A great place for kids to let their energy out. We hosted a birthday party and it was perfect. Lots of play areas spread out and room for the kids to play in. Party rooms with your own host to help if you do a birthday or event here. Need to where grip socks for safety. There were a few workers watching and making sure kids played safe. A great time for all, highly recommend! Thanks to Chloe for helping with check in and party room. Thanks Sky Zone!!

They sure had a lot of fun for 90mins. Not without incidents tho. First of all, I bought the wrong socks, which was also orange(Big Air) colorjust like sky zones. The front desk said okay! We have so many different socks from different trampoline places, I should've checked better. My kids were playing and this one particular worker asked me to buy socks. I would have no problems with it if she did it to everyone else. There were no less than 10 people, kids and adults with different venue socks. But that's not my biggest problem, she would rather be a sock police than a safety police. Several larger HS kids were pushing little kids off the blue ball pit. Caught one in video. She either didn't see it or didn't care. Parents had to tell their kids to get out. At some point during our 90mins, all the workers disappeared for 20mins. The 6 year old dodge ball court was filled with all the older kids. All the little kids just saw it and didn't enter. While I'm not here to shame anyone, a very large person, roughly 300lbs was in the blue ball pit and couldn't get out after falling. 3 large men had to help him out for a good 15mins. That's not really the problem, but if he had fell on any young children, someone could've gotten really hurt. How about put safety as priority instead of being sock police?

This is a very small venue, only 5 jumping obstacles and party rooms. Rock climbing was closed today. Parking is limited and service is poor and slow. Floor is dirty and all hand sanitizer stations are out of sanitizers. Hmmm... then what's the purpose of these dispensers? What a waste of money!

I took my nephew & little friend here for an afternoon of fun and it did not disappoint!! I actually only meant to get them the 90 min pass but because they were having so much fun, I upgraded it to an all day pass. Soo nice that they let you do that. Few different areas for kids to jump and burn energy. It looked clean and there were attendees around watching which was good. Looked very popular for kids party. I liked the couch waiting area which was nice. It does get crowded on the weekends but that's to be expected. A small snack bar area where prices aren't too bad. Fun way to spend a few hours.

Sky Zone is like a Chuck E. Cheese on steroids -- minus the pizza, plus a side of mystery adults who seem way too invested in watching other people's kids bounce. Half the trampolines were 'under maintenance,' the foam pit smelled like an unwashed gym bag, and my wallet is now in physical therapy. The kids had a blast, but I spent the whole time perfecting my 'don't even think about it' glare at sketchy grown-ups loitering by the dodgeball court. Fun? Sure. Worth the money? Only if you like overpriced tickets, sweaty air, and suspicious side-eye cardio."

Fake and not even stitched up

FAKE Labubu in the game...with how much money places like this bring in daily and especially on the video games because they are so hard to win that is absurd. I get this is a trampoline park but they also have games...my daughter and mom were so excited that they won an almost impossible game to find it the Labubu was a game...they don't want anyone infringing on their trademarks, but put fakes in their machines...the game was so bad.. stitching was opened in the back...don't play their games

Looking for a Trampoline practice for snowboarding flips? Big trampoline with practice foam board. Or I can buy my board if there is nothing in OC. Please advice.

I'm not getting a party package but want to know if I can bring outside food?

Hi, thank you for your message. Unfortunately we do not allow any outside food and drinks. We do have a cafe with a variety of delicious options!

Review #975 2026-041…read more Host/Sky Zone Team Member: Grace My son was invited to his Cantonese school classmates' birthday party at Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Westminster Mall on the 2nd level; their 3 birthdays were within weeks of one another (turning 6, 8, 11) so dad decided to celebrate together. It seems like a dead mall with many departed tenants, yet parking wasn't an available as one might think, though we were nearby the closest entrance to the trampoline park. Core attractions include: Battle Beam, Foam Zone, Freestyle Jump, SkyHoops, SkyJoust, SkySlam, Ultimate Dodgeball, Warped Wall, Warrior Course, Zip Line, Toddler Zone; Sky Zone offers trampoline activities from toddlers to adults. Once inside, we completed & signed the waivers at the kiosks, & received their Sky Zone socks. Guests are required to wear their Sky Zone socks, which are provided as part of the entrance fee, in order to play/jump in the park. I don't recall if Westminster follows the Gardena location (refer to Review #478) re: "sky time" reminder stickers & didn't see it on my kids. With the long open hours & large space (though it's feels smaller & definitely more cramped than Gardena), I highly doubt this park gets cleaned/sanitized even though it's been a couple of years since the pandemic lockdown. The OCD in me starts to nitpick areas of stickiness... stairwell railing, foam pit (this raise my hackles the most... I had to pull my son out of the joust pit & felt "moist" foam block... aaugh!!), arcade controllers, joust sticks, etc. This facility also has an unusual musky odor that permeate throughout the facility. \(`0´)/ The ladies restrooms were clean & stocked, though the floors were wet so my socks got wet as I tried to step around the puddles. The kids played an hour before we rallied them back to the party room for pizza, chips, & drinks, followed by birthday cake. Grace was a pretty good host, though not as bubbly as I would have liked; this is a kids birthday party & I feel our host should be perky & friendly in a way that draws you in. She did her job, was nice to all, made sure everyone was served, & helped the family pack up the gifts & leftover food, checking all the boxes; not much of an entertainer host but got the job done right. Assuming most parties are 2-hours & our party room didn't have a booking after us, we stayed a few minutes past the hour & no staff enforced our party's sky time. The kids had fun running around, & the park provided plenty of active entertainment! Free arcade games were dotted around with the newer ones with a wait, particularly the driving ones. A few random machines had controller/joystick issues with a couple dark screens. We were here for a birthday & it's not conducive for team play since there's multiple parties as well as open play, more for individual/paired fun... the only time the kids were together was in the party room otherwise they were in pairs or their little groups. I noticed some older guests that weren't mindful of the younger set in shared spaces, which is concerning for their safety, particularly in the open Freestyle Jump area. Both my kids are old enough that I don't have to be tethered to them, though I infrequently checked in to make sure they're ok & to remind them to be watchful of toddlers/younger kids. Left of the entrance is their food court/concession stand that offers a variety of snacks & refreshments: hot foods (most expensive item is whole specialty pizza for $32), snacks, drinks & Icees with a combos menu that offers some savings; it's pretty pricey for the quantity & quality, particularly for a whole pizza, bottled drinks, & Icees. If you're tired, there's some massaging chairs in front of concession that takes cash. Staff service varies from friendly to indifferent or preoccupied. The mall is closed due to redevelopment & will be demoed for a mixed-use community, hence Sky Zone Trampoline Park is forced to close.

My kid has come here a few times for birthday party and independent play time…read more The pros: -Parking is good, plenty to share with other businesses in the same mall. -Facility is decently big, clean. The playground is bigger than other ones I've been to in the area. -There is a cafe place inside with food, which I like because we could snack on something, get drinks and my kid could continue playing. The food is also pretty decent here. -There are many game machines that line the front area leading to the playground (think Boomers Vibe). -The party room towards the back of the facility has decent size, I would say it can fit up to 30 people. -The process is simple: we go to the counter where kids enter to play, pay the tickets, fill in the waiver forms electronically with QR code, then the kids/ adults get the paper wrist bands and can enter the playground. -No shoes inside the playground (there's a cubby for shoes past the playground entrance). Anti-skid Socks are required in the playground and can be purchased if we forget ours. -Employees are pretty nice. They look really young (around early college years just after high school). I hope they are trained well in regards to emergency situation when it comes to kids (this is neither positive nor negative so I'm keeping it a neutral perspective here). The cons: 1. There used to be a person at the door checking people entering and leaving the place to ensure kids don't leave with strangers (just like Chuck e Cheese). We didn't see anyone here upon entering but I ocassionally saw an employee coming back to that spot (maybe their job is not stationed there all the time? Which is strange). 2. They charge one adult ticket, on top of kids' tickets for kids under 7 yr old, which is unreasonable considering adults don't "play" in this area. 3. There is no outlet anywhere at the benchs/ tables so we can plug in our phone charger/ laptops. While I understand it's not a cafe, it'd be a nice feature to have considering the kids play here for min. 3 hours.
