I don't believe there is a limit on how many people come in because it is so overcrowded and it looks like people who are only paying to play for 90 minutes end up staying longer. The all day play is about $37 and socks are about $3/4 dollars. For one kid with tax for all day play it came out to $43 and some change.... What's good is that you can bring in your own food and drinks!!! They have party rooms but I see a lot of people bringing in pizza and cake to have their own little party at the shared tables. Which makes finding a seat hard!!! And unlike urban air, there is NO quiet adult space. There are public toilets (stalls). There's an arcade area. Lockers are available. If you come at peak times be prepared for long lines to get in and for food/drinks. read more

I paid $440 for an Epic Party package for my daughter's 10th birthday this past weekend and while those kinds of parties kind of run themselves because of the attractions for the kids, the service genuinely sucked. We were not checked on in the party room. No one introduced themselves. The party host was silent when she entered the room. She looked like she absolutely hated her job and didn't want to be there. I received all three phone calls they do to check in before the party and the girl on the phone made it sound like it was going to great and we would be catered to the whole time to keep it running smoothly. That is not what happened. On top of the crappy service, the pizza that was served to us was absolutely horrific. The crust was rock hard and the middle was undercooked. Unfortunately there wasn't enough time during the party to request new pizzas so we got stuck eating the crappy pizza. Overall between the service and the food we will not be back to this location. And for $440 for that is highway robbery. We should have just paid for the kids individually and brought our own food. NEVER AGAIN read more

Very nice place for kids to go and play! Variety of activities from rock climb wall, all types of trampolines, a zip line, an ultimate ninja type of scaling wall, and more. Staff interacts with children, but some stations seem to be unmanned at times. It is okay.I mean I have gone to this this sky zone many times and here is what I think about it.First let me start off by saying there are flys everywhere and trash on the ground.And even on the courts and a lot of areas are blocked of even the dodgeball area has missing floors.Also there are workers sleeping and you have to wait until they wake up to even notice you.Furthermore all of the lockers are out of order seriously! What if we don't have a bag where are they going to put there stuff.And even there are these wet spots All over the place and I fell in them once and it was water.The workers also clean right before opening parts were wet and blocked off because of how wet it was not fun.The staff fail to correct kids who break the rules and the staffs sometimes are not present at the front desk.And people just come in without signing in it's unbelievable! I give this place a 2 because the kids ultimately had fun. The facility was dirty and the floors were sticky. Tables were not cleaned off after guests left all their dirty item on them. The staff seemed friendly but either overwhelmed or poorly trained. I have been to other locations that have seemed to be in better repair and better organized. Another problem that seems seems more prevalent at this location is older (and some younger) participants being rude to others and even pushing other children aside. This seems to be unchecked and potentially dangerous. Suggest using another location. read more

This place should be shut down. I attended my nieces birthday party here this evening, and it was the most unorganized, unprofessional, classless, unhygienic, and inappropriate venue I have ever attended. We first arrive, and our party room is not ready. They state they don't have our reservation which we reserved over a month ago which they blamed on their new system. Okay, understandable... technology is fickle. After the mix up, there was 0 eagerness to prepare the room. After an hour and half, none of ou stuff was brought up and they only place two pitchers of sodas on the counter. No plates. No cups. Nothing. This is what took an hour & a half to set up. We carried all of our stuff that had been waiting on carts ourselves, that they offered to take, and forgot about leaving them out in the open. After complaining, the manager was extremely rude and uncooperative. Did not offer to fix the situation. Again, no eagerness. There were employees doing absolutely nothing. Employees running around after eachother. Employees making tik toks dance videos. There was no delegation skills from management, and they simply did not care. We paid hundred of dollars for this. After some time, we were frustrated. No pizzas had been made. Nothing was happening after several discussions. After trying to speak to the manager again, things became irate. The manager walks off without resolution, we go to our room. An hour goes by and our pizza shows up 15 minutes before we are supposed to leave. Here's the kicker... the manager called the police after things became irate (an hour before) to escort the whole kids party out of the venue. My niece couldn't even open up her presents, and she cried in the corner while the police show up to escort us out. Disgraceful. This was absolutely mortifying and disgusting. The manager, Eric, should never work in a kids establishment another day in his life. And to make things even more disgusting.... male employees were chasing after female employees into the womens restroom! Male employees were talking to girls in the restrooms where our little underaged girls were. My sister spoke to another person, and the same manager Eric, and nothing was done. 0 STARS IF I COULD! I've had a not too good experience with skyzone. Last year I attended my little sisters seventh birthday. We rented out a tables for my family and one of her friends. We had a small cake , balloons and a present for her all set up. When we went to go back to get a drink my mother had told me that the skyzone employees charged her 50$ because we had a cake on the table or we would be kicked out ! ‍ And on top of that the table was already rented out and paid for. I think that the employees are new and not well trained to do there job correctly , they are very friendly but seem like they are young and don't know what exactly to do. My complaint is that why would you charge 50$ to a costumer that had already paid for the table, imo you could do what you need to if you purchased money to rent a table. Chaos for younger kids! I watched teens chasing each other around, trying to throw each other into foam pits. They were completely oblivious to the younger kids playing nearby, and I witnessed 3 children getting knocked over during their game play. No staff present. Which leads me to the next point - the staff. The staff is basically worthless. We were next in line to pay to get in, and were told to wait as we watched the manager draw on the arm of an employee with a sharpie. He then said, "I wonder what your boyfriend will think about this"... at which point I chimed in, and said, "you're at work, please check us in", and they did. Once into bounce park, employees were either talking with one another or in a dunk contest on the dunking hoop. Not 1 employee ever came to check on any of those 3 crying kids that got pushed over. I was a witness to a young teenager 14-16 (f) who called to a yt woman. Told her that she shouldn't have her breast (nipple) shown. The woman had on a tank top. She was presentable for the environment. The woman was appalled. Her response was appropriate. The teen, along with her 5-6 friends. Laughed and tried to pick on this stranger. I stepped in and told them she was my friend. They were so disgusting and disrespectful. The Mgr did nothing. He did not deescalate the situation after the woman complained. He stood back waiting to see what would happen. They stood in the areas within arm reach trying to intimidate her. Thought you are supposed to have parents with you as a minor. Then after I left. They all tried to fight this woman. Mgmt and security need training and imagine if this child approached a woman who would've given the what they wanted. They were about to get more than they expected . This shows just how you need to be on guard although going there. Word of advice is a free fall for teens with no supervision. They definitely knew who to pick on . The one who decided to start the drama. I told her she had the nerve. When she looked like she had down syndrome. My.comment surprised her and her friends. Every time I have taken my 8 year old who is very polite and well mannered and follows rules. OTHER kids left unattended are way bigger than the other kids and BULLY the smaller ones. Today we went and my son was playing with a few kids and they were in the foam put and some HUGE kid took it upon himself to pull some WWE mess and jumped his big self on my small 8 year old and they were not playing together, the kid jumped on my son, which made him cry and instead of apologizing he went and hid. I found the other ones who didn't want blamed but the other one disappeared because he knew he messed up. No parent was around to claim the child so fair warning not a single "worker" there who saw the whole thing stepped in and stopped it. Just walked away and the other parents were upset as well and I was. Needless to say if you don't like to helicopter your children this is not the place to go. The kids are beyond disrespectful and the lazy parents pay zero attention to their children. It's not a babysitter or a place you drop children off then go do other stuff. I am not giving this place another dime of my money just to have my child bullied or beat up by other children. Pathetic. For the amount we spent to host a party, I am very disappointed. We were unable to go to the party room until 5:20 and we were told we had to leave by 6. Not even a full hour because the party before us ran late. The party room was not well stocked there were no paper towels the Hostess was unattentive as well. We had to go get her each time we needed something. Our food was HORRIBLE. Cold undercooked pizza and hard cold chicken nuggets. It was gross. It was completely unacceptable and I spoke with the manager as well. He did not seem very apologetic and the staff overall is just young and not customer service forward. This location needs a complete overhaul and training. In addition the foam pits were dirty and gross. My children will most likely end ho sick. Another cild from our group was also assaulted and punched several times by another child at Skyzone. It was complete chaos in the entire place. This is a new location which is much more conveniently located for me than the Columbia and Timonium locations. Friendly staff and it seems to be clean and well kept. I personally think that Urban Air in Middle River has more activities and I prefer it there; however, Sky Zone is fun also. Great place for kids to burn off some energy and quite honestly I'd love to jump one day too haha. read more

For starters, I just want to say that Sky Zone East Baltimore is brand new. They've been open for about a month and I have already been there 4 times (life with kids, I guess). The facilities are great and the kids ALWAYS go crazy the second they hit the door. Admission is somewhat pricey ($22 pp for 2hrs) and the pizza is like $3 a slice. Depending on the session you attend, you may also have to buy extras (Glow Night requires that you buy a $5 shirt). Socks are a requirement and they charge $3 for those. There is also a cost to secure a locker. Things can add up pretty quickly. However, if you're interested in trying them out now at a reasonable price, they're running a special on Groupon. My 5 year old daughter got hurt very badly at this sky zone trampoline park in 2019 while jumping on a single person trampoline in the little kids area. A big kid ran across her trampoline while she was jumping up and down and it completely threw her balance off and she broke her left femur 2 inches above her knee. There was only one or two staff members in that area of the park (chit-chatting), and I guess they were not trained to discourage kids from crossing over trampolines while other kids are jumping (I didn't realize the danger in that either; but that was my first time being in an atmosphere with lots of trampolines and lots of people). Staff was kind enough to show concern while my wife held our daughter and sat on the steps that lead to the birthday rooms. We took her to urgent care for checkup (we didn't think we were dealing with a broken bone - we didnt rush to ER because she was Not screaming and crying). We were advised that she would need an Xray to make sure the injury was not severe. Turns out it was severe; I attached x-ray photo to this post. QUICK SYNOPSIS: She was rushed to ER in ambulance where they performed emergency service. They reconnected the completely separated femur bone and put her in a cast. A week later her leg was still in lots of pain, so we went back to the doctor and they found that her femur was not reset well enough for her bone to heal properly. Our daughter ended up needing a second surgery; But this time my daughter ended up in the blessed hands of Dr. CLAIRE SHANNON, MD (pediatric orthopedic surgeon). She separated the bone where it was initially broken and reset the bone Perfectly ( ) and added metal pins to hold everything in place. My daughter was in a cast and wheel chair (obviously) for months BUT she made a full recovery. Like nothing ever happened. No limp or irregularities while running. She made a 100% ( !!) full recovery. After the ordeal we received a few ambulance bills and wheelchair equipment bills that we really had no way of paying, so we reached out to management at sky zone (8645 pulaski highway) to see if they were willing to help. We explained the situation AND informed them that we are NOT looking for a bunch of money, just help covering the costs that were not covered by insurance. They all but hung up after telling us "THAT'S WHY WE HAVE WAIVER FORMS; WE CAN'T HELP YOU; YOU CAN CALL CORPORATE IF YOU WANT TO, BUT WE ARE NOT LIABLE!" We didn't call corporate; it's not a fight that we want to engage in. Besides, the waiver pretty much says: "If your child dies in here, it's not on us; we just serve snacks and rent rooms for parties; whatever you and your kids do on these trampolines is on You." God used Dr Claire Shannon to give my daughter a second chance at a normal life. (Had to end it on a good note) read more

ABSOLUTELY WORST TEAM OF EMPLOYEES!! We had a party here and the call center didn't book the party at the store. After 20 mins of waiting at check in someone finally explained that to me. They let the kids jump but told us to come back and check the kids in. Only every time we went to the party side no one was there. 6:50 rolls around, we have no party host, the room has nothing in it. I have several pictures and videos of the manager Eric James doing absolutely nothing all night. We had to search for him over and over. Our pizza wasn't brought to us until 7:24. The manager (who did nothing all night) had the police come tell us we had to leave at 7:56. Now the manager wants to do his job but is in the party room laughing. I told him to look at the birthday girl crying because of him and he's in there laughing. My nieces were using the bathroom and their male employees were chasing female employees into the female bathroom, is that not sexual harassment? I call the general manager on 12/24/22. She never called me back about anything. I call her on 1/3/23 and she tells me she submitted everything to the owners but our stories didn't match up. When I asked her which part she said "ma'am you were mad the whole night. You're on camera chasing the manager down he wasn't you party host" So I ask " Why wouldn't I get the manager if I have no party host? Who was my party host?" So she decides that shes going to refund my money but "won't speak to me and me and my family are no longer welcome there" And her (her:!being the General Manager named Leanne) reasoning again is I'm mad. Well ma'am maybe you should put yourself in my shoes because at $440 there should have been more than one nice employee. Now all a sudden Leanne don't have a boss. On February 22, 2019, I booked a birthday party for 15 jumpers for my son 10th birthday party. His birthday party was on March 23, 2019. Prior to this Sky Zone called to confirm my party and at that time I was asked to pay off what was due. However, I decided to upgrade my package to 20 jumpers and paid the necessary funds for the upgrade. Sky Zone did not even send a receipt of my transaction. Upon arrival I was past from host to host and ended up with Eliana for check-in. Eliana who is a very nice person tried to be helpful had difficulties with the computer system and needed help assisting my party. Due to poor staff training on management she was unable to be successful at her job. Therefore, this made my experience at Sky Zone horrible. Sky Zone apparently does not understand that staff training, and development activities are important for their business success. My host Eliana was unaware on what I received with my package and was clueless on how to host a party of 20. She needed assistance. I had to complain to the manager LaShae every 30 mins about what is included in my package due to the host not being knowledgeable. Maddie, another host had to assist Eliana who was a little more experience but had to leave to host her own party. My party guest needed water we did not receive any for our guests. My package came with 4 pizza with the option of a cake or an additional pizza. I never received a birthday cake or an extra pizza. Utensils was never provided for us which was included in the package. Therefore, I consider this organization party package false advertisement. This company knew 3 days in advance that I was going to have a party of 20 jumpers. They should have been well prepared for our party prior to this event and assigned the appropriate hosts for the job. Here comes the most horrific part of the party. When it was time to clean up one host asked another host should we save these sodas for another part. This is so disgusting, it has me wondering did they recycle our soda from the previous party?
