My daughter and her giant complimentary cotton candy!
    Stephanie T.

My daughter had her 9th birthday here and I have no complaints at all. The staff was compromised of a bunch of young kids, all SUPER NICE. Things are a tiny bit run down, but that's to be expected, kids are jumping all over the equipment all day. Our party host was so sweet, pizza was delicious, and overall the kids had a blast. 10/10 would Come back!!!!

We have been coming to this location for several years. It's never been great. Not the cleanest at times. Also located inside the mall which isn't the greatest. Everything inside feels old and outdated. But my son likes it and has fun whenever we go, and the prices are still reasonable. $27 for one hour, $29 for 90 min and I believe $33 for 2 hours. They also sell food and drinks (I've never had anything here). We always go early, shortly after opening, so there are less kids which is nice.

I had a very negative experience at this trampoline park. If you must go, be sure to supervise your children closely or go with some group together. The place is rundown, unmaintained, and lacks staff to monitor it. It's filthy, dirty, and smelly. It doesn't look anything like the pictures advertised. It resembles the one in Brena Park.

Not packed but not organized. The worker (referees) aren't doing their job. So they have to be told what to do by a parent . You have dodgeball as a game all kid holding on to the ball for 4min like-excuse me the game -have them throw the ball if they kids gonna hold on to the ball ,pass the ball to someone who wants to play. No socks ,so they can use their own No membership at this time 1hr(glow in the dark)$20 Some have masks and some don't

I recently booked a party package here and our experience was beyond amazing! I was skeptical at first as we had never been here but were looking into this for a birthday venue, needless to say it was a great choice! Upon booking we received a confirmation call. When we arrived the day of the event the staff made it very easy to check in our whole party and accommodate decorations and cake! The staff was beyond pleasant and very helpful and attentive throughout our whole event. Our host Josue was phenomenal during our dinning hours providing us with excellent service and very attentive to what we needed! I look forward to more visits and a few more birthdays here.

-5 stars! Do you want your kids dead or injured? then go here. Do you want to go to an unprofessional and unsafe bouncing place go here. The managers were very unprofessional on following up on an injury claim I requested after my son fell into the bottom of an air jumper and cut his arm on a metal rod that was sticking out on his way down. They denied my claim request and said another manager would call me and they never did I don't want to waste my time here anymore so the next step is reaching out to corporate. Another thing there's no AC in there it's very dangerous. No supervision because all of the teen girls are so busy chatting it up. Not sure who is doing the hiring but they're doing a terrible horrible job. THE WORST STAFF UNPROFESSIONAL DIRTY DANGEROUS DANGEROUS TEMPERATURE NO ETHICS CRIMINAL NOT FOR KIDS NOT FOR HUMANS unless you want problems and your kids injured Will forever hate the way these people handled our situation. The worst by far! My son was bleeding a lot!!!!!! I should've called the police. Now I know better!! Shame on you!!!! Karma will get you!!!!

Big Air is a large play area for kids. Overall, it is a okay play area for kids but it was a bit run down. I have never been here and did not know how long ago it opened, but it looked like it's been there for a while and very minimal maintenance was performed. I did like that that were several options (basic trampolines, basketball, jousting, and a dodge ball area) for the kids, but it just didn't feel clean. It also was hot and stuffy inside. I understand you have a ton of kids running around causing the stuffiness, but I felt like the AC wasn't running properly. They had some huge fans running in a few locations but unless you were right by it, it didn't help much. Even then, it was warm air circulated. Being that the place did look a bit run down, I didn't think it was an AC issue, but just the way it was there. There are also seating areas for those not participating which was good. I would go back if the kids really wanted to, but I would look for some other places first.

Yuck!! This place is a total dump. It looks like no one works here. The employees that I did see are kids. One employee to supervise the largest area is not enough. Clean this place. We will not be coming back.

78 degrees with a hundred kids jumping in this place. Nope!

I had my son's 9th birthday party this past weekend. THIS PLACE IS HOT!!! For as much as it costs to book a party and for entrance fees, they need to keep the temperature nice and crisp for customers. It was 78 degrees on the thermostat. The party room was not ready when they said it would be. The food, chips, and fruit platter (it was garbage...don't order one) all came in at different times throughout the party time. Go to SkyZone. Waaaaay better for parties!

I've been here a few times. Waivers online and you walk up show your receipts and you're good. You can fill out waivers there also. Online just saves a lil time. Store your shoes in cubbies at your own risk. Find a spot to sit, join them or follow your kids around. It's an open area with 2 exits so watch your kids. I noticed for parties you jump first then time starts at the tables. Pizza has been good and they pop out a huge cotton candy that is a party favorite. Kids have to wear a sticker that states the time they should be jumping. It's always pretty busy and crowded never felt over crowded though. Employees in the jumping area have cool attitudes and do their job. The employees hosting parties or at registers each visit have major attitudes. The kids really love this place.. 47/100

We were looking for a fun place to have a birthday party for my 9 year old niece. Big Air Trampoline Park seemed right up her alley. I didn't know what to expect prior to walking in but I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. Big Air is located just off of Beach Blvd at the shopping mall. It's inside the mall and adjacent to Walmart. Plenty of parking is available in the lot because multiple businesses share this location. You have to enter through the mall as there is only one way in or out of this place. So my niece's father made the reservation for her birthday party. I believe that the kids were able to jump and tumble for 2 hours. However, prior to having fun, we had to sign an online waiver saying that we understood that there are risks involved and that we cannot sue due to injury or death. Shoes must be removed prior to entering into any of the trampoline areas. They had a rock climbing wall and a pit full of foam cutouts for kids to land on when they fall. The mechanical bull was pretty neat as kids took a spin on the bull for more than 8 seconds. You'll land on a padded surface which decreases the likelihood of injuries. There's another pit of foam cutouts for kids to crawl through. Of course, there's the large trampoline section where kids were doing flips all over the place. What's nice is that staff are at each location, monitoring the guests' activities so that if there is an injury, the guest can be tended to immediately. What I liked was how well-organized they were for the party. We ordered pizza and brought our own cake. They had the table set up in no time and helped us get situated. Pizza was served and the cake was cut. We had a specific amount of time to eat and sing happy birthday. They adhered yo a schedule and everything was done within that time frame. I really liked Big Air Trampoline Park because it's a great place to have kids burn off all of that energy. They tire themselves out! It's clean and staff is very helpful. This is a nice alternative to Chuck E Cheese because there's more opportunity for students to work on coordination of the entire body vs just their hands. All that matters is that the kids are safe as they have the time of their life! I wouldn't hesitate to bring my niece back to Big Air for another round of tumbling and jumping on the trampolines.

NO!!! The A/C has been 'broken' at this place for several months. Word is the owner refuses to turn it on to save costs. Miserable experience at this place, sweating like crazy.

It’s all ages! We just don’t allow back flips

Is this place good for adults too? Or more suitable for kids?

Is this place a good place for a 3year old?

The playground is bigger than other ones I've been to in the area. -There is a cafe place inside with food, which I like because we could snack on something, get drinks and my kid could continue playing. The food is also pretty decent here. -There are many game machines that line the front area leading to the playground (think Boomers Vibe). -The party room towards the back of the facility has decent size, I would say it can fit up to 30 people. -The process is simple: we go to the counter where kids enter to play, pay the tickets, fill in the waiver forms electronically with QR code, then the kids/ adults get the paper wrist bands and can enter the playground. -No shoes inside the playground (there's a cubby for shoes past the playground entrance). Anti-skid Socks are required in the playground and can be purchased if we forget ours. -Employees are pretty nice. They look really young (around early college years just after high school). I hope they are trained well in regards to emergency situation when it comes to kids (this is neither positive nor negative so I'm keeping it a neutral perspective here). The cons: 1. There used to be a person at the door checking people entering and leaving the place to ensure kids don't leave with strangers (just like Chuck e Cheese). We didn't see anyone here upon entering but I ocassionally saw an employee coming back to that spot (maybe their job is not stationed there all the time? Which is strange). 2. They charge one adult ticket, on top of kids' tickets for kids under 7 yr old, which is unreasonable considering adults don't "play" in this area. 3. There is no outlet anywhere at the benchs/ tables so we can plug in our phone charger/ laptops. While I understand it's not a cafe, it'd be a nice feature to have considering the kids play here for min. 3 hours.
