This place is amazing! We brought my grandson here for his 7th birthday. There were 10 of us. We pretty much stayed in a big area. There were plenty of teenagers who were working but they were to busy socializing to be aware of the youngsters running full speed across the mats we had to rescue our 3yos several times. I purchased a 9AM admission recently, but the place doesn't open until 11AM. Why would their system sell tickets for times they are closed. When I called the phone number it said they opened at 9AM. When I tried to get a refund, it was almost impossible to reach a human being on the phone and when I did it was some young person repeating they can't give refunds. Pathetic. I ended up disputing the credit card charge and got my money back. I'll be taking my kid to another trampoline park. read more

The staff was very negligent and failed to help my girlfriend when she was screaming to them for help on the rock wall. Additionally, the rope that "catches" you if you slip doesn't function properly. It takes too long to engage, and when it does, it doesn't add that much resistance. Due to this, my girlfriend ended up falling a few feet to land on the hard ground which hurt her back. And because she signed the required liability waiver, skyzone was exempt from responsibility. However, I will admit that the rest of the skyzone was very fun. There was a lot to do and you could easily spend a whole day there. Though make sure to avoid the harness-required activities (excluding the ropes course). read more

After coming and paying full price, then using a Groupon deal the following time, I bought the 1 year pass for my kids. Safe to say, the thing has paid for itself a few times over! It can get crowded on the weekends, so go early. Or, wait until the middle of the week- Our favorite time to come! Plenty of different activities for the kids- they especially like the SkyTrail and the Wipeout game. I like that the bathrooms are always nice and clean. I think we have washed and reused their sky socks at least a dozen times. Those things are no joke, they hold up extremely well. Lol It's a win win. read more

My daughter had her 4-year-old birthday party here today and it was a wonderful experience. The entire event was organized and efficient. Sky Zone communicated with us in the days and weeks leading up to the event to make sure that everything went well. Bill was an excellent host. He was so good with the kids and went out of his way to make sure it was a memorable experience. We forgot to bring candles for my daughter's cake and he was able to find one for us to use. We were so grateful! My daughter has a monthly membership here and we come once or twice a week. The facility has impressive ammenities, is clean, and has wonderful staff. I can't say enough good things about Bree! She always goes out of her way to tell us hello and to make sure that our experience is a good one. Try and avoid the weekends though - it's a madhouse in there. There are no crowds on weekday mornings. Try and get there before school gets out in the afternoon for the best experience. Until recently this location had a lot of construction, which detracted from the experience. However, now that they are done, the facility is better than ever. There is a wonderful "little ninja" play zone for the younger crowd. The employees strictly enforce the age/height limit so that the littles are not overwhelmed with the bigger kids. My toddler can't get enough of it and will easily spend an hour inside of it. SkyZone is easily the best deal in town for entertaining your kids indoors. read more

Terrible experience for a birthday party. Completely disorganized. We saw the "dedicated host" probably 5 minutes when he put the plates and brought the pizza. We had to roll in our cart with cakes - nobody even thought about putting cakes in the fridge while the kids jumped for 2 hours. We had to hunt down the host for everything: lighter for candles, knife to cut the cake, pizza box... the list goes on. And when I spoke to the "manager" it turns out the host is his brother. So no wonder he doesn't do anything. The only thing that the host did was bring the bill with a sticky note with suggested tips. I mean, seriously? When I complained to the manager, the host came in to listen and started arguing about everything I was saying. Anyway, save your money and nerves - go to Zavazone close by - their hosts are top notch! read more

I love this place! It's a fairly new location. For the short time it's been open the staff really needs to be commended for making our several visits fun. With the grandsons for summer in Virginia so we bought the SummerPass. Great Deal! Staff was very helpful always & courteous. Held my daughters party here recently and was disappointed in the value of the experience. Making a reservation was easy, but trying to get a hold of someone to help edit the reservation was not an easy task. The day of the party we had someone call out, again, not that big of a deal, it happens, but a little inconvenient. Little things were noticed like a toilet seat that was completely off the toilet and sitting in the toilet bowl when we arrived and then during the next visit it was magically back on. Someone could have sat on that and fell off, why not just say it's not able to be used and prevent a possible safety issue? When we went to wash our hands, the soap was sitting on the actual sink instead of in the dispenser. My kids couldn't get the soap to come out with assistance so how likely is it that everyone was actually using soap to wash their hands? The most disappointing part of the experience was the fact that half of the attractions were either removed or broken. The older siblings and parents were very vocal about their disappointment, which was a bit embarrassing. It was very underwhelming with the amount of available activities compared with the cost. With everything in near neglect, either close or renovate. We hadn't visited in over a year prior to this most recent visit, so I should've done better research. Just had my son's birthday party there and wouldn't do it again. We got the most expensive package, hoping to have a relaxed event where we dont need to do anything. That was not the case. Giving it two stars only because my son loved jumping there, but as far as party organization it was a mess. First, I booked it a few months in advance. Person on the phone told me a week before the party somebody will contact me again to discuss details like if I need decorations and how many pizzas I want. A week before the party no one called. I waited two days, still no one called. I had to call and email multiple times to get a confirmation about party details. I brought veggies, fruits, cake and cupcakes with me. They forgot to take fruits and veggies from their fridge, and only remembered when I asked them. By the time she brought them kids already ate all pizzas, so of course no one wanted fruits and veggies any more. Girl who was in charge of my party ( sorry forgot her name) started great, she checked everyone in and everything seemed to be going good. But then halfway through she disappeared and I wasn't able to locate her for good 30 minutes, may be even more. I wanted to ask if I can get food an hour sooner because kids were getting hungry. And since I wasn't able to find her for 30 minutes I asked another girl to look for her. She couldnt find her either. Then I asked for the manager and asked the manager if I can get food sooner. She said she can't promise because it's too soon. Of course at that time after looking for a girl for 45 minutes it would be too soon to have pizza sooner. Also, I had an elite package , which is the best they have and that came with a photo, it was important for me to have a group shot. They completely forgot about it until I reminded them after cake was already eaten. They had to leave the room to get an iPad and by the time they came back most kids already left the room. Overall very unorganized with party planning. If you are looking for a relaxed birthday party where you don't have to worry about everything going smooth this is not the place. This place is extremely understaffed and one of their female employees was extremely rude when asked when a ride would open up. It went from 1 to 1:30 after nobody knowing and I'm guessing all the employees are hiding in the back. I been to sky zones before and always had a good time until today. I know it's not the staff's fault, but the amount of entitled arrogant parents here stunned me, not to mention the incredibly rude children. All the main rides were also closed and I've never been to such a strict sky zone. The ones I've been had more options for teens and adults, I guess this one truly was just FOR KIDS, putting that in caps so the older generation know that maybe this sky zone should be avoided if you are looking for a trampoline park more for adults. While this is fresh in my mind I need to get it off my chest. I spent nearly 700 dollars at Sky Zone this weekend on my daughter's 9th Birthday party, and it was literally the worst birthday party I have ever hosted. After booking, I figured someone would reach out to me (maybe the week before) to confirm my party details. Nope. The only people that ever reached out were calling to try to sell me on a membership to save money on my party. No thanks. So I tracked them down. The woman I spoke to on the phone took an average of 55 seconds to answer every question I asked. I had asked what time I should arrive to set up the room and she said I can't actually get in until the party starts at 4 and the party coordinator would set it up for me. So I said, well I'll plan to get there at 3:45 so I am there before the parents. She never stopped to remind me that their invitations (that I just downloaded and shot out to people as texts) request check-in 30 min before the party starts.. and didnt say anywhere that the party didnt start till 4, only that it ended at 6. So, my guests got there 15 min before I did which was completely mortifying (and for sure partly my fault for not looking more carefully) and to top it off, the "party coordinator" who never even introduced himself as such, wouldn't check anyone in until I got there. Even tho they send you 15 emails requesting you fill out the waiver you've already filled out, it saved ZERO time. There were 2 other guys at the front computers and when I asked if he could check in my daughter's friend who rode with us he rudely said "for what party?!" I said, for this one, my 4pm party that all these people are checking in for! He said "This is for a whole different party" and wouldn't check her in. The bathrooms were disgusting, sinks were clogged and there was zero toilet paper in any of the stalls. The soap dispensers were out and instead of refilling them someone just set these refill boxes of soap on the counter. I couldn't get any soap out so I ended up squeezing some out of a crack on the side. The "free pizza" we were told we got with the # of guests we had was spicy, and the pepperoni was burned. Like, charred. The kid (because let's face it they have a bunch of kids working there with no management guidance and they are clearly overwhelmed and unprepared and inexperienced), said he had everything just about set up! .. He had the wrong color tablecloth, not a huge deal but just one more thing I had communicated to whoever I spoke to on the phone that did not get passed along! He also didn't have the correct # of favors or pizzas! I also had purchased 14 water bottles as favors and after we were really set up, he came back in with some clip board telling me he's "sorry, but the water bottles are really only with the mega party package". I told him I bought them as add-ons. He said he'd "check on this to make sure". No napkins so the kids had to use ripped off pieces of paper towels.. until he brought some nasty napkin holder by which point, they were done eating. The soap dispenser in the hand washing station in our room was out of soap and when I told our PC about it he said the light is always on but it does actually have soap. OK! No cold drinks - room temp water and fruit punch for sweaty jumpers. Mid-party the same kid from the front that wouldnt check me in shows up and blurts out "what time is this party until". I told him 6 o'clock at which point he told me he was going to take the cart with all our presents in it for another party. He said he would bring another one back for us to wheel the presents out. He never did. Unlike many of the other kid-friendly places where one might have a birthday party there is no safety. There's no wrist bands and no separation between entrance and the play area. The kids could literally just walk out the door if they wanted to.. The icing on the cake (so to speak) came when my PC brought our $600+ bill.. with no pen. And there were none in sight. None at the front desk either. Then I couldn't find him. When I finally did, he motioned to a line he had me stand in to get to the register. Then he tried to charge me for an extra kid. I told him I had 14 total and he asked if I wanted to see the names. I said yes and found the duplicate name immediately. I was livid. Sky Zone was a terrible experience and while the kids still had fun because, well, jumping, but I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever return. You guys really need to tighten it up with management, hospitality, people skills, and making a better bang for people's buck. I wish I had hosted her party pretty much anywhere else. The 1 star I'm leaving here is for the hand washing machine in the party room. Because that was the only thing I liked. read more

This is probably the best indoor kids play area in NoVa. The prices are right, especially the annual pass. There are a lot of different activities to do, but the wait times can be long. I would suggest getting here early or late, the prime times get very crowded, but that's expected giving the fair price and the number of fun things to do. The 4 star instead of a 5 is due to the large crowds, not the amount of fun to be had. read more

This location recently opened in October 2018 and we eventually decided on having our daughter's birthday here. The staff and activities were great, one of the best birthdays we've had for our kids. Lots of climbing, bouncing, ninja warrior, foam pit activities for the kids to choose from with a toddler area and a parents' lounge to chill. Also arcade games, virtual reality, and snacks to purchase. We were going to have daughter's birthday at ZavaZone in Sterling, but after visiting there for another birthday it was too loud and crazy parking and their birthdays don't offer pizza unless you get the most expensive party package with only water to drink. We decided on Sky Zone based on a number of pros. There's plenty of parking in the Cascades Plaza near Sterling Home Depot, they had a smaller party package for 10 kids that included pizza choices and unlimited refills for 3 drink selections (including water). The layout was also really spread out, clean and NOT loud where you have to scream to hear the person next to you. The party rooms are great, there is a hand washing station that will clean your hands (with soap) for you. The kids stood in line to wash hands before AND after eating, just to put their hands in the washing station. The party rooms are good sizes and the tables were long enough to accommodate the kids and two other tables for food and the parents to sit. They do offer to decorate the room for you for an additional $25 charge, we decided to decorate our own party room (wall hangings not allowed). We also took a group picture with parents and kids that was printed out to take home. We definitely got our monies worth and everyone had a great time. I do have to say the staff were AWESOME! I wasn't sure about booking a birthday here since they recently opened and may not have had a chance to iron-out issues. However, the staff answered all questions and were great in keeping things moving with passing out pizza, cake, refills and allowing us to decorate the party room. One minor thing to note, we ordered 4 pizzas and one of the pizza's crust was too wide; meaning the toppings were not spread closer to the edge and that pizza had a bigger crust all around. 1. Skyzone is a ticking bomb due to the lack of supervision and maturity of overall staff. Not service oriented - all teens thinking and acting like teens. 2. Your computer system is very messed up. Previous visit, I had to waste 1 1/2 hr. as I was told one of the kids I brought with me had an expired membership, wrong! Was told to have his dad call and renew. Parent called and the membership was NOT expired after some digging into his account. Now, this time (03/20/2021), I wasted almost 2 hours with my son's membership as staff member at the front desk named Salma could not find it at all! She got a hold of the 'manager' -who identified himself later on as the only manager/supervisor - name tag says 'lead shift', (Garret), could not find the membership either. After telling him I had been there several times with there, I had to go back home and bring the membership card. 3. When I return with the membership card, and after standing in the 'express line' quite enough time considering it is supposed to be an 'express line', I asked to speak with the manager, I was met by a very rude teen whose name is Carolineto whom I said I did not want to speak to her or anybody else but the manager, she said to me in a very unprofessional way that the manager was busy - how convenient, isn't it? After I insisted to speak to the 'manager', she said to me the 'manager', quote will speak to me whenever he is done with whatever he is doing inside unquote. When Garrett was finally 'available', he could still not find the membership! Then, after he kept digging, he said that membership was under a woman's name which I had never heard before. I showed membership welcome email and still could not find it in your messed up system?! He had to kind of redo the membership account as far as I could tell since I had to confirm mailing address, enter email address myself as they won't do it themselves -????- this is even true for new members as they are asked to enter information themselves into your computers such as email address and other data, why do clients have to do this themselves? 4. While Garret was dealing with the system, right next to me and in front of other patrons, another teen, out of nowhere, kicked the register which resulted in all coins flying everywhere and caused all 3-4 teens around to laugh (except Garret who seemed 'disturbed'/'upset' as well . (watch your video surveillance, if any, 6:45pm-7:15pm and see for yourselves). 5. You have teens constantly passing by the registers, seeing patrons waiting in line to be taken care of and not a single soul would stop to offer help. read more

I got my kids (ages 11 and 12-almost-13) annual passes for christmas, after looking around at the activities. Much more varied than Rebounderz, but I haven't been to ZavaZone or Launch, so I can't compare. We have been there 3 times already, and they love it. I love that there is a "quiet room" for the parents to wait in (tables in the main area too, if you want to stay a little closer to your kids). There is a TV and recliners, as well as a Keurig! The manager Andre is super-helpful with questions. Like all places of this type, you need special jumping socks, but you can trade in socks from other locations and get them for free! I'll take off one star to make a suggestion - I wish that check-in was a little faster, esp for the annual passes. Maybe an automated machine that spits out your timed ticket once you scan your membership card? read more

SZ was the best indoor game last year. They had a variety of games so not just trampoline. But since Fall 2019, the quality has decreased. The equipment is not being maintained and the Skytrail is closed indefinitely since Decembe. They are not even offering a discount for having the Skytrail closed, which is the attraction that my kids enjoy the most. The WipeOut is only open at certain hours. Even on a holiday or a day when there's no school, it'll be closed. SZ had potentials but at this rate I don't think they'll last. read more

This is probably the worst place to celebrate a birthday party. Our party was from 4pm to 6pm. We arrived at Sky Zone at 3.30pm sharp, and waited for 25min asking multiple people to find our host. Our guest arrived and waited another 20min to get checked in and be given wristbands and socks. The party started 15min late. We were not given a room and said our room might not be ready by 5pm. I have never seen such disorganized place in my life. I asked to speak to the manager who was not interested in helping us get a party room at all. He said they were overbooked, would go check and come back, which he never did. All in all, a huge disaster. We ended up getting a room, but had to set up pretty quickly. Everything was rushed. I will never ever go back to sky zone for a birthday party and I highly recommend people to look for other venues. Anything is better than this! Customer service here is terrible! On multiple occasions the customer service is terrible and the staff look grumpy. One time, my daughter was playing on the basketball lane for only 5 minutes and was rudely told to get off "HEY KID! Get off and go play something else!" so that another kid could get in. I totally support taking turns so everybody has a chance to play, however all the other times my daughter waited at the same lane for a long time but could never get a chance to take her turn, at which time the staff saw her waiting but did not do anything about it. Whoever the manager was on 9/11/2022 at 1:15pm should be fired. I took my 2.5 year old to Sky Zone this afternoon and was there for 40 minutes. I took him to the toddler zone which is for kids up to 4 years old (as stated on the rule board in the toddler zone). There were several older kids being reckless in the toddler zone, the 1 area in the entire facility that is supposed to be safe for our toddlers. I addressed this with a staff member who told the older kids to move to a more age appropriate part of the facility. Once the team member left, the big kids came back and proceeded to act in a way that put my toddler in danger. I decided it was time to go, as we were not safe. I approached the manager and addressed the issue with her. She stared me blankly in the face and said "okay." She didn't offer an apology, nor a solution. She justified the dangerous situation by saying they were understaffed. She couldn't have cared less about the safety of the patrons, ESPECIALLY the toddlers. All she said was "okay," multiple times, literally nothing else. She was completely useless in keeping Sky Zone a safe and enjoyable place for all. I might as well be the manager, as I was recommending safe solutions to the current situation. She was non communicative, careless, and completely useless. Not sure what qualifies her to be a manager, but it was pathetic and disgraceful. Worst experience I've ever had here in the year that I've been a member. Won't be renewing my membership without MAJOR changes in management and safety precautions. read more

We were so excited to go there yesterday because of all of the super fascinating advertisements for the fun events and activities you can participate in at sky zone. We went there at around 7:30 pm, we went inside only to figure out you had to be a member to attend at night. We were all really sad but it was no problem because we went the next afternoon. As soon as we walked in, we were super excited to have fun on the trampolines and other activities. Only to see that not only the warp wall was closed, but so was the ninja course, both dodgeball courts, the foam pit, and the wipe out. There were also several trampoline squares that were broken. As soon as we saw how many things were closed, we instantly regretted paying nearly $100 for their unacceptable service. We got yelled at by one of the workers because we were on something we didn't know was closed, and that area has nothing to show that we weren't supposed to be on there. The workers were super lazy and didn't do anything. But we had some fun out of what was open 6/10 of the activities were closed though. Terrible service and 10 dollars for three waters which is the only thing I would possibly agree with wouldn't recommend at all DONT go here unless you want to have crappy service and a terrible visit (no offense to this sky zone sorry not sorry) read more

We had our twins' party here. I think that the young staff here does the best they can. Unfortunately, this isn't enough. The problem is definitely a lack of managerial organization. Management has not put in place sufficient protocols and staff training. You get the impression that staff are running around doing their best amidst total chaos. Because of this, our party was a disorganized mess. Apparently they book party rooms back-to-back. As a result, our room wasn't available until well after the start of the party. We were given very little information about where to go and what to do, and everyone just sort of hung out waiting. I expected that upon our arrival at 7:30 pm, a half hour before the start of the party, we as hosts would have access to a prepared room. Instead, we waited and waited and waited. Guests start showing up at 8 (start of the party). It was so embarrassing to have no clue what was going on with our room other than "we are still waiting for it to be cleaned." We had to clarify about what the kids could do in the meantime, and the adults all just sort of stood around, including us. It was just really awkward. For the amount of money we spent on admission for everyone, etc., I was really surprised and disappointed. I also felt that the staff did the best they could, but had been given insufficient tools to do a better job. Parties should not be booked back to back. Perhaps there should be an hour between the end of one party and the start of another. Staff should be trained on how to greet party hosts and what information to give them (please tell me what to expect and how to proceed). I think our party host did the best he could, and I felt bad. He seemed overwhelmed, and it wasn't his fault the room wasn't ready. He should've been trained on how to give us clear info. Further, he had to take care of other duties such as checking people in, so he was unavailable much of the time. The owners/management should do better for their staff and for their customers. I'm giving two stars instead of one because the host did a good job refilling our drinks and pizza, etc. read more

the equipment is good, the staff is horrible. honestly i did not enjoy my time here and i probably won't return. the staff at the front desk takes a ling time to process a simple payment. i had gone on the ropes course that was offered and while being harnessed the man working to harness me had called me "babygirl" and continued to make me uncomfortable. the woman that had been working to harness kids with him hadn't known how to use the harness and properly help a child put it on. in addition the snacks are WAY too overpriced (we're talking $2.50 for a normal sized soda). honestly i recommend the skyzone in manassas because while skyzone sterling has the equipment, skyzone manassas doesn't have men that work there calling 14 year olds "babygirl". or better yet just find another trampoline park to go to. please. read more

This place was great when it first opened and everything was functional. However recently things have been breaking and they aren't being repaired. Currently the Wipeout exhibit is closed - and has been for over a month - and now the ninja course is closed too. Not sure when these exhibits will be repaired, but without them this place is noticeable worse off. read more

This place is awesome, it's a hidden gem in Sterling. The variety of things to do is really great. They currently offer 60 minutes for $19 or 1 year unlimited plan (1 hour per day) for $49. I would pick Sky Zone over the competition everytime. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. read more
