. We will not be returning and customer here is awful!!! read more
