First I wish to convey and thank Audrey for making the day special. My godson in the "autistic spectrum" first visit at the park. Audrey went out of her way to address and assist our start and entry. As one would say, "beyond the call of duty!" I must also commend the staff who assisted my endeavor to watch and care for my godson. Kudos to all. My niece had her 6th and 7th birthday party here! Both years, we had the party on a Thursday and it was perfect. There were so many less kids than the weekend, so all of the kids at the party got a lot of jump time. They also have arcade games, a food court, a TV lounge area, and lots of tables and chairs if someone wants to sit and read or do work while their child bounces. Service 10/10. Everyone we have encountered at this location has been SO sweet and helpful. Chloe was the one who helped us with the party this evening and she was amazinggggg! She was so kind, helped us decorate, and was on top of everything. Everything ran so smoothly because of her. Thank you Chloe :) From beginning to end, they were so many staff working and they were all so sweet. Thank you so much! Food- 8/10. The ring worm pit . Staff is more worried about kids having "sky zone" socks than the safety of children. A child was under all the foam in that pit and not one attendant come to his aid. He was waving his arms in the air for help. Horrible experience. He could've been suffocated. I had to get staff attention to get that child help. Shut em down. read more

They have designated 6 and under spots, and if needed staff will redirect older kids who go into the younger play spaces. Staff is helpful, and attentive and the whole facility is very clean. This is a great Sky Zone location. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's cleaner than most others that I've been to. They allow you to use socks that were purchased from a previous visit unlike some other locations.. I haven't had any problems using Sky Zone gift cards at this location. They have a killer deal for a summer pass for about $45 which pays for itself very quickly. I do wish that they would fix the interactive jumping game with the screen though. They have 2 but only 1 works and the kids all want to play it. read more

They sure had a lot of fun for 90mins. Not without incidents tho. First of all, I bought the wrong socks, which was also orange(Big Air) colorjust like sky zones. The front desk said okay! We have so many different socks from different trampoline places, I should've checked better. My kids were playing and this one particular worker asked me to buy socks. I would have no problems with it if she did it to everyone else. There were no less than 10 people, kids and adults with different venue socks. But that's not my biggest problem, she would rather be a sock police than a safety police. Several larger HS kids were pushing little kids off the blue ball pit. Caught one in video. She either didn't see it or didn't care. Parents had to tell their kids to get out. At some point during our 90mins, all the workers disappeared for 20mins. The 6 year old dodge ball court was filled with all the older kids. All the little kids just saw it and didn't enter. While I'm not here to shame anyone, a very large person, roughly 300lbs was in the blue ball pit and couldn't get out after falling. 3 large men had to help him out for a good 15mins. That's not really the problem, but if he had fell on any young children, someone could've gotten really hurt. How about put safety as priority instead of being sock police? read more

Purchased summer passes for my kids thinking it would be a good place for kids to release all their energies during summer break and I remembered there was a rock climbing tower when we came to a birthday party before. We came in today and it turned out that I'm very disappointed to learn that they got of the rock climbing tower... and on their website it shows slides, zipline, hanging balls, etc. but none of those are in here!! All they have is pretty much only trampoline! They still had fun today but I don't know how many more times I can bring them in here during summer as I think they would get bored soon. This is a very small venue, only 5 jumping obstacles and party rooms. Rock climbing was closed today. Parking is limited and service is poor and slow. Floor is dirty and all hand sanitizer stations are out of sanitizers. Hmmm... then what's the purpose of these dispensers? What a waste of money! read more

Sky Zone offers amazing areas for Littles to Adults. I recommend adults to take no hops around smaller kids to prevent double bouncing or avoid jumping near someone lower in weight/height in general. There's membership and a leather-clad rest lounge for the working adult while the kids use up their battery. With the membership, you can invite guests for $10 each. It's probably what you expect and what you think would be going on inside a place like this. There will be a large crowed of kids so you have to wait your turn at any of the spots inside. Our group was told prior to purchasing that 8-10pm is glow night and they made it seem less kids would be there during that time. Well that wasn't the case. So that was misleading. Most kids will probably still have fun but also it does depend on the group you have to make it fun. Also random how they don't give free cups of ice or cups of water. read more

Definitely some positives and negatives about this place. We went in the morning for the toddler jump Time, which was a really great offering for little ones! The pricing isn't too bad and it's nice that it's in the morning. There weren't any big kids there, so we felt like it was a safe place to have fun for our toddlers. On the other hand, the place was absolutely filthy! There was trash everywhere all over the place, huge dust clumps, ground that looked like it needed to be mopped, just generally extremely dirty. The bathroom was really gross too, especially since you have to walk in there with your socks on. We went first thing in the morning at 9am and it clearly hadn't been cleaned. If it was the evening, I would understand, but they should have at least vacuumed up the ground before opening again for the public the next morning. We probably won't be back. But I love the idea of it! Maybe if they decide to change up their cleaning policies. read more

Writing this review because your contact us form doesn't work on your website; I am extremely disappointed with the conditions and lack of safety enforcement at this Sky Zone. The dedicated 6-and-under area is constantly filled with much older kids, and staff make no effort to enforce the rules. This is unacceptable. My 3-year-old was knocked down multiple times because of this negligence, which is a serious safety issue. A 12 year old slid down a wall and his head slammed into her nose! In addition, the facility itself is in poor condition and clearly not being maintained properly. Instead of putting resources toward opening new locations, I strongly urge you to invest in your existing parks before someone gets seriously injured. Parents bring their children to Sky Zone expecting a safe, well-managed environment. Right now, this location is falling far short of that expectation. immediate improvements in staff training, rule enforcement, and facility maintenance is needed! read more

I took my nephew & little friend here for an afternoon of fun and it did not disappoint!! I actually only meant to get them the 90 min pass but because they were having so much fun, I upgraded it to an all day pass. Soo nice that they let you do that. Few different areas for kids to jump and burn energy. It looked clean and there were attendees around watching which was good. Looked very popular for kids party. I liked the couch waiting area which was nice. It does get crowded on the weekends but that's to be expected. A small snack bar area where prices aren't too bad. Went there for my grandson's birthday. It was very hot inside.. There's nobody at the door, checking to see whose kid is leaving, which made me very nervous and j not a big place .when it was in Anaheim. it was a large facility. This was very small and kind of limited for smaller kids.. read more

This review is mainly complain about a manager name Abby. She is so dumb and imcompetent. She insisted our account was terminated in sept ， a month ago, while we were just there the day before. She kept saying i am sorry but we can not blablabla at least 5 times when I question why. She didnt bother to ask how is it possible. Really disappointed at the lack of activities at this location. I had only been to one other location prior and I thought they were all the same. I chose this location due to proximity to where we were earlier in the day, but I would've never chosen it if I knew how different it was, and how limited it was. There were no slides. There was no zip line. There was no large jousting area. Honestly, it was so completely overpriced and disappointing. $90 for 3 kids for 1.5 hours. One of the kids didn't even engage. Further, I asked about discounts for educators or AAA or anything else and all they had was a military discount which I did not qualify for. The staff watched the kids like hawks to the point where they restricted and made commentary about every type of move or jump they made. They really took away the fun and autonomy for the kids. What's the point? My son is literally a trained competitive gymnast and he wasn't allowed to do flips-like a basic flip that he could do in his first year of training. Also, there were two trampolines with electronic components, where you can bounce and see yourself on the screen, but one is broken. Will not return. read more

Came here for my Nephew's 11th birthday. Everyone had a great time jumping, rock climbing, playing trampling Basketball, jumping on the video game trampling and dodgeball. When you arrive there is a party check in area to store your shoes, gifts, etc. there are also lockers if you need them or want them. They have 4 party rooms (I believe) for Birthdays, along with employees that help with all the needs for the party, food, cake, drinks, etc. seemed very helpful and the party went great. There is a lounge area for anyone not jumping, a snack bar area for food, video games to play and other skill games to win prizes, etc. kids paradise. The jump areas are fun, I did not jump this time but have in the past. The kids had a good time for sure. As I said above, they have 2 dodge ball arenas, a couple basketball hoops, a small play area for little ones, an air bag jump, the video game simulator, rock climbing and an area they had closed off where you can joist each other or battle as well. I think the main trampling is a bit small compared to other jump places I have been, but does the job and as long as it is not too busy works fine. Enjoy! read more

We threw our daughter's birthday party here over the weekend. We had 42 children in attendance, and only one helper for our event. As you can, imagine, she was only able to bring the food to the party room, but did not help serving the food, utensils, plates, drink. She was only in the room with the children for a total of 5% of the time. She most definitely needed more help. We needed more help. The responsibility of serving our child's guest was completely on my wife and me. We paid good money to have help to throw this birthday party for our child. In talking with the staff after the event, we were told that there should've been more help, But no apologies were given. I do not recommend anyone through a kids party at this trampoline park. read more

Hosted my son's birthday twice now, and him and his friends always have a blast! They make party planning really easy and streamlined, and the prices are competitive to other indoor venues. You can book the party easily online. Make sure you sign a waiver per kid before coming to make the check-in process easier. A couple days before the party, they send a contract confirming everything, and on the day of - they assign you a party host and party room. On the day of the party, have guests come 20 min before the official start time to allow time for check-in, but also because they let the kids go jump 15 minutes ahead of the official party start time - it's nice to get that extra 15 minutes of playtime in! I do wish they allowed outside food and drinks, but they have a strict policy and you will get penalized if you bring in outside food and drinks. Their in-house menu is pretty expensive if you want to add items (ex: $20+ for a fruit platter). We usually do the package that has 1 hr jump time + 45 min in the party room. It includes 10 kids, 2 pizzas, and 10 capri suns. They provide plates and utensils, though plan to bring your own if you want a theme. Love that rockin jump has high ceilings and plenty of jumping areas, along with a rock climbing wall in the center. It's airy and spacious here! There is also a mini arcade section (separate cost), and a hangout area with TV, blocks, games, etc for the little ones to roam. The main hesitation with this place is that I've seen both kids and adults leave with sprained ankles given it is a trampoline place. Gotta be very careful, hence the waivers! read more

Booked my kids bday here dated 1.26.25 for her party on 3.16.25. The person I spoke with stated someone will call me 1 week prior to the party. No one called. So I ended up calling the next day; spoke with Cole. Addressed my concern, to which he really didn't care. He is words "sorry we didn't meet your standards". No youngen... the correct choice of words to a customer is "I'm sorry we didn't meet our expectations"; took my order in advance for the food items that needed to be pre-ordered. Called 2 business days prior to the party, spoke with Luis to change my order. He confirmed that everything was good to go. I also confirmed with everyone I spoke to on different days that I can start setting up 30 mins prior to the start time. We get there at 11am, for party time at 11:30a. Room wasn't ready cause the party prior still needs to get their things and the party host needs to clean up... 11:15ish we were able to start setting up. 12:30 is when food was arriving. I asked the host, Hailey, where are the 2 party platters of wings I ordered? She stated I never ordered them. Told her I did and it was on the paper. Supervisor girl came over and told me whomever took my order "never sent it to the kitchen". Told her it's in black in white and has been there, that they had ample time to review. She offered me credit for the claw machine. Told her no, that I'll just order a few more pizzas, since they stared it will take 20+ mins to make wings; hence we only had about 2o-25 mins left in the room. The host comes in with 2 completely different pizzas, told her to take it back as I didn't want it as I didn't order it. She stated if I didn't want pizzas, I "should have taken the extra jump time offer". I told her I had no clue what she was talking about as that was never an option given. She stated that the supervisor who came in to talk to me offered it. Told her I was never offered anything except claw machine credits. Went out to talk to another manager (male) to voice my concern with him. He ended up giving us all day wrist bands. The party host Hailey, was barely in the room.. I kept having to go outside asking for things. This location took over Rockin Jump, not sure how long ago, so your credit card statement won't show "Sky Zone". They need to contact their merchant service provider to get that fixed. I highly recommend you NOT book your party here as they unapologetic, unorganized and they won't refund your card if there are extra jumpers you paid for doesn't show up.. instead, they give you jump passes. read more

Most of them were just standing around on their phones seemed like it was all teenagers working. No one was helpful, and the customer service was nonexistent. I won't be coming back. We have had two bad interactions in the past week and it seemingly looks like its going to be a common occurrence. Last week our 10 year old was there playing in the dodgeball room with 3 other small children and three teenage boys joined the room and started pelting the small children. A Sky Zone staff member just stood by and watched and didn't bother to say a thing. Finally, one of them hit my son the face with a ball and I stopped game play since the staff there could not be bothered. Today my son was in the pugil stick pit, which again was "staff" supervised. I witnessed a boy a few years older playing with my son who was at least a foot shorter than him. When they were playing another boy was creeping up behind my son for no reason and against policy and when the first boy "hit" my son off the beam, he continued to hit him with the pugil stick. Again, I had to interject as the staff there clearly cannot be bothered. I am not sure why two teenager felt the need to gang up on a 10 year old, but it seems to be common here. Moments later when I was walking by to leave, one of the teenagers was wailing on a little girl with the pugil stick and I asked the staff member why do you allow this to continue to happen. She replied, "its his sister". So apparently it is ok to pulverize your siblings when they are down here as well. I brought it to the managers attention and she knew exactly who I was talking about which leads me to believe this is a common occurrence. I completely understand that this is an all ages facliity, but the fact that there are so many teenagers beating up on and bullying little kids is disturbing. Also, I am not sure why the staff and management there also allows it to happen. They have staff posted at nearly every attraction and seemingly could care less. I would suggest keeping a close eye on your children if you visit this business. I don't think we will be back... read more

This one is a franchise owned and does not honor my membership for the one I have at Mission Viejo so I had to pay another $60 for two kids when I just bought a membership two days before. I spoke to a young man named Cole and he was not helpful at all. Once I decided to pay the $60 again for the second time in a week I came inside and their sky zone is extremely small and dirty and doesn't have even half the stuff that the other one had. My first time visiting this place and I must say that the vibe is really fun here. Lots of activities for the kids to do. We came here for a birthday celebration for my God son. And it's been non stop fun. The concessions are good and the customer service we received from Christian was amazing! He was so friendly and happy to explain the menu and answer my many questions. Justin was also very helpful and nice. I highly recommend coming to sky zone trampoline park if you need something fun and reasonably priced to entertain your kids come here.
