Literally the worst birthday party experience ever, super unorganized pizza weren't made on time they asked for the party to be in the room, not to mention the party room are so small and unventilated, the staff appears to be all teenagers I didn't see a authority figure near at all, they ran out of utensil in the entire building, the bathrooms are disgusting. SLIMY & DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES: SkyZone has stolen over $200 from my family due to a supposed loophole in their membership plan. When SkyZone bought out Defy I spoke to a representative in person regarding new plans that would be offered. After review, I told the rep that we would regrettably be cancelling since SkyZone offers half the amenities at double the price than what Defy offered. The rep told me they would cancel by account by end of day, nothing more was needed from me, and it would be handled. 6 months later... SkyZone continued to take $30 out of my account every month and they refused to refund my family because it wasn't written in email. I did not sign a membership contract for SkyZone, and these rules were never provided to us in any form of documentation, yet they refuse a refund. We haven't visited once since Defy was bought out since we were under the impression we no longer had a membership. Regardless, SkyZone refuses a refund. I cannot believe how illogical and rude this process has been. My family has cancelled all memberships to any and all SkyZone locations going forward - and I recommend you do the same for the sake of your pocketbooks. Buyer beware. read more

My husband and I wanted to treat our nephews and niece to Defy to go have fun and jump!! When we first walked into the place, I thought........ wow this place looks amazing! It's clean and people look like they're having a great time!! We signed our waivers, purchased our tickets and bought our socks for $3. We had an awesome time and there was so much more to do however a couple girl staff members were very rude and talked to us with disrespect (That was not acceptable). Other than the disrespectful staff members who might need more training I think this place is awesome and we will be back. read more

We bought a Groupon for 1.5 hours and decided to go at 9pm on a Friday since that was the time for ages 15+. Unfortunately, this age limit is not at all enforced. If you're planning on going on "club night" expect a kid-filled evening. Awesome experience at Defy Thornton. It was the cleanest, most well set up, trampoline park we have been to. It has tons and of different areas for all ages and skill sets and is great for everyone from little kids to adults. Love the Ultimate Ninja Warrior obstacle course. My kids can play for hours and the get lots of energy out! The staff that helped us were awesome! We had so much fun running and jumping and doing obstacles with our kids, mind you that we were not planning on jumping ourselves, but my husband and I had a blast! The liability waiver is as with any business that operates an indoor play area, set in place to avoid frivolous lawsuits. You're taking a risk to jump and play, yes, that means you or your kid may get hurt. If you don't like the liability waiver, it's simple, get in a bubble for you and your family and stay away from anything that might be a risk! To the owners of Defy...Bravo!! After several calls and at least a month later, it has still not been resolved. They will not give us credit unless we come into the facility and the drive is 1 hour each way for us! I have been to many businesses during the pandemic and NONE of the businesses I've seen have handled the pandemic as poorly as this one has. You are greeted with a mass of people of all ages not wearing masks or social distancing in the slightest. Once you move past the main entrance you can see an assortment of people playing on the play escape without a mash (although they claim to require masks over the age of 10). This would be less of an issue if standard cleaning procedures were in place but for the FULL duration of my 2 hour stay NOT ONCE did I see an employee sanitize or wipe down anything on a CHILDREN'S play escape where kids are constantly touching every surface. Once I raised my concerns with one of the employees behind the desk my questions were answered in a short aggressive attitude. On top of all of that their pizza was AWFUL. If I could give this negative stars I would. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen... read more

This place is good for jumping and exercising, however, they're going down hill as far as not letting their VIP customers or regular people know that someone is renting out a place for an hour or two... people go there with expectation to have a good time - not finding out that the place been rented out by some nobody that doesn't even have a membership there. So paying VIP customers basically can F Off because place been rented out... this is the third time this is happening... not even a mention about it on their website so people dont have to waste their time going there... Defy is fun, but in a pandemic they are not taking any mandated precautions seriously. Staff kept taking masks off, very few jumpers were in masks at all, there was zero cleaning efforts, or even a way for us to clean things ourselves-including a lack of any hand sanitizer. They say they use social Distancing Rules, hand sanitizer and temp checks, but the day we went all of that was lacking. We left early because we did not feel safe during COVID to be there. read more

I can't begin to tell you how awesome this place is! Me and my daughters saw this place when it was in the building stages, since we frequent the Wal-Mart next door. Shortly after it opened we went to check it out and it has to be the coolest jump place in North Denver (America Ninja Warrior style, no joke) and we've been to all of them. My kids loved it. We were lucky enough to get in there a couple times before everybody else caught on to how cool it is. With that being said, my 8 yr old decided that she wanted her bday party there. Which happened yesterday (sunday). The entire booking process was quick, easy, painless and done with top notch customer service. The day of the party it was crazy busy! But check in was a breeze for our guests being that they have a designated line for party check-in's. The young lady behind the counter handling those was slammed but she handled them all swiftly and with a smile. We got the Bday package for 25 jumpers, which came with a private room, 5 Large Papa John pizzas, (4) 2 liters of pop, plates, plasticware, napkins etc. We were given the option of bringing our own food as well, Which we did to feed all our guests. They let us use a cart to haul in our stuff and we were assigned with our own assistant. Whose name was Stephen. This young man was on top of it! He was willing to help with everything and accommodated us with everything we needed. He went above and beyond for sure. Every year we have our 2 daughters Bday parties at different "fun venues" where we spend a pretty penny and by far this was the best experience ever! read more

We visited Defy for the first time today. I thought we were just visiting another trampoline park but Defy is absolutely amazing and exceeding my expectations. It's clean, well staffed and full of so many fun things that you should definitely pay for more than one hour! It's like a really cool, modern trampoline park meets the show Wipeout. The staff is very nice too. You are required to buy their special socks but they are only $3 and it's worth it because my kids were able to run up walls and balance on slippery obstacles with ease. Fun place but the check in is consistently slow and inefficient. They never have enough staff at registers, especially on weekand it in inefficient to have them out the wrist bands on each person jumping. Since the attendants at the gate check for wrist bands it would speed things up to just hand the wrist bands to the paying person to put on their group. There were 4 families in front of us today and it took 25 minutes just to get to the register. We always have to allow 30 minutes just to pay before play. I'll give this one a giant WTF. Came on a Wednesday night, 3 EMPLOYEES. One at the front desk, two "watching" the kids jump. One of those were on her phone the whole time, literally. Every time I looked at her, her eyes were glued to her phone. Other employee "watching" was just talking to teenage boys the whole time. The few times the employees were paying attention, they would yell at my kids for going on things that were "closed" but had no signage of being closed? When we walked up to the jumping area, there was zero instruction given AT ALL. I'm highly confused by this place. Great concept. Very clean. Very busy on a weekend early evening with a line to check in a mile long. Cashiers need to be more efficient processing people thru the line. Standing in line for 30 minutes is craziness. Additionally, when an establishment doesn't allow outside food or drink, they should have food and drink available to purchase. Hours of little ones jumping lends to the need for a snack. Other than those things that Defy definitely needs to work on, it was a nice evening and the kids had fun. read more
