Review #975 2026-041 Host/Sky Zone Team Member: Grace My son was invited to his Cantonese school classmates' birthday party at Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Westminster Mall on the 2nd level; their 3 birthdays were within weeks of one another (turning 6, 8, 11) so dad decided to celebrate together. It seems like a dead mall with many departed tenants, yet parking wasn't an available as one might think, though we were nearby the closest entrance to the trampoline park. Core attractions include: Battle Beam, Foam Zone, Freestyle Jump, SkyHoops, SkyJoust, SkySlam, Ultimate Dodgeball, Warped Wall, Warrior Course, Zip Line, Toddler Zone; Sky Zone offers trampoline activities from toddlers to adults. Once inside, we completed & signed the waivers at the kiosks, & received their Sky Zone socks. Guests are required to wear their Sky Zone socks, which are provided as part of the entrance fee, in order to play/jump in the park. I don't recall if Westminster follows the Gardena location (refer to Review #478) re: "sky time" reminder stickers & didn't see it on my kids. With the long open hours & large space (though it's feels smaller & definitely more cramped than Gardena), I highly doubt this park gets cleaned/sanitized even though it's been a couple of years since the pandemic lockdown. The OCD in me starts to nitpick areas of stickiness... stairwell railing, foam pit (this raise my hackles the most... I had to pull my son out of the joust pit & felt "moist" foam block... aaugh!!), arcade controllers, joust sticks, etc. This facility also has an unusual musky odor that permeate throughout the facility. ＼(｀0´)／ The ladies restrooms were clean & stocked, though the floors were wet so my socks got wet as I tried to step around the puddles. The kids played an hour before we rallied them back to the party room for pizza, chips, & drinks, followed by birthday cake. Grace was a pretty good host, though not as bubbly as I would have liked; this is a kids birthday party & I feel our host should be perky & friendly in a way that draws you in. She did her job, was nice to all, made sure everyone was served, & helped the family pack up the gifts & leftover food, checking all the boxes; not much of an entertainer host but got the job done right. Assuming most parties are 2-hours & our party room didn't have a booking after us, we stayed a few minutes past the hour & no staff enforced our party's sky time. The kids had fun running around, & the park provided plenty of active entertainment! Free arcade games were dotted around with the newer ones with a wait, particularly the driving ones. A few random machines had controller/joystick issues with a couple dark screens. We were here for a birthday & it's not conducive for team play since there's multiple parties as well as open play, more for individual/paired fun... the only time the kids were together was in the party room otherwise they were in pairs or their little groups. I noticed some older guests that weren't mindful of the younger set in shared spaces, which is concerning for their safety, particularly in the open Freestyle Jump area. Both my kids are old enough that I don't have to be tethered to them, though I infrequently checked in to make sure they're ok & to remind them to be watchful of toddlers/younger kids. Left of the entrance is their food court/concession stand that offers a variety of snacks & refreshments: hot foods (most expensive item is whole specialty pizza for $32), snacks, drinks & Icees with a combos menu that offers some savings; it's pretty pricey for the quantity & quality, particularly for a whole pizza, bottled drinks, & Icees. If you're tired, there's some massaging chairs in front of concession that takes cash. Staff service varies from friendly to indifferent or preoccupied. The mall is closed due to redevelopment & will be demoed for a mixed-use community, hence Sky Zone Trampoline Park is forced to close. read more

Westminster, CA - Fun and active venue for the kids and great way to burn their energy! Located inside Westminster mall on the 2nd floor near Macys. I signed up for the membership for $31.99 to get an extra 30 mins play time instead of the regular onetime admission that only gives you 90 mins play. And if I can cancel my membership anytime too which is great. The place seemed pretty clean, and there were staff monitoring the trampoline area making sure only one person on the trampoline at a time. This is a place mainly for trampolines, for pure jumping for joy, or for dodgeball or for basketball, etc. there were also foam brick pits for kids to jump in, a ninja warrior course for bigger kids and a zipline. For adults there were massage chairs, 15 mins for $5, up to 60 mins. It seems to cater to older kids that are TK or older, at least 40" tall, even though they didn't impose an age or height limit. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. I was greeted with a smile and instructed how to do the waiver and the signup. Also members get discounts on their mandatory sky zone socks so make sure you sign up for the member ship before buying the socks. Overall I'd recommend this place if you're in the area and definitely a great way to spend the afternoon here after some shopping. read more

As if walking through the abandoned mall to get here wasn't bad enough, this sky zone is the most disgusting jump facility we've ever seen (and with 4 boys, we go to many). We walked in, wandered around the front for 5min, used the restroom, and then stood at the front again, not a staff member in sight. They force you to use sky zone grippy socks. No deals or discount for mid-week, midday play- despite the facility is creepy and desolate. Many play areas closed or broken. And the entire place is just... gross. This place is pretty much a mess. First 2 visits, they said no parent add on ticket was necessary for under 2 years of age. Then on 3rd visit, we get some random guy telling us that we need to get off the trampoline (even though husband was not jumping just sitting there making sure toddler did not get injured) because we only had observer bracelets on. Manager Riley claims the observer bracelet rules are stated in the waiver forms we signed but refuses to show us where the information is stated. Basically they are just coming up with policies as they think it should be, and not really following the operational guidelines consistently. Makes us feel like we are singled out. Manager Noah did not seem to have trained his staff adequately. This place is very bizarre and definitely does not seem as well run as the Cerritos location. Since we got the monthly pass, we will likely just stay till the end of our membership and bounce. It's like pulling teeth trying to deal with the staff and management here. The Skyzone is dingy with broken attractions. The wipeout is broken so they added a volleyball net for volleyball. The foam pits are destroyed. If you want to pay $30 go to a different Skyzone. The only positive I have is the sport court which is a basketball court. read more

My son asked for his 10th bday to be celebrated in Sky Zone, so we called around and even though this location was pretty far from us we decided to book it here cause it was the only location to have the time we needed available. This location DID NOT disappoint! The guy helping us was VERY helpful, very sweet, nice, and considerate. He would be one of the main reasons why I would book here again! Also, I really appreciated the fact that when I went to buy water bottles, they gave me 20% off cause we had booked the Mega VIP. I had a very good experience in this location overall. read more

5 stars all the way. We have been to this location 3x's. Every time we r greeted w a smile, friendly staff. Only one trip did our kids have to wait for the zip line to be manned by an employee. Very small inconvenience. This is way less crowded than the Torrance location. We drive 20 min more just to come to this location. The lady who posted a bad review from Nevada, has not seen the Torrance or the Huntington Beach locations. This location is WAY better. And I hope more people will visit this one, so it does not close down. read more

Attended as a birthday visit. Little hard to find with GPS but we attended for a 10 year old party and the parents got the three hour package. It was a little bummer they cut the wrist band after the two hour mark. Keep that in mind if you attend a party. Arrived shortly after to be told they opened at 11:00am and that they had "notified corporate". Lot of good that does me when I woke my child up at 7:30am, borrowed a larger vechicle, picked up 6 other children at different locations only to arrive to open doors, lights on, employees at the counter yet they weren't open for over an hour. Very, very inconvenient. After hanging out at a closed mall for over an hour with 7 young ladies the girls did end up having a good time. Place is pretty clean and in decent shape. Have been here multiple times for birthday parties including my child's party in the past. Facilities are fine. Spacious enough. Fairly clean. One star review is for the rules and policies and lack of flexibility the workers have. Hoping upper management will read this, as I did speak to the manager on site who basically shrugged her shoulders with a smile. Dodgeball: they have a rule that you can't touch the orange in the center or you're out. Now if you're on the smaller side: like 6 years old, it is very difficult to grab a ball without touching the orange. So I watched my kids get out multiple times before even playing the game. Kind of frustrating. So I talked to the worker. "Why not just allow them to start with a ball or put it on the other side of the orange instead of wedged there in the middle?" That's the rule he said. Is this a safety issue? I don't see how. Goal should be to allow kids to have fun. Should have some flexibility with rules so they can actually play the game right? Nope, not here. Rules are rules. Disappointing. Pretty sure this location will be closing soon anyway, but why not maximize guest experience while still open. Unorganized establishment; Came in with a party of 10 people and we had issues from the get go. The system was not processing the waiver and we couldn't get in to jump for about 30/45 mins. On top of that the staff is so undertrained for this location. Customer service is everything and unfortunately this place did not have it. After a long wait time to find out we could have been added manually by the lady at the check in we still decided to stay and have the party have the regulated design fun. I get the don't run signs we see them, but don't jump when he jumps don't race don't this don't that. Please understand this is for kids. We should probably have the walking around staff say be carful with the nets, watch your steps , be safe etc.. Don't will not work. If you have areas where it should only be 2 kids or people at a time there should be a sign placed so that the staff doesn't feel like they are repeating themselves, but then again this is part of their jobs. My family and I wanted to check out this location for my son's 13 bday. I'm super stoked we came to this location because it was... EMPTY! I think because of holiday I'm not too sure but we had so much space for ourselves and our kids were able to enjoy themselves on each obstacle. I even asked if they do anything special for birthdays which they were able to announce his name and age. Very sweet! Also good to know, if you want to purchase a full pizza you must order in advance as they take fresh delivery for their pizza. We had a blast! My boys LOVE Sky Zone. More than just a regular trampoline park, they offer basketball, jousting, zipline, games, dodgeball, etc. The employees clean between groups and are very strict about safety & one at a time in the foam pit you dive / jump into. (Thumbs up!) Glow Zone is fun for them and I thought it was only at night but we had gone on Sunday at 11:30AM and it looked like it was all day. There's always a Groupon but if you don't plan ahead, you have a easy peasy $2 off Yelp check-in. The lead had never seen it but honored the discount quickly. Pro tip: Complete the waiver online and don't forget to bring your ORANGE Sky Zone socks! We brought what I thought was Sky Zone's but must have been another trampoline park because they made my kids swap them out. If there's too much going on but you still want the trampoline experience, Get Air is a smidge cheaper but doesn't have as many interactive areas. If you LOVE Sky Zone, the memberships are a great deal. The 6 month pays itself off after 4 visits! Great way to burn some energy off. read more
