I had an amazing day at skyzone the facility is very clean and leah was an amazing worker today.

We just had our sons's 5th birthday party at Sky Zone Huntington Beach and it was honestly one of the easiest and most fun parties we've ever done. The biggest reason was our host, Dat. I've thrown a lot of birthday parties over the years, and he was hands down the best party host we've ever had. He went above and beyond from start to finish. He was constantly checking on us, making sure everyone had food and drinks, helping keep everything looking nice, checking in on the kids, and somehow also making sure all the parents were happy and taken care of. He brought such great energy and genuinely seemed to care that everyone was having a good time. We feel so lucky that Dat was our host. He truly made the whole experience special The facility itself is super clean, well run, and never felt chaotic or overwhelming. There was plenty of staff around, all very friendly, everything felt safe and organized, and all of our guests had an absolute blast. Facility: fairly new with many activities, geared towards 5 and up kids than younger ones. They have basketball area, trampoline, Dodgeball/ trampoline area, Slides. The space is big and very airy. Staff: understaffed at times but most of the time, there are a few. They should have staff at all time at the area where kids get on swing and fly off the swing onto the bouncy pad below. Some kids are too short to get on those swings and will need help. Only Sky Zone Socks are required in this facility ($6 ish a pair). They are willing to exchange socks from other places like Big Air or Little World with their socks if you have any. I think this rule is pretty BS, you should be allowed to have other brand grip socks as long as they are grip socks. We signed up for a membership but it didn't even come with socks as complementary, which is also disappointing. For the competitive price, other places gave us the socks for free. I don't like paying $200+/ year knowing that they would nickel and dime on us like this. Cafeteria: medium size, not much food option than fast food. read more

After a talk with the General Manager Jerry here I have concluded that is where all of this facilities issues stem from. He is unqualified to run a facility of this nature and I'm not sure how any entity would employ him. He was quite brash and gaslit me when I spoke to him about his facilities multitude of issues. We've been going to Skyzone nationwide and I have quite a bit of expertise on Skyzone's and how they are run having logged hundreds of hours. I feel bad for the employees that work here because they lack basic guidance. Many of them are very nice. However, HE is not qualified to be a General Manager and should immediately be replaced to avoid liability for this facility in the future is my recommendation. He does not even keep basic promises to consumers. Let alone take accountability for his facilities many issues. Lack of supervision, unclean facilities, notes on women's restrooms to keep door open and no privacy, no tampon trash in handicap stall allowing bloody materials strewn all over stall. Not doing incident reports with head injuries and covering it up and refusing to pull camera footage etc. Having employees touch high dollar electric equipment. There are many nice employees here which is why we remain. But I feel sorry for them with their management team because it always trickles down from the top. So if the stream is corrupted upstream it's dirty downstream due to no fault of the rest of the river. I would replace the General Manager Jerry immediately posthaste. He is ill qualified. read more

Confused about why the reviews are so poor (besides the check-in station, because I agree- it could definitely be a little more organized... Pro tip: do all the waivers and stuff online before you get there!) because my nephews had the best time ever (ranging from ages 5-13). Glad this place opened up so we no longer have to visit the Westminster or Cerritos locations. Spacious, clean and well lit. Gets very busy at all hours especially weekends. We have an annual pass so it helps to save money since 1 kid comes at least 1-2 times per month. We also get a discount at the concessions area since dibs and ice cream are cheaper with annual membership pass. Can only wear sky zone socks here. 2 hours of play per day as a member. Good spunky music. Great way to let out some energy. read more

Located in Bella Terra upstairs from World Market. There's a side entrance on the left, take the escalator up to the second floor. Inside has high ceilings and it's not just all trampoline. You have zip line, slides, obstacles, ball pit, trampoline basketball, interactive video games. Plenty of couches and seating for adults around each area. There are paid massage chairs. An arcade that cost extra. We came for a birthday party in one of the rented rooms. We were given two hours. First hour the kids got to play and second hour the staff would use the loud speaker to call the kids back for food. There were two packages. We picked the second package which allowed for outside food to be catered in. We brought our own food for the adults but ordered pizza from Sky Zone for the kids. The service was awesome. After he called for the kids to arrive, the pizzas came in a cart. He had on gloves and asked each kid what they wanted and served them a slice. Afterwards, he boxed up the extra pizza for the family. There's a giant timer on the wall to make sure you don't go past your time. Prior to the reservation, all the guests including observers were emailed a waiver. If you want to participate then you'll need to wear their socks. Sky Zone has come a long way and this is one of the upgraded venues that is not all about jumping and it's pretty cool. read more

This location has a lot of potential for retention due to the Westminster mall location closing. This location definitely has newer equipment, and given that it's one of the few indoor location play places in HB, there is good potential for retention as long as they maintain everything well on cleanliness. Do your waiver before you check in, there's a QR code at the door so you can't miss it. The line is long so if you're able to do as much as possible before getting in line you'll probably save a ton of time due to the jump time being by the hour or two hours. For parties, there's a separate check in which was helpful since I did the waiver as I walked over to the party counter. Was here for a birthday party, and as I expected, you do not want to be late due to a 2 hour party limit. We were one of the first party guests to arrive and I'm glad we did. You are required to utilize their sky grip socks which were thankfully included in the party guests. I had my own grip socks as the observing adult and no one cared thankfully since I wasn't jumping. The party was for a 6 year old, which is the minimum recommended age for this facility to not have to be supervised by an adult constantly. The sky zone party host did what they could to make sure everything went well. Since I had a good idea how these parties work, I checked in that for a 2:15 party, the food was going to be served at 3:15. And then we had the party room/jump time til 4:15. It's very important that you note these times as a party guest otherwise the kids will be too excited to jump and miss their food window. And once the food window ends it's roughly time to clean up and jump time ends when the party ends. My reason for 1 star off is because I feel like this place would benefit from having a toddler area or kids 5 and under area. That's the age that really needs to play and get their energy out, and this would not appeal for families that don't have all their children 6 and older to come. So at the end of the day, this facility is only recommended if all your children are in the correct age range to run freely. I do see previous reviews of rude staff, I personally did not experience this as a party guest. Since this location is new I could understand a lot of heated interactions, But I think it's important to note that they do appear to have a decent amount of staff in the jump areas monitoring the environment to be safe for all guests. I honestly regret purchasing a membership here. Every time I visit, the tables are dirty and rarely seem to be cleaned. The food selection is almost always picked over, leaving only the popcorn chicken, which tastes like low-quality microwaved chicken and is barely edible. They ran out of pizza and it's only 4pm.. To make matters worse, there was no ice available for the fountain drinks that are supposed to come with the meal and the root beer is extremely flat, no fizz. The restroom was absolutely disgusting and clearly not being maintained throughout the day. Between the lack of cleanliness, poor food quality, and missing basic amenities, this membership has been a complete waste of money. I expected a much better experience and unfortunately have been very disappointed. read more

Sky Zone Trampoline Park - Dirty floors, - Trampoline Parks Near Me - Huntington Beach, California

We've been to the Sky Zone locations in Santa Ana and Mission Viejo, and this Huntington Beach location is hands down our favorite. First and foremost, it's by far the cleanest. Being newer definitely helps, but everything's well maintained, the foam blocks are clean (unlike some of the older locations), and there are so many attractions that are actually open. The other locations are smaller, and seems like slides or attractions are often closed or there's only a handful of employees working. This location's fully staffed and fully operational. The variety here's fantastic. I love that not everything ends in a foam pit. The three giant slides are awesome, the zip line is much longer than the other locations, the sidewall trampolines are a fun addition, and the giant bouncy ball area in the middle is a blast. The enclosed play structure for younger kids is also much larger and nicer than what I've seen at the other Sky Zones. There's truly something for every age. The elevated eating area overlooking the entire park is one of my favorite features. At the other locations, the seating areas are much smaller and you can't really keep an eye on everything. Here, parents can actually sit, relax, eat, and still see most of the park without having to follow their child to every attraction. I also did the parent add-on, and I'm so glad I did! It was a lot of fun, great exercise, and I noticed plenty of other parents joining their kids too. One employee in particular deserves recognition. There's an older woman with glasses who walks around consistently enforcing the safety rules. At first I thought she might have been a little strict, but after watching how rough some of the kids can get, I genuinely appreciated everything she was doing. Especially around the balance beam attraction, kids can get very aggressive--hitting each other in the face with the padded jousting sticks, shoving, and pushing each other into the beam. Unfortunately, my own daughter was shoved so hard by another child that she flipped over and hit the balance beam. Thankfully she only hurt her foot and not her back, neck, or head. The other child's parents were extremely apologetic, their son was genuinely remorseful, and they chose to leave, so I didn't feel the need to involve staff. The following day, however, I witnessed another family reporting what sounded like a much more serious interaction and verbal altercation to staff. I don't know exactly what happened, but it didn't seem like the employees were very eager to intervene beyond saying they'd talk to the other guests. Hopefully when situations involving guest safety are brought to their attention, they're taken seriously. Watching that older employee actively prevent problems really showed me how important consistent supervision is. Another thing we loved was the refillable souvenir cup. Refills are only a couple of dollars instead of paying full price every time, and the kids love having their own cup. Overall, this location is clean, spacious, well maintained, and packed with attractions. It's easily the best Sky Zone we've visited, and it's absolutely worth the membership. We're already looking forward to many more visits. read more

We celebrated our son's 9th birthday here for the first time. We chose the epic party package. Had the open space area which I prefer. It just seemed more spacious than the rooms. I brought my own decor & portable outlets. Got many compliments on that. But then of course kids would come into the area to touch the inflatables. I'm just looking at the parents, like aren't you going to say something? More kids were coming into the area & asking if they can have some treats. Ending up giving them some because I had extra. Adults were also coming in to throw away their trash. I feel like a closed off door or gate would be nice so people know, please do not enter unless you're part of this party. Parking was HORRIBLE, lol. I came early like 30 mins ahead of time to find parking and also to check in the kids. I was hauling a cooler, 4 kids, & some food. I had to park closer to Kohls. There's an elevator outside to the left of the escalators. Although, the restrooms are new they lack cleanliness. Toilet paper everywhere. People don't know how to flush. I just walked back out & waited to use my restroom at home. My host was David, kudos to him he was amazing! If I have another party here again I hope to get him. Although, I'm on top of things. He did many tasks without me asking. I even forgot the ice cream cake & he called me the next day to grab it. Tipped him well & even gave him a plate of food. I brought my three young daughters there and arrived right when they opened at 11 a.m. Kris was upstairs near the foam pits, and since it was quiet at first, I had a chance to talk with her. She was very kind and clearly took park rules seriously. As the crowd grew, I started losing track of my girls as they ran in different directions. I ended up calling their names so often that Kris learned them and began helping me keep an eye out for them. At one point, when I couldn't find my toddler, I started to panic, and Kris helped calm me down and assisted me in locating her. That level of customer care is rare, and the park is fortunate to have her. I returned a few months later and asked for Kris, but before I even approached her, I noticed she immediately recognized me and my family. Even though she sees many children every day, she still remembered us and our names. She also guided and reinforced the rules for newer staff who were still learning. She is truly an asset, and I even told her she should be a manager because her value is not fully recognized in her current role. read more

Threw my kids birthday party here and sprung for the $500 package. Totally worth it! We've been to a lot of trampoline parks that we've even gotten sick at just from the uncleanly environment, but not here; this spot is so clean. Our package came with our own party attendant. We didn't have to set up a thing. They provided table cloths, table decorations, plates, cups, napkins, pizza and sodas and the party person even served all of the guests. They even do take down. Been here several times now. When it's not crowded its good for the kids to burn some energy. I have a toddler and 7 yr old. Pros: its fairly new and its big. Cons: when its crowded (ie Sat afternoon) not fun too many kids and the place is dirty. Also, not a lot of supervision by the staff members. I saw a boy pushing other kids off the jousting area (not with the padded stick thingy - but aggressively pushing kids off with his hands) and a little kid hit his head. Staff member saw it and didn't say anything to the boy pushing ppl off. A bystander jumped in and told the boy pushing to stop. I booked a Mega Party for my kid there. We booked 2 connecting rooms since we had a large party. I'd give them 3 stars for parties. -1 star because they told us we could set up our party room 15 mins early from when our party time starts. We showed up the 15 mins early but the party before us was still in our rooms. We didn't get into the room until 15-20 mins after party was supposed to start... Suggestion to Management: Give a bigger cushion between parties or do a better job of kicking out the ppl before so the room is ready for the next party. And although our host was nice and trying to be helpful he wasn't actually all that helpful. We had to ask for refills of drinks multiple times, he didn't serve the kids pizza, or help serve the cupcakes, we had to ask for the party favors in which they were supposed to get bottles and stickers (all of that was supposed to be included in the package). They only received bottles and since we had to request them, he put them out late like when the party had ended, so not all the kids got one. So -1 star for that. Other than that the kids had a blast playing around. So the party was successful. Overall: worth it get membership for party and if you go at least 2 other times. read more

New and clean facility! The staff were attentive when there was a needed clean-up on a play area and I appreciated the check-in was efficient with enough staff helping. The main messes were left by patrons leaving their trash on tables; gathering a bunch of chairs to one table and not even pushing it neatly in - leaving tripping hazards. Also, please consider lowering the blaring music just a couple notches down for the whole facility and the Wii TV (?) games - it's hard to hear any announcements on the intercom. read more

Less than a month ago, I had booked my daughter's 10th bday here. I was anxious on the host service, as at the other locations, it wasn't good AT ALL. But David, exceeded my expectations. He was attentive, calm, polite and I didn't have to constantly ask for anything. He served all the kids and took care of us in the room. My kids love it here. It's one of the cleanest and most organized sky zones we've ever been to. There's always plenty of staff making sure our kids are safe and following rules. There is a lady there named Kris and she is wonderful with kids. We have a membership there so we go quite often and it seems that there's a lot more organization and less chitter chatter between the employees when she's around. It seems like she keeps them on check. She's a friendly face. We look forward to seeing because we know that our children are actually being watched and that she's not only there for a paycheck. My family and I love to bring the kids here to burn off energy, fun times. Staff is friendly, facility is clean. My only complaint and concern is that the sink water temperature is extremely hot, abnormally hot!! It burns. I brought this to the attention of staff and manager multiple times. Wondering if they plan to fix that?!! Someone's child could get hurt with water at that temperature. Aside of bringing my own sanitation wipes, I always have to go to stores downstairs to wash our hands so our hands to get burned with scalding hot water. read more

My husband I I brought our 7 year old grandson who has a membership into Skyzone, Huntington Beach this past Saturday. He loves soccer and he played with the younger kids and bigger kids and had a great experience. Your employee Adrian was supervising that section. He made sure that the bigger kids were being kind and respective to the younger kids and not pushing them around. Adrian was attentive to those kids who fell and to make sure there were no big injuries and offered them ice. Adrian is kind, thoughtful, professional, attentive, hardworkingand is always smiling. I have visited Sky Zone many times at the Westminster Mall location, and this was my first visit to the Huntington Beach location since the Westminster Mall closed. I came with my two children and had two VIP passes--one from the Westminster location and one from Huntington Beach. The front desk staff member, Brett, informed me that he could only accept the Huntington Beach pass and not the one from Westminster. This was confusing, as staff from the Westminster location had previously told me that I would be able to use my pass at the Huntington Beach location after the closure. I asked to speak with a manager, and Noah Jefferson came over. He apologized but stated multiple times that he could not accept the Westminster pass and that there was nothing he could do. I respectfully asked if a one-time exception could be made due to the misinformation I had received, but he again declined and walked away. I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled. Since my three-year-old son was excited to play, I ended up purchasing a day pass for him. I don't عادة make complaints, but I feel this situation could have been handled differently. Given that both locations are part of the same company, I would expect consistent policies or some level of accommodation, especially when misinformation was provided by another location. Be careful with your kids that go to this skyzone. My autistic daughter and three friends and one toddler were playing at the foam pit while this teen came up to the toddler and my non verbal daughter and repeatedly called her "dumb" and "stupid". What gets even more creepy is the guy kept asking her if "she was mature" which leads me to wonder if there are other things this boy was searching for. After the boys told one staff member, they did nothing and when I approached another girl she did nothing so I asked for a manager. The manager harped on the less than ten year old boys for which staff member they told vs stopping the teen who was bullying the kids. I would not recommend this place at all I got here with my grandkid, I request to buy a soda, the fountain for wasn't working and soda fountain they had work was for parties only than I had to complain to lead or a manager to get a soda. I heard a lot about Sky zone and finally decided to purchased the Elite membership to take my son out. It was our first time, I wasn't sure where in Bella Tera is Sky zone so I called to confirm. Ha! A staff picked up and told me it's next to Fogo De Chao. I was thinking to myself Fogo De Chao is a free standing restaurant? Where can they possible fit this trampoline in between WholeFoods? Lol. The place was huge. The staff who stand near the slides were so nice and helpful until we literally got stop by apparently "the manager" who told us we need to leave as our time was expired an hour ago. He was rude, he acted like my 3 years old son and I are sneaking around the park for free or something. I told him, I purchased the elite and it's not unlimited? I have it on my phone but he insisted that he needs to look in the computer system bc my membership agreement wasn't not good enough. Told him thats fine we will head out then, went to grab our things and went to the counter showed him the same thing on my phone earlier. His respond was you supposed to have a purple wrist band. Then he blah blah some more then bye have a good night like get out of here tone of voice. I am thinking Oh ok! Next time, I'll go behind the counter and get a purple wristband. Your staff who checked us in made a mistake not one apology and yet trying to be a smart ass that we are leaving. Keep up with your attitude curly hair manager. My granddaughter visited for the very first time. She's only a few years old, and she was so scared that she didn't want to jump at all. She clung to me and wouldn't leave my side. Then Kris -- one of the associates and truly one of the sweetest people I've met -- noticed what was happening. She gently stepped in, started chatting with my granddaughter, and offered her a sticker just to break the ice. Kris asked her softly if she was feeling afraid, and my granddaughter nodded. With so much patience and kindness, Kris told her, "If you try just a little jump, I'll give you another sticker." That tiny bit of encouragement made all the difference. By the time we left, my granddaughter was smiling, laughing, and having the time of her life. Thank you, Kris. Your kindness turned a moment of fear into a moment of joy, and we'll remember that. read more

We came here for a birthday party and it's spacious and check in was so easy! The party room was spacious! Our kids loved the basketball trampoline activity and the dodgeball. I've been to many sky zones in the past, but this absolutely takes the cake. The attractions that they have blow other sky zones out of the water. Their monthly membership value is almost too good to be true, but it's true! You literally get to come all month (almost unlimited time frames) for the price of one single visit. The only reason I don't have the membership is because I have an under two year-old and I don't think I'll use it that much, but if you have a school age child, you would absolutely use this membership all month long. Definitely worth at least one visit to see if it works for your family, and I'm 100% sure that it will. Its also nice to do some jumping as an adult :) makes you feel like a kid again :) read more
