Great spot to use up all your kids energy! There are little sections to bounce on, a climbing structure, a sport arena for basketball and target practice. The laser room is a big hit! There are seats for parents as well as massage chairs. There's a cafe for food and drink as well as restrooms. I would say this is better suited to younger kids below 10. We did the 90 minute jump which was a lot for the little ones. I might do 60 minutes next time. Parking lot right outside. There are no staff or attendants walking around and monitoring. This place has gone down hill quickly over the last year. From my pictures and videos you'll see that most of the place wasn't open or working including the bull, laser room, climbing wall, rope climb, the balance beams, and the orbit. The rest was dirty with thick dust everywhere or broken. The people working were either on their phones sitting around or talking to each other. The Manager was there today and stayed in his office. The employee putting on wrist bands and checking people in had a filthy shirt on and warts on his fingers. I went home and took a shower immediately after leaving. read more

What a fun place for toddlers! I brought my kid to Toddler Time on a Saturday and he had a blast, even though the rock climbing was closed. I like how they have a dedicated slot for toddlers, but some of the kids there definitely looked older. There are lots of places here to get some energy out. There's a foam block pit, a jungle gym, laser maze, dodgeball, gladiator beam, basketball, and a few more areas. Plenty of cubbies for shoes, and be sure to bring socks that have grip, or buy some there. You can also rent out lockers. There's a little food place, but the service is really slow. 25min for tater tots - yikes! They also have some claw games, and a photo booth which only costs a dollar for two strips - pretty awesome! Bathrooms are clean and have stools, which is great for kids. There are also several places for birthday party gatherings. All in all, a pretty great experience! $12 for Toddler Time - they also have a monthly membership that looks like a great deal. read more

There were not enough employees to do anything but work the register and food area. No one but parents were supervising the kids. And, most parents were sitting on the side doing anything but watching their kids. There was not nearly enough seating for how many people were there. None of the extras were working: rock wall, bull, jousting beam or the beam that you jump over. The boys bathroom was disgusting. Urine on the floor and only one stall open. This place has horrible safety standards. My son broke his elbow on one of the machines that is no longer there called The Orbiter. The staff member operating the machine did not care that kids in my sons age range where there and had the speed set for kids at an older age range. I went back another day and noticed the operator letting kids just mess around with the speed settings not caring there are limits for ages. Complete negligence. Haven't been back there and never will. Other things that needed replacing was old worn out bumper guards that revealed concrete edges etc. No wonder they make you sign a waiver to cover their butts. read more

You must wear socks and it is recommended that skid proof socks are worn by kids. We really enjoy bringing my son to toddler time on Sundays. I love that they set aside time for the little kids to enjoy the trampoline park without being run over by the big kids. We used to go to Candeeland, but have switched to Big Air recently as it is closer to home and there is more to do. That being said, there are a couple of things that would make the experience better: 1) A no-shoes policy would make the facility MUCH cleaner. It doesn't help to have everyone wearing socks on the equipment if the socks are filthy because the floor everywhere is dirty. Candeeland does a good job of this (no shoes allowed in anywhere after check in) and their facility is noticeably cleaner. 2) it would be nice if there were high chairs available near the snack bar. A small thing that goes a long way to making this mama's life easier during snack time. Overall, our toddler loves coming here and we will keep coming even though the floor is pretty dirty. I hope whenever they inevitably get around to replacing the carpet and fixing the flooring they will implement a full no shoes policy to keep the facility clean. read more

My kids have had membership for more than 2 years and they loved the place. However, my son cut his head with a wire sticking out from the trampoline the other day. He came to me and asked if he was bleeding and saw his right hand covered with blood. It made me run to the urgent care and he got a staple on his head. I told the employees what happened, but they didn't seem to care because when I went back to the park 2 days after the incident, the wire was still there. We've emailed the manager a couple of times, but he stopped responding to our emails and ignoring us. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. We have been to other places so we thought we'd try this place since we've never been here with the kids. From the moment you walk in it had a nasty smell and the floors were so disgusting. The whole place is dirty. The bathrooms are nasty with no toilet paper, no dry paper towels to dry your hands and the air blowers don't work. Never coming to this place again. The reviews for this trampoline park are way too low to be fair. When my son's friend suggested we come, I immediately went on Yelp, saw the terrible reviews, and dreaded coming. My son and his buddy had the best time. It's chaotic for sure. It could use more structure. But the kids LOVE it! Us parents love it for tiring them out. Major stars for this wonderful staff member that went above and beyond engaging with the kids while watching the foam pit. Caring and fun staff is always appreciated. There is a lot more to do than I expected. There are three separate trampoline areas, giant jungle gym with ninja warrior type equipment, rock climbing, rope ladder, foam lit, dodge ball trampoline area, basketball, zip line, and more. We have the monthly membership. We love that we can take he kids anytime to jump and let some energy out. But we were also looking forward to Cosmic Nights, which is supposed to be music and UV lights. This is supposed to be an extra fee for anyone without membership. It isn't really worth it. The place is so lit up. And hardly any UV lights. We've seen other places and their Cosmic nights are awesome! This is something they need to put some effort into addressing. There's no way I'd pay extra for this at all. Also their bathrooms are dirty and they need to fix their bull. Amazing, if you compare to Sky Zone Gardena! My only other experience was at a bottom of the barrel location, so this was exceptional for me and my kids for toddler time. They actually have discounted rates and don't push their branded socks. The variety of courses and trampoline sizes and the cleanliness is worth 10 stars for me. We visited on Saturday, October 29, 2022, during one of the Cosmic Nights and there was little to no supervision on the floor whatsoever and the place was trashed. Several main areas were closed forcing our children to have a very limited experience. The water fountains were broken, forcing you to purchase water from the dirty snack bar. Booked this place for our daughter's birthday party (next week) based on positive experience attending friend's birthdays at big air and that the kids all liked it. And here's my recent experience to share. Things to be aware: 1) Unfair promotion. Day after I booked my party room, my husband received a call from sales (as he signed the waiver previously) that he can get $50 off if he books a party for our daughter's upcoming birthday. My husband asked if they can still apply that discount since it is within the same family but they said no, reason is that it only applies to new bookings. This doesn't make sense to us as I could literally cancel that appointment, have my husband book it, or even have my friend refer to get that promotion and apply the deposit to party spending. I'm not gonna do that as it doesn't worth my time and effort but that inflexibility just makes the whole experience not as satisfying and yeah they'll always find ways to make you unqualified as they make their own promotion policies. 2) Broken claw machines next to the party room on the day of 4/26 when we were attending friend's birthday party. Wasted $5 and left my kid disappointed. Again, not much money, but another minus to guest experience. Hope they have fixed this already. 3) Greasy floor and party attendants not on the look out to clean it up for juice spills. Big Air is an example of a great business idea, great product gone wrong. Management and, ultimately ownership, have dropped the ball on what could be something great. The young staff is left to manage a huge establishment without clear participation from full grown adults. Everyone is complaining about the none working AC. Other party parents is going off on these poor workers because how hot it is. It's out of the workers control. The owner/management should have called all the parties ahead of time to tell them about the AC issue to let them know what's going on with the AC or allow the customer to postpone their party. Two weeks ago we came to Big Air and the air conditioning wasn't on. I figured it was broken and gave them the benefit of the doubt. We are back today two weeks later and the air still isn't on. It's hot as hell. The kids are standing in front of the fan and the parents are fanning themselves with paper. I asked the front desk if the air conditioner is broken and the girls said no, but they need a find a company to service it because it's not blowing cold air and they haven't "done it yet". Also no one is cleaning up and there is literally trash everywhere. Normally we love Big Air but it is ridiculously hot in here and gross with trash everywhere. I had my daughter's birthday here yesterday, and I wish I didn't. Waste of money. Do not, DO NOT book a party here. I had to clean it up, if I'm paying half a grand I should be going into a clean room. 6) I had no help at all, and when we complained to the manager CINDY about it she said the cosmic night parties do not come with a host. I was never told that when booking, a heads up would've been nice. If that was the case I should've paid $200. 7) the bathrooms are DISGUSTING. I didn't even use the bathroom because I wasn't sure what you could catch going there. 8) they brought us our food, AFTER I had to go up and remind them. They brought the drinks... no ice and flat. You think kids want warm flat drinks after jumping ?? No. 9) we complained to the manager about it, she was RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. Made it seem like it was our problem and we were bugging her. She gave us 6 one hour jump passes... as if that makes up for anything. And after that we heard her talking bad about the situation to her coworker. I've been trying to find corporates number to complain and ask for a refund. Because this was a terrible disappointing experience. Do not throw a party here and do not come jump here. Wonderful place for birthday parties, it's a nice safe environment. A good price to, the kids get lots of exercise jumping up and down on those trampolines. And it's interesting to see how many things, to encourage them to do so! Lol there is a snack bar there, a little pricey, and not the best and not the best quality food!
