My baby brother loves this place, but he's a bit oblivious to his surroundings and cleanliness. My mom pays for his unlimited jump membership, $14.99 a month, and he's able to come and jump whenever he wants and also bring a jump buddy with him. I was able to join him in one instance as his jump buddy. I love trampoline parks even as an adult, but this one isn't as clean as the ones I've been to. The little foam blocks were really dirty and I couldn't wait to shower afterwards. I went into the foam pits with my baby brother and I couldn't help but feel really dirty being surrounded by it. The foam blocks need a major refresh or replacement ASAP! The cost to jump seems a little steep, especially if you don't own the grip socks that are mandatory for entering the trampoline areas. I do think that the unlimited jump membership with is worth it because my little brother goes about 1-3 times a week, so he's def getting his money's worth. read more

Did the Groupon deal which is a pretty solid deal, came out to like $16 a person for 1.5 hours, versus $27 retail for 1 hour. Socks are $4 a person but since it was our first time they gave it to us for free! Super nice of them (Keep the socks if you plan on coming back, you may only use their socks) This location doesn't have as many obstacles courses and is a little smaller than the location in Laguna Hills. Overall pretty fun for the kids to jump around and play around. Had dodgeball courts, rock climbing, Jousting, Basketball, and bull riding along with the trampolines. Worth it for $16! read more

My family and I went to Big Air for a birthday party. The place was easy to find. It is located inside the Buena Park Mall. Checking in was easy as our group was already there. We just had to fill out the waiver and go to where we check in for parties. The staff handed us our wristbands and socks. We made our way to their locker area to change out of our socks and put on theirs. My son was excited to go in and jump with his cousins. The trampoline park was a decent size. My son loved each section especially the dodgeball area, wall climbing, and where you can swing around. The dodgeball area was fun and open. Little toddlers like mine shouldn't be in there by himself. I was there with him and the kids were so nice. Now the wall climbing area and the area where you can swing around is the reason why I gave this review three stars. In the wall climbing area, the majority of the foam cubes were starting to look like Swiss cheese. Lol they were so beaten and old. I didn't want my son to play in there and it into his mouth. And then the swinging area (directly across the dodgeball court), it seems a bit dangerous for the littles to play there because there were huge gaps between the air bags and the pillars. This place has definitely gone down hill since I first came in about 4 years ago or so. I feel it's been neglected. STAFF - they've always had younger staff (maybe teenager/college aged), so it may look like they DGAF, but lately they've REALLY not cared. They'll walk around but not really look out for safety. They just walk to talk to each other. And even when talking to each other and I try to make eye contact, clearly needing assistance, they'll continue to talk. I get they're young and just trying to make a buck, but TRY to care about your job to learn for the future. FACILITY - ever since the heavy rainstorms of Winter 2022-2023, their leaks across the facility ceilings have been increasing and they don't get fixed! Not sure if it's Big Air's control, or the mall's property manager, but it has to change. They have TRASH BINS to collect the pools of water and buckets lying everywhere, and even collects on parts of the trampoline itself. I recently booked a party package here and our experience was beyond amazing! I was skeptical at first as we had never been here but were looking into this for a birthday venue, needless to say it was a great choice! Upon booking we received a confirmation call. When we arrived the day of the event the staff made it very easy to check in our whole party and accommodate decorations and cake! The staff was beyond pleasant and very helpful and attentive throughout our whole event. Big Air is a large play area for kids. Overall, it is a okay play area for kids but it was a bit run down. I have never been here and did not know how long ago it opened, but it looked like it's been there for a while and very minimal maintenance was performed. I did like that that were several options (basic trampolines, basketball, jousting, and a dodge ball area) for the kids, but it just didn't feel clean. It also was hot and stuffy inside. I understand you have a ton of kids running around causing the stuffiness, but I felt like the AC wasn't running properly. They had some huge fans running in a few locations but unless you were right by it, it didn't help much. Even then, it was warm air circulated. Being that the place did look a bit run down, I didn't think it was an AC issue, but just the way it was there. There are also seating areas for those not participating which was good. I would go back if the kids really wanted to, but I would look for some other places first. read more

Came here on a Sunday afternoon. It was pretty busy. As I walked in it was kinda of dirty looking like no one was walking around cleaning up. Paper on the floors and trash cans full. I didn't see anyone working the grounds till maybe a couple of hours of being there. Kids don't get stamped as they walk in so watch ur kids. Bathrooms really needed attention. For the price you pay they should keep it a little cleaner. Good place for kids 10 and down. That was the majority of the kids I saw. I visited this location on October 14, 2023 for a family members birthday party. I was super excited to bring my son since we have not visited a place like this before. The website shows something completely different than how this location is set up. We get to the front and I tell them we are here for a birthday party and the first thing I was asked if I signed the waiver and if I didn't to go and sign it and go to the other individual under the big events and parties sign. I checked in and was given some socks that were way to big for my toddler son. Once we passed the cashier it automatically smelled horrible like old cheese. We found our party and just hung out with them and took my son on some of the trampolines. I wanted him to try the foam pits but unfortunately the "DJ" that was there that night literally set her table up right in front of it. Her setup was a plastic table laptop and speakers. She was playing music not suitable for kids for sure. The location had a balloon maker that night and I had to wait very patiently for a girl who was the daughter of this "DJ" make this man's job harder. First she had him make something for a girl who was working there a balloon (and she already had one in her hands) and she wasn't doing her job or paying attention cause kids were coming up to here saying they need someone to watch them cause they are getting hit by the balls . Then the little girl continues harassing him and bothering him and taking his balloons and air pumps from him. I kept my mouth shut and told the balloon that he sure is patient cause I was about to lose it!! Get rid of this "DJ" had her bad ass Bebe kids!! Also the area to eat seemed very dirty. It really stresses me out and ended up being per much the same as if I had just picked a park somewhere except the park would've been cheaper. Very disappointed with how they handled the Birthday parties that day. I had also called the week before to confirm they would have these party cups they offer instead of goodie bags and big surprise when they told me they could not find them. Poor Elijah was frantic looking for them and found out they had been locked in a room where none of the current staff could open. First time back since the pandemic and I was a bit disappointed. The Irvine location is definitely better. The upkeep here was disappointing. There were tears on some of the netting and trash was scattered here and there. I realized that staffing may be an issue but with so many kids running around, safety should be a concern. On one of the pillars, there is a big plastic sign that was cracked. A sharp piece of the plastic protruded out and could stab a child in the face. I told a worker who did not seemed to be concerned. Now I realize this is a kid's place and some kids are rougher than others but in the dodgeball area, there was a bunch of younger kids and one "kid" who really looked like he could be 19 who did not belong in there. Or at least did not need to be playing as rough as he was. The rules clearly state, no headshots but this kid was only throwing headshots and he threw the ball as hard as he possibly could. I witnessed 3 kids crying after being pegged by him and the worker just stood by and watched. I will not be bringing my kids back to this location. I've been here a few times. Waivers online and you walk up show your receipts and you're good. You can fill out waivers there also. Online just saves a lil time. Store your shoes in cubbies at your own risk. Find a spot to sit, join them or follow your kids around. It's an open area with 2 exits so watch your kids. I noticed for parties you jump first then time starts at the tables. Pizza has been good and they pop out a huge cotton candy that is a party favorite. Kids have to wear a sticker that states the time they should be jumping. It's always pretty busy and crowded never felt over crowded though. We were looking for a fun place to have a birthday party for my 9 year old niece. Big Air Trampoline Park seemed right up her alley. I didn't know what to expect prior to walking in but I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. Big Air is located just off of Beach Blvd at the shopping mall. It's inside the mall and adjacent to Walmart. Plenty of parking is available in the lot because multiple businesses share this location. You have to enter through the mall as there is only one way in or out of this place. So my niece's father made the reservation for her birthday party. I believe that the kids were able to jump and tumble for 2 hours. However, prior to having fun, we had to sign an online waiver saying that we understood that there are risks involved and that we cannot sue due to injury or death. Shoes must be removed prior to entering into any of the trampoline areas. They had a rock climbing wall and a pit full of foam cutouts for kids to land on when they fall. The mechanical bull was pretty neat as kids took a spin on the bull for more than 8 seconds. You'll land on a padded surface which decreases the likelihood of injuries. There's another pit of foam cutouts for kids to crawl through. Of course, there's the large trampoline section where kids were doing flips all over the place. What's nice is that staff are at each location, monitoring the guests' activities so that if there is an injury, the guest can be tended to immediately. What I liked was how well-organized they were for the party. We ordered pizza and brought our own cake. They had the table set up in no time and helped us get situated. Pizza was served and the cake was cut. We had a specific amount of time to eat and sing happy birthday. They adhered yo a schedule and everything was done within that time frame. I really liked Big Air Trampoline Park because it's a great place to have kids burn off all of that energy. They tire themselves out! It's clean and staff is very helpful. This is a nice alternative to Chuck E Cheese because there's more opportunity for students to work on coordination of the entire body vs just their hands. All that matters is that the kids are safe as they have the time of their life! I normally don't acknowledge specific employees unless they've been regarded as phenomenal human beings while we enjoyed their place of business. That's why it's important that I mention Olivia's name multiple times because she treated my family and I like if we were the most important guests at Big Air Trampoline. Sign a waiver on a computer to the right as soon as you walk in. Grab your waiver receipt. Pay for your jumping session. Check in to Yelp for "$2 off First Hour of Jump." Rubber-gripped socks are $3 a pair. We brought socks, but then they sold us on these. Mainly because I had a suspicion that we would return. And also because they were better quality than I anticipated. A youth medium pair works great for kids shoe size ranging from about 8-12. Wait in the locker storage area and watch a short video on safety. Then your kiddo is free to roam about the facility. Certain rules apply at each area. OTHER There are plenty of places for parents/guardians to take a seat and keep an eye on their children. There are even some massage chairs... The women's restroom was okay. The men's, however, my husband said was disgusting, most likely thanks to the many little boys missing their mark. *nasty* STAFF The staff is a mix between really cool and assistive (especially in the party area) and... we'll just say it looked as though they had better places to be, but were held there against their will. For the most part, though, they do a nice job of enforcing the rules and keeping everyone safe. PARTY PACKAGES Our troop splurged on pizza, a fruit tray, salad, chicken tenders, and pitchers of drinks. We brought our own cupcakes. You do have to put down $100 non refundable deposit. My sister was able to bring in her own decoration and cupcakes. The place also supply plates, napkins, forks, candles, cake cutters, lighters and table clothes. They will let you set up only 10 minutes before your schedule time. We were give an assigned spot, which could seat up to about 40 people. Staff were really organized, friendly and attentive to my sister and the kids. We even met Spiderman and there was a balloon lady to make us free balloon animals My family enjoyed the event venue. It was easy breezy for the family as we didn't have to do much.
