Amazing flowers, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and Perfect results!!…read more We used Forever in Bloom for our wedding, as they were recommended by our venue. Logistics there could be a bit tricky, so we really wanted someone who new the location. Are we glad we did! From beginning to end, the process could not have been smoother. We worked primarily with Shelley, and she really made the entire process, from planning, to more planning, to more planning, to even more planning still, to deliveries, to pick-ups, to clean up, to our final dried and framed bouquets, a breeze. She was really patient with all of our questions and changes. In the end, the flowers were PERFECT! They did an arch for the ceremony, lanterns for the aisle, flowers for the tables, wedding party, and even strung bistro lights outside for the reception. They had plenty of good ideas, although it really was my wife's vision, and they made it come to fruition with precise execution. The end results were stunning. We will definitely use them again if we need flowers for anything! Thank you for making our wedding an amazing day.

I cannot say enough great things about Shelley and Forever In Bloom. Prior to planning my own…read morewedding, I had no idea how much more than flowers the florist handles. I could not have planned my wedding without Shelley's design help and unwavering support. She worked with me every step of the way to make sure that I had the flowers of my dreams, answered my dozens of questions, put up with me when I changed my mind, and created the most incredible floral arrangements that our guests are still talking about two months later. From the orchid display on the entry table to the white cherry blossom trees in the hallway to the absolutely stunning ceremony structure and flowers down the aisle, Shelley brought my vision to life. She never pressed me to go beyond my budget and even worked with me to come up with alternative ideas when my initial ideas went over budget. She also graciously provided her input on the wedding decor I selected and always steered me in the right direction toward a cohesive look. Sometime I think Shelley understood my vision better than I did! I highly recommend Forever In Bloom to anyone who is getting married and cannot wait for the next big event in my life so I can work with them again!

The theater's…read morecommitment to maintaining a pristine environment shines through in many details, from the lobby to the auditoriums that shine like new between shows. The Dolby Atmos sound system in the downstairs theater delivers crystal-clear, immersive audio that elevates the movie-going experience to a whole new level. The reclining, reserved seats are roomy/comfy. The box office and concessions team are super efficient and friendly, making the whole process seamless and enjoyable. The 2 smaller auditoriums upstairs are a little more hit or miss, but due to the care of the staff and the presentation of the feature are still better than the other theater in the area. One thing to note is that the Bedford Playhouse is normally closed on Mondays, and showtimes can be limited, so be sure to plan ahead, you may want to catch that new release but if you blink, you may miss it as films rotate in and out usually within 2 weeks of opening. Whether you're a film buff or just looking for a unique entertainment experience, this theater is a must-visit.

When we complained we were told that the kids were quiet when they were in the theatre, but were running around outside the room. Thats a problem! But actually we were in the last row of the adjoining theater and we could hear them in the room itself. So there is that. We all also thought it was unusual to exit the theater and walk-through the main bar/lobby to leave and see one of the staff men sitting at the bar with an undershirt tank top on. First of all it isn't the summer, but even still aren't they expected to wear their uniforms while on duty? It was very unusual.

We…read morewere seated in the bar area, where you could really feel the historic, cozy charm of the inn. Reservations filled quickly, so I felt lucky to secure a 12:00 noon table for four -- my wife, mother-in-law, son, and me. The brunch featured a prix-fixe menu, and honestly, everything sounded delicious. My son and I ordered Bloody Marys, while my wife and mother-in-law chose mimosas. I was starting to feel very sophisticated at that point. The croissants with assorted spreads and jams were outstanding. I started with the oysters, which were perfectly prepared and practically melted in your mouth. My wife was initially going to order the mixed salad, but I convinced her to try the burrata and prosciutto instead -- a great decision. My son ordered the spicy yellowfin tuna pizzetta, and my mother-in-law had the cream of artichoke soup. I sampled everything except the soup; I didn't think sticking my spoon into my mother-in-law's bowl was the best idea. Everything we tasted was excellent. The entrées were equally impressive. My salmon was unbelievably fresh, my son's filet mignon was tender and flavorful, and my wife's lobster eggs Benedict was rich and delicious. My mother-in-law enjoyed the spring vegetable quiche. Up until that point, everything had gone smoothly. Then service started to slip a bit. Desserts were taking an unusually long time, and no one had come over to ask whether we wanted coffee, espresso, cappuccino, or tea. When I finally requested coffee, the waiter didn't even ask what kind we wanted. The general manager came over and apologized for the delay, but I struggled to explain that the issue wasn't just the wait -- it was the lack of attention to detail and service standards you expect at a restaurant like the Kittle House, especially at this price point. I was happy to pay for a fine dining experience; I simply expected the service to match. What really caught me off guard was when he responded by asking, "Do you work in restaurants?" I found that somewhat offensive, as if my opinion needed credentials to be valid. Ironically, I actually have 30 years of hospitality experience, including work at Forbes-rated properties. To their credit, the waiter later apologized, and they removed the coffee charge from the bill. Despite the service hiccup, I would absolutely return. It honestly seemed like they were understaffed, with too few experienced servers and too much reliance on bus staff trying to keep up with a very busy holiday crowd.

I ordered the grouper and it was so dry it was almost inedible Very disappointed

The "6 and under" section is just a small area with small trampolines where the older kids can still run through. The capacity limits seem stretched - it was just very crowded and you couldn't really enjoy / savor an activity before another kid was either waiting or shoving through. Not really worth $20 - I can see how it may be more worthwhile if you had a membership, though. There's a dodgeball area, tug of war, jousting, run up/pit, trampoline area, the toddler area, some arena that wasn't being used and hanging ropes. May be better suited for older children, or just less children - definitely chaotic when we went. Could be better experience when more empty. You also need to purchase their grippy socks ($3/pair +tax). they're on the tighter side and really stick onto parts of the sidetracks (to the point the socks stay while your foot moves - not good for those with poor balance). Saving grace (extra star): all the people at the front desk were so nice and helpful. The arcade area had air hockey, racecar driving, motorcycle riding, jurassic park, a punching bag, and several claw machines. If I recall, each game was $1.50-$2/swipe for credit card. You can purchase an arcade card as well (may be cheaper). We played two rounds of Jurassic Park - sadly you pay by scene not life I was excited to see my budding video gamer kid have fun, though. They sell food and drinks - I didn't partake as we left at noon (90 minute jump) - there are tables as well for you to eat at. Bring a bag! They have lockers for $3.50 for 1 hour +$1/30 minutes, as well as cubbies that were completely full by 10:30. We went for the lockers to keep our stuff (shoes and jackets).
