    Missing flooring
    Joseph B.

It is okay.I mean I have gone to this this sky zone many times and here is what I think about it.First let me start off by saying there are flys everywhere and trash on the ground. And even on the courts and a lot of areas are blocked of even the dodgeball area has missing floors. Also there are workers sleeping and you have to wait until they wake up to even notice you.Furthermore all of the lockers are out of order seriously! What if we don't have a bag where are they going to put there stuff. And even there are these wet spots All over the place and I fell in them once and it was water. The workers also clean right before opening parts were wet and blocked off because of how wet it was not fun.The staff fail to correct kids who break the rules and the staffs sometimes are not present at the front desk. And people just come in without signing in it's unbelievable! Also there is limited stuff that young er kids can do they can only do the trampolines and a toddler zone. But the concession stand is nice I guess workers come a little after you get there. But some days they don't serve hot food and some days they do that is weird. There is also missing equipment from some of the activities.

    Working out at home

Working out is soooo much fun there. I enjoyed my time there, and decided to start working out at home

This place should be shut down. I attended my nieces birthday party here this evening, and it was the most unorganized, unprofessional, classless, unhygienic, and inappropriate venue I have ever attended. We first arrive, and our party room is not ready. They state they don't have our reservation which we reserved over a month ago which they blamed on their new system. Okay, understandable... technology is fickle. After the mix up, there was 0 eagerness to prepare the room. After an hour and half, none of ou stuff was brought up and they only place two pitchers of sodas on the counter. No plates. No cups. Nothing. This is what took an hour & a half to set up. We carried all of our stuff that had been waiting on carts ourselves, that they offered to take, and forgot about leaving them out in the open. After complaining, the manager was extremely rude and uncooperative. Did not offer to fix the situation. Again, no eagerness. There were employees doing absolutely nothing. Employees running around after eachother. Employees making tik toks dance videos. There was no delegation skills from management, and they simply did not care. We paid hundred of dollars for this. After some time, we were frustrated. No pizzas had been made. Nothing was happening after several discussions. After trying to speak to the manager again, things became irate. The manager walks off without resolution, we go to our room. An hour goes by and our pizza shows up 15 minutes before we are supposed to leave. Here's the kicker... the manager called the police after things became irate (an hour before) to escort the whole kids party out of the venue. My niece couldn't even open up her presents, and she cried in the corner while the police show up to escort us out. Disgraceful. This was absolutely mortifying and disgusting. The manager, Eric, should never work in a kids establishment another day in his life. And to make things even more disgusting.... male employees were chasing after female employees into the womens restroom! Male employees were talking to girls in the restrooms where our little underaged girls were. My sister spoke to another person, and the same manager Eric, and nothing was done. Simply shrugged it off and walked away. This is the most foul place I have ever attended. It honestly needs to be shut down. DO NOT take your kids here. DO NOT host a party here.

Kids jumping around and having fun

I had a very disappointing experience at Sky Zone Columbia…read more On June 18, I purchased two Summer Passes for my kids for $107.48, which were supposed to be valid through August 31. We arrived around 6:45 PM, and the front desk employee scanned our passes and told me they had expired. I explained that I had purchased the Summer Passes just a few weeks earlier and asked if there might be a mistake or a system glitch. He insisted the passes were expired, so I asked to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, the manager was no more helpful. She repeatedly said there was nothing she could do because the system showed the passes as expired. I offered to show my receipt and my purchase confirmation to prove the passes were valid, but she refused to look into it. Instead of trying to verify my purchase or resolve what appeared to be a system error, she simply repeated that I didn't have a valid waiver. What made this experience even worse was how I was treated in front of my two 8-year-old children. My kids know that I teach them to always be honest and tell the truth, and after hearing the employees insist that our passes had expired, they looked at me as if I had lied to them. I ended up having to show them my receipt and purchase confirmation just to reassure them that I had been telling the truth. It was embarrassing and humiliating. When I asked for a refund because they were refusing to honor the passes I had paid for, the manager told me I had "five seconds" before she would call the police. I was shocked. I never became threatening or disruptive--I was simply asking them to verify my purchase and resolve the issue. What hurt the most was that, even though I had proof that I was telling the truth, I had to leave for the sake of my children. I didn't want the situation to escalate in front of them. Instead, I took them home feeling humiliated, after they had watched me be treated as if I were being dishonest despite having my receipt and purchase confirmation. I have never been treated so disrespectfully as a paying customer. Mistakes and system glitches can happen, but what matters is how a business responds. Instead of showing any willingness to investigate the problem or help a customer who had proof of purchase, they chose to dismiss me, embarrass me in front of my children, and threaten to call the police. We left with two disappointed kids and no resolution. I cannot recommend this location based on the way we were treated.

There is a separate area to the right when you walk in to fill out waivers on the computer just an FYI. I didn't know what to expect but there are 5 separate areas where you can jump and play around. There is a kids area, an area to flip into what looks like a large airbag, a basketball hoop for kids and larger kids/adults, an adult area and a large common area to jump across. It is a great place to take the kids. My only concern is that the area is not secure so kids need to be monitored so they don't leave the area. I recently went to a children's museum that had an alarmed door so the kids were secure during their play time. That might be a good idea for this and adding a water fountain and restrooms within the play area. There were monitors in each area so it was safe. It wasn't really crowded but I'm wondering if there is a limit to the amount of people per hour. If it got too crowded then it could be dangerous. Overall I had a great time and would recommend it to all.

While it is a bit off the beaten path for us, we had no trouble locating the place and there is ample parking. There is a lengthy sign-in process to complete, but once we got rolling my daughter and her friends had a blast. Plenty of space, seating and photo-taking opportunities for parents. Equipment was clean and well-maintained. Staff is never super enthused but was overall fine and did a good job of monitoring the kids. Lots of variety for activities and weren't crazy on the clock so the kids got their full hour plus. Party room was clean and pizza was good, the girls working our room did a nice job for our party. Kids got to use the arcade as we were leaving, which is a nice add-on. Will return with my daughter for sure. Nice job!

We Rock the Spectrum Review…read more We Rock the Spectrum is an alright place to hang out with my eight-year-old son who has autism and his RBT. It's a sensory-friendly environment, and he's able to move around, play, and regulate in a space that feels welcoming and understanding. I definitely recommend calling ahead to make sure they're not hosting a birthday party. When it's crowded or loud, it can be overwhelming, especially for kids with sensory sensitivities. Overall, it's a good spot on quieter days and can be a nice outlet for kids who benefit from a more inclusive play environment.

We live about equal distance from both, so we decided to try this location today and it was fantastic! The owner was so welcoming and also helpful when we were leaving by offering the kiddos a lollipop if they got their shoes on nicely. We really appreciated being able to stay longer due to the sparse crowd on this rainy day. This location has some items similar to Loudoun, but there are also some differences-the rock wall here is longer, there was a large dome climber that was a hit, there are some different swings, ride on toys, a large tube bouncer , several spinners and balance items, lots of fun pretend play costumes, magnets, bluey toys. There is a zip line and trampoline like Loudoun. The significant difference is that this location is open whereas Loudoun has a closed off infant/toddler area and closed off arts/crafts area. Loudoun also has the teen room in the back. Still trying to figure out which location is larger lol. Both of my kids loved this location as they do the other. We Rock the Spectrum is such an amazing, special place for children of all abilities, and I feel so grateful that we have not one but two relatively close to us. Looking forward to trying to soon to open Pittsburgh location when we visit family later this year.
