Great use of space. Attended my niece 3 yr old bday party. Party checkin was seamless. Party room was okay, I think they have about 4 rooms. Our room had 3 tables and a counter that we used for food and cakes. They had a jump space designated for children under 5 which I liked; just wished it was monitored a little more. I completely take back my last statement as this was by far the worst part of the experience I had here. I nanny children and I took here for one of their birthdays. I watched a kid yank on the zip line while 2 of the kids I watch were going down. The kid jumped off when I made the manager aware. They stopped before us we left and asked if they were okay. They all were out of breath, but seemed fine. The mother contacted me today. Letting me know she took him to the orthopedic because he was having back pains not long after the trampoline trip. He has a stress fracture in his back (growth plate), he is now unable to participate in P.E. for the beginning of the school year / baseball for 4th grade. I am glad I didn't allow the youngest to go up with them because the kid was stopping it right at the top. We will not be coming back to this location, but we do hope changes are made. read more

Went here for a great time with my daughter only for the manager to make us leave because she didn't wear the socks that they make you purchase. My daughter had non slip socks with the grippers on the bottom, but they make you purchase their socks regardless. Very disappointed in the managers behavior. Wish I would of caught her name but with the way she treated us it wasn't worth my time getting. If I choose to return hopefully it will be a better experience! read more

My niece had her birthday party here a couple weekends ago and I was expecting it to be like the last jumpy place we went to but I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of entertainment they had to offer everyone. The place itself had a variety of stuff for all the kids to do. Lots of obstacle courses and even had an arcade. Kept everyone busy. The hostess was amazing. She did everything for us and made things so much easier with the amount of people in our group. I wish I could remember her name. They even cleaned up for us and helped us pack everything up. The owner also stepped in to help as well. Tim and his staff were amazing and extremely accommodating to our large party. Definitely recommend this place if you have a birthday or event coming up. UPDATE: The owner has contacted me twice now to try and resolve this issue and has apologized numerous times for my experience at rockin jump. He has tried to accommodate me for the lack of customer service i received that night i visited and I have been very impressed with his efforts. After speaking with him i am hoping the workers treat their customers better and look forward to potentially giving them another chance . previous review: if i could give no stars i would. the place itself is fun, but the staff will be the reason i won't return. the guy behind the food counter rolled his eyes at my friend when she asked for her food that she ordered and paid for while he sat down on his phone. the staff is walking around loudly cussing at a children's play place, and overall was not kind or apologetic for rude behavior from the employees. the two guys at the front desk were the only nice people at rockin jump. 100% would recommend urban air adventure park over this place any day. better prices, more fun, and very friendly staff, unlike rockin jump read more

Was a fun place and even though it added up $24 a person (with socks) for 2 hours wasn't all that bad. I did the waiver but it didn't print anything out so then they told me I had to do the waiver again which was kind of annoying but I understand they have to have it. The check in process is a little long but it is what it is to cover their butts. Once in the place wasn't too crowded and was a lot of fun. I have been here before and experience was fine. Last week I took my kids here for some spring break fun. We even brought socks with the grips at the bottom to jump since we have so many from numerous trampoline businesses. I was told at check in that I had to purchase socks from them in order to jump. I asked front desk girl why do I have to buy some when we already have some With the grips on the bottoms. Her response was "idk it's our manager" I need a better explanation than that. So this is our first time here. We came because my daughters school had a partnership/ collaboration today with the place. Upon arrival we went to the front desk and my daughter told the young girl attending her name. The employee could not locate her name in the database, we therefore had to re-sign up at the kiosk. That already was a little bit annoying because not sure why the name would fall off the radar. Then we went back up to the desk, we gave her the ticket and my daughter had socks on top of the counter which were from another location however still stocks that could be used at this place. She went on to explain that we had to either purchase socks or trade stocks. This was not my expectation nor was it listed or noted on the flyer from the school. When I tried to explain this to her and dialogue through it, she completely ignored me. Bad customer service. I requested to speak to the manager. He came out to meet shortly afterwords and I explained to him what I had tried to explain to her. He listened and understood my point of view which was all I was trying to convey. I did acknowledge that the employee seemed inexperienced and may not be comfortable addressing these types of situations where they must listen and still stand up for policies which they do not control. I was content after our talk. What made me give them 5 stars is that the manager came to see me after and apologized again plus gave me a token of appreciation which makes me want to come back. Too much to type! I booked a birthday party for my son. The time they told me I could come decorate (30 minutes earlier) wasn't available when I arrived and they turned me away. That's because the previous party was still in my booked room during my booked time. My guests had started arriving and my room was not set up. We all had to stand outside the room I was paying for at my scheduled time. REALLY?!? They said they double booked.‍ Then the time I wanted my pizza's delivered came 45 minutes early, thus being cold when the kids got to eat. Then I didn't see my host but twice in 3 hours. Then there was a fight in the establishment that they didn't control enough where it affected my guests. Two parents pulled their kids to safety in the party room. Then they forgot my drinks to go with the pizza. It was a disaster. Then the host let my balloons go, where they went to the ceiling...wayyyyyy too high to retrieve. No hand sanitizer, no help period. My cupcakes were dropped, no utensils provided, etc. And the manager still did nothing. He did come to the room a couple of times and I told him each time of the incidents. He told me they shouldn't have told me they double booked. Umm....yeah? He told me he couldn't do anything for me but promised me that my time would be amazing going forward. CAP! Didn't happen. But when it was time to pay, he was all in my face. One manager told me he would give me a military discount. The other, who rang me up, said he couldn't honor it because he simply didn't know how to do it. So unorganized. It ruined my night and made my son feel bad for his guests. Very embarrassing too. DO NOT BOOK A PARTY here! At least an after dark one. You will regret it. Never again!!!! No organization and the new employee/host had no clue what to do. Why would you put a new employee on such a huge party? SMH My experience was completely horrific. And they weren't willing to bend at all. Money hungry at the expense of a good time for the kids. Too many other Jump parks to choose from. I suggest you go elsewhere! read more

I went online to find a local trampoline park for my now twelve year old son Chametay. We grabbed a friend and took a ride down to Rockin' Jump in Greensboro. As soon as we entered the facility we felt the awesome excitement and I just knew my son and his buddy were going to have an amazing afternoon. We visited the park many times and always had an amazing experience. We decided to have Chametay's 12th birthday party on December 5 2017 As soon as we booked the party all my son would talk about was how he wished today would be the day of his party!!! On the day of his party we arrived a few minutes early to meet our party coordinator Rachel. She greeted us with so more enthusiasm and excitement. It was awesome. My sons facial expression of happiness brought tears to my eyes as he greeted his friends. Rachel was patient and very accommodating getting the boys checked in . Always a smile on her face and I thought wow this young lady is going above and beyond. She spent the entire afternoon catering to our every need and again always with a smile and enthusiasm. She arraigned for a private game of dodge ball which was all the rage for the boys. She made a special announcement wishing Chametay happy birthday and I watched my son glow with happiness. She helped pass out the pizza and cake as though she was taking care of her own family . If anyone is thinking about having their child's birthday party at Rockin' Jump please ask for Rachel. She is beyond her years and will make sure your child will have an amazing experience So thank you Rockin Jump and Rachel for making my sons day so special!!!!!! read more

What a difference a year makes! We've put on and attended events here over the past few year when it was airbound. Not sure when it became Rockin Jump but what a huge difference! The games & events are similar but have been freshened up quite a bit. The facility is significantly cleaner and managed very professionally. I cannot give enough credit or compliments to our hostess Jasmine, she was such a nice person, professional and very observant to our needs. I absolutely love this place, I recently had my 5 year olds birthday and was just amazed by the customer service. My party host made everything so easy for me she set everything up served everyone and cleaned up. I would definitely recommend having a party here. All the kids had a great time jumping during the glow in dark session they have weekend nights. The obstacles are fun and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I'm an adult - a grandmother. I thought this would be fine for the kids, but I would not participate. I was sooo wrong!!! I haven't had this much fun in a very, very long time. It was like I was 10 years old again. My older brother (in his 60's) and I jumped and leaped and laughed and fell (without getting hurt) and giggled and ran . . . and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I believe we also got quite a bit of EXERCISE, but just like when you were a kid, it was all just FUN!! I highly recommend this place for the young and the young of heart. So I wanted to wait to review this place until I really got the feel for the employees that worked there. Also how the handled the environment that is filled with kids and arrogant teenagers. The staff seems to handle it very well, there are 4 main sections (dodgeball, foam pit, open trampoline play area, and basketball). There is a downside I have not seen them clean but only once out of the 4 times I went, and last I asked an employee and the rate of broken bones is unusually high which shouldn't come as a big surprise but might deter some. Most importantly make sure a parent or legal guardian is present if it is your first time here and you're under 18 or no jumping for you. read more

We had our son's 8th birthday at Rockin Jump on October 5th. The set up for the birthday was a piece of cake, as I was able to do it online. After submitting the online form, I received a phone call to confirm everything and check to see if I had any questions. Leading up to the party, I received another call to confirm and get some final details. Upon arrival on the day of the party, I love that there is a party check in counter, separate from standard ticket purchasing. It makes it so much easier for the guests of the party. I was welcomed when I got there and they had everything ready for us, including a cart where guests can put their gifts and sneakers. The hostess took the cake and veggie trays that I had and brought them to a refrigerator for me. The kids jumped and played for 90 minutes and then we went to a party room where pizza and drinks were all prepared. The hostess had also organized the room by putting the kids' shoes in cubbies, gifts on a table, organized the party favors for us, and had all of the serving items prepared. Overall it was the most organized place we have had a birthday party at. We will definitely be using them again for future parties. read more

We took our daughter and a few friends to Airbound Trampoline Park this past week-end. They all had a great time jumping and doing back flips and front flips. They have a large foam pit where they do things that they do not know if they can land it. After that they were off to play dodgeball. Everyone had a great time. The facility is really spacious, so you don't feel too crowded. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which is always makes the experience at a business even better. My only complaint was that while the facility is big, there was not enough different things to do. Most of the space is used for dodgeball, so unless there is enough kids to play, it gets a little slow. After about 20 minutes of jumping, my oldest said he was bored, which is unusual for him. The good thing is that they have a rock wall and after he found it, we were able to finish out the hour on a positive note! Thanks to the rock wall, we will be going back. read more

It was a big hassle trying to get in. Signing waivers was understandable. It was understandable to call my 22 year old cousin parents to confirm her age because she forgot her id. At the end they did not let me be my sister guardian instead needed my parents to sign another waiver through their mobile phone. So I just left. During my first visit to Rockin Jump on today, Veteran's Day. I was asked if this was my first time here to ensure that the Waiver was completed but not if I was a Veteran. Because I was not asked if I was a Veteran I was not offered the discount. Once the cashier explained the cost for the socks and the cost per person I then asked about a military discount. I was told it was too late because I had to ask for it before my ticket was rung up. I do not understand why the transaction could not have been voided and I be granted the discount that I earned as a Veteran. Tim explained that there are not many Military and if asked most will say no so they do not ask. If this is a policy, not to ask/offer then a sign should be displayed advising new patrons to give the information because it will not be solicited. The amount of time to ask if I was a veteran was negligible in comparison to the information that was freely shared on this holiday, Veteran's Day. Again, why couldn't the transaction be voided? Tim spent more time explaining why not then wanting to satisfy a customer. read more
