I love this gym (just wish it was closer to my house). The facility is well equipped and has every training tool and obstacle I could ask for. The coaches are passionate and knowledgeable. Since I only can come once a week and aim to maximize my learning and time, I get the max day pass and take 2-3 classes a visit

Amazing place with amazing teachers who actually practice this craft. This is what I would have done if I had the opportunity to when I was young. I'm grateful for all the teachers that inspire confidence in the kids by having them put in the effort to improve. This place is great and I wish all educational institutions were set up like this!!! We take 3 classes (Parkour, Tumbling, Trampoline) all in one day every week for my 8 year old son because we drive so far to get here but he is excited to attend class every time. Why can't regular school be like this? Absolutely love the staff and the setup of the place. Just pure amazing!

I love watching this kid improve his flexibility at Firestorm Freerunning and Acrobatics Ultra.

He will forever be known as the upside down guy to our boys.

My boys loved this place and we would seriously have enrolled them if we were close by. If you're near this place then we recommend it. Staff is friendly... I mean Disney friendly. Loved everyone. They welcome you as family whenever you step through their doors. A date night option would a something to think about as well if you want a night out with the your significant other.

I absolutely recommend!! It encourages focus and great cognitive and coordination skills/techniques. Besides if your kids love jumping off the walls, they are better off learning the proper way to do it!

My 4 year old son has just tried the Little Heroes class and he loved it! It's a great gym with amazing coaches and great staff! Highly recommend it!

Ask the Community - Firestorm Freerunning and Acrobatics- Ultra

How often do adults join the parkour and breakdancing classes? I saw the age range is 7+ and am wondering what the typical age demographics are.

The classes are all ages 7+. Generally the earlier classes in the day are more kid heavy with an adult or two. The later classes each day (6:30 and 7:30pm) are generally more adults than kids.

Do they have trampolining for adults?

Yes! All the trampoline classes allow adults in them. In addition, the trampolines are also open for personal practicve during our Open Gyms for Adults 5 nights per week.

Do you have summer camp package?

Hello Ha. H. We will be offering 7 weeks of Summer Camps this Summer! They are filled with games, physical activities like Ninja Warrior Obstacle Courses, classes and more!…

What's the age they can start?

The classes are for ages 7+ with the exception of their Little Heroes class that is for 4-6yo.

Review #975 2026-041…read more Host/Sky Zone Team Member: Grace My son was invited to his Cantonese school classmates' birthday party at Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Westminster Mall on the 2nd level; their 3 birthdays were within weeks of one another (turning 6, 8, 11) so dad decided to celebrate together. It seems like a dead mall with many departed tenants, yet parking wasn't an available as one might think, though we were nearby the closest entrance to the trampoline park. Core attractions include: Battle Beam, Foam Zone, Freestyle Jump, SkyHoops, SkyJoust, SkySlam, Ultimate Dodgeball, Warped Wall, Warrior Course, Zip Line, Toddler Zone; Sky Zone offers trampoline activities from toddlers to adults. Once inside, we completed & signed the waivers at the kiosks, & received their Sky Zone socks. Guests are required to wear their Sky Zone socks, which are provided as part of the entrance fee, in order to play/jump in the park. I don't recall if Westminster follows the Gardena location (refer to Review #478) re: "sky time" reminder stickers & didn't see it on my kids. With the long open hours & large space (though it's feels smaller & definitely more cramped than Gardena), I highly doubt this park gets cleaned/sanitized even though it's been a couple of years since the pandemic lockdown. The OCD in me starts to nitpick areas of stickiness... stairwell railing, foam pit (this raise my hackles the most... I had to pull my son out of the joust pit & felt "moist" foam block... aaugh!!), arcade controllers, joust sticks, etc. This facility also has an unusual musky odor that permeate throughout the facility. \(`0´)/ The ladies restrooms were clean & stocked, though the floors were wet so my socks got wet as I tried to step around the puddles. The kids played an hour before we rallied them back to the party room for pizza, chips, & drinks, followed by birthday cake. Grace was a pretty good host, though not as bubbly as I would have liked; this is a kids birthday party & I feel our host should be perky & friendly in a way that draws you in. She did her job, was nice to all, made sure everyone was served, & helped the family pack up the gifts & leftover food, checking all the boxes; not much of an entertainer host but got the job done right. Assuming most parties are 2-hours & our party room didn't have a booking after us, we stayed a few minutes past the hour & no staff enforced our party's sky time. The kids had fun running around, & the park provided plenty of active entertainment! Free arcade games were dotted around with the newer ones with a wait, particularly the driving ones. A few random machines had controller/joystick issues with a couple dark screens. We were here for a birthday & it's not conducive for team play since there's multiple parties as well as open play, more for individual/paired fun... the only time the kids were together was in the party room otherwise they were in pairs or their little groups. I noticed some older guests that weren't mindful of the younger set in shared spaces, which is concerning for their safety, particularly in the open Freestyle Jump area. Both my kids are old enough that I don't have to be tethered to them, though I infrequently checked in to make sure they're ok & to remind them to be watchful of toddlers/younger kids. Left of the entrance is their food court/concession stand that offers a variety of snacks & refreshments: hot foods (most expensive item is whole specialty pizza for $32), snacks, drinks & Icees with a combos menu that offers some savings; it's pretty pricey for the quantity & quality, particularly for a whole pizza, bottled drinks, & Icees. If you're tired, there's some massaging chairs in front of concession that takes cash. Staff service varies from friendly to indifferent or preoccupied. The mall is closed due to redevelopment & will be demoed for a mixed-use community, hence Sky Zone Trampoline Park is forced to close.

I signed up for the membership for $31.99 to get an extra 30 mins play time instead of the regular onetime admission that only gives you 90 mins play. And if I can cancel my membership anytime too which is great. The place seemed pretty clean, and there were staff monitoring the trampoline area making sure only one person on the trampoline at a time. This is a place mainly for trampolines, for pure jumping for joy, or for dodgeball or for basketball, etc. there were also foam brick pits for kids to jump in, a ninja warrior course for bigger kids and a zipline. For adults there were massage chairs, 15 mins for $5, up to 60 mins. It seems to cater to older kids that are TK or older, at least 40" tall, even though they didn't impose an age or height limit. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. I was greeted with a smile and instructed how to do the waiver and the signup. Also members get discounts on their mandatory sky zone socks so make sure you sign up for the member ship before buying the socks. Overall I'd recommend this place if you're in the area and definitely a great way to spend the afternoon here after some shopping.

The little foam blocks were really dirty and I couldn't wait to shower afterwards. I went into the foam pits with my baby brother and I couldn't help but feel really dirty being surrounded by it. The foam blocks need a major refresh or replacement ASAP! The cost to jump seems a little steep, especially if you don't own the grip socks that are mandatory for entering the trampoline areas. I do think that the unlimited jump membership with is worth it because my little brother goes about 1-3 times a week, so he's def getting his money's worth.

This review is not about the staff…read more Our party host was friendly, helpful, and did a great job keeping the party running smoothly. My frustration was with the way management handled changes to party packages. I booked and prepaid for my son's birthday party in June (for a July party) during a promotion. Before the party, I even called the party hotline twice to go over the details of my reservation, and at no point was I told that the attraction tiers had changed or that there would be optional upgrades available. When we checked in with seven excited kids ready to play, I was told I would need to pay additional fees as their packages had changed. Mind you, I had already paid the $200 for the party in June. I had to pay $35 for an extra kid because the new package included 5, not 6 kids. In addition, I had to pay an additional $9 per child if I wanted everyone to have access to the attractions they wanted to use. That wasn't the time to be making an unexpected spending decision, and realistically I wasn't going to tell a group of kids that some of them couldn't participate. (I was prepared to pay for one extra kid and an extra pizza). We ended up paying $360 instead of the $260 I had budgeted. To add to the confusion, I also didn't receive the balloons that were included with my party package. After reaching out to management, they explained that the attraction tiers had changed after I booked and clarified how the pricing worked. While I still think the communication leading up to the event could have been much better, I do appreciate that they took the time to respond, acknowledged that the communication wasn't clear, and offered two complimentary Unlimited Play passes and a large pizza as a goodwill gesture. My suggestion to Urban Air would be simple: if party packages change after customers have already booked, proactively notify them before their event. It would avoid confusion, unexpected charges at check-in, and allow parents to make informed decisions before arriving with a group of excited kids. What would be even better is that when you book a package, you are locked into that price and details instead of it changing. I would be really hesitant to book another party here because I wouldn't know what price I would ultimately be paying day of. Overall, the kids had a blast, and we'd likely return to play. I just hope the communication around birthday parties improves, because that's what took away from an otherwise fun celebration.

My kid has come here a few times for birthday party and independent play time…read more The pros: -Parking is good, plenty to share with other businesses in the same mall. -Facility is decently big, clean. The playground is bigger than other ones I've been to in the area. -There is a cafe place inside with food, which I like because we could snack on something, get drinks and my kid could continue playing. The food is also pretty decent here. -There are many game machines that line the front area leading to the playground (think Boomers Vibe). -The party room towards the back of the facility has decent size, I would say it can fit up to 30 people. -The process is simple: we go to the counter where kids enter to play, pay the tickets, fill in the waiver forms electronically with QR code, then the kids/ adults get the paper wrist bands and can enter the playground. -No shoes inside the playground (there's a cubby for shoes past the playground entrance). Anti-skid Socks are required in the playground and can be purchased if we forget ours. -Employees are pretty nice. They look really young (around early college years just after high school). I hope they are trained well in regards to emergency situation when it comes to kids (this is neither positive nor negative so I'm keeping it a neutral perspective here). The cons: 1. There used to be a person at the door checking people entering and leaving the place to ensure kids don't leave with strangers (just like Chuck e Cheese). We didn't see anyone here upon entering but I ocassionally saw an employee coming back to that spot (maybe their job is not stationed there all the time? Which is strange). 2. They charge one adult ticket, on top of kids' tickets for kids under 7 yr old, which is unreasonable considering adults don't "play" in this area. 3. There is no outlet anywhere at the benchs/ tables so we can plug in our phone charger/ laptops. While I understand it's not a cafe, it'd be a nice feature to have considering the kids play here for min. 3 hours.

The check in/ payment system is alittle strange. You pay at the cashier and then get stopped again before the play area gate to review waiver. The workers there are nice yound adults but pretty young- no manager/main responsible person around. Other indoor playground areas do a better job keeping the place cleaner and generally watching over the kids around the facility- here mostly are just hanging out with other employees. I will still be coming here, hoping we see things improve, just make sure you attend to your kid the whole time.

What's nice is you stay with your group or party the entire time so there's no mingling with people that are not in your party. CONs: Prices for the additional games and activities is a bit high.

This place is very cute. Came here to bring my almost 3 year old and he really enjoyed it. It's $25…read moreper kid and $5 per adult which I think is reasonable. Probably work for those parents I see that let their kids run loose and they're just sitting on their phone but for parents like myself and my husband, we really can only handle about an hour at this place. Make sure you wear socks or you can also pay $3 to buy some. The place is clean from the looks of it. There are some things that had the paint peeled off and one game wasn't working but that wasn't too noticeable. They have an area specifically for those 2 years and younger and then an area for kids ages 3+. My son did both since he's in between but primarily stayed in the 3+. I'd be back to let him burn off some energy. Only thing I didn't like was we couldn't park our stroller inside.

I came here yesterday with my child. I was very disappointed. Firstly, the bathrooms were flooded…read moreand smelled. So we weren't allowed to use it. No place to wash our hands after. Secondly, this place is dirty, it looks like no one takes care of it. I mean they had the workers going around with the sanitizer spray but was literally spraying the air. Floor mats were dirty. There's an area outside of the enclosure where they are just storing random things, clutter and dusty. Maintenance people can walk by and there's an opening from the play area where anyone from the back just go in. I think it's not safe. From the outside, it looks big and clean but when you get inside, it feels icky and pretty small. Thirdly, for the price it wasn't worth it. Any child will have fun here, but as a parent I'm disappointed in the cleanliness, convenience of the bathroom and safety issues especially at the price point. Will not recommend to other families and will most likely not come back.
