I wonder when this company actually got their business license and if the city knows what goes on in there. Most of their coaches look miserable and constantly on their phones. From the start, I was transparent with the staff: my daughter has ADHD. She's bright, kind, and energetic--yes, she can be easily distracted, but she's also incredibly sweet and eager to participate. I asked if the studio was comfortable working with a high-energy child before enrolling, because I only wanted to place her in an environment that was supportive and understanding. They assured me it would be fine. Months into the program, I was pulled aside by the owner--publicly, in front of other parents--and told my daughter was disruptive and walking away from class. I explained her needs again and asked for understanding. After observing a session, the owner reassured me she was doing well and could remain in the program. Then, out of the blue, I was contacted by the new management with a list of demands: I had to sit in the tiny waiting area (even though I parked directly in front of the building and could see my daughter through the windows), and I had to arrive 10 minutes early, which is difficult for a child who struggles to wait. I explained that I often have my other children with me and that remaining in the car was more practical. They suggested I wait in a back patio area, where I couldn't even observe the class. The next day, I received another call--this time informing me that my daughter was being dismissed from the program entirely, and that they would be refunding my money. I was shocked and tried to express how poorly this was being handled, only to have the woman on the phone hang up on me. We've invested time, energy, and money into this program, and it's deeply upsetting to be treated this way--especially after being transparent from the beginning. Families deserve empathy and open communication, not sudden dismissal and disrespect.

Cheese in about 8-10 years. We showed up on a Sunday at 4pm and it was very busy. As we entered I noticed many new games and updated layout. We ordered some salad bar plates and some other appetizers. and enjoyed some pizza at the birthday party. The food tasted better than I remember except the salad bar tasted the same as many years ago. We then went to play and I was very disappointed in the state of the games. Many were out of order (see pictures), some seemingly still taking credits off cards while not functioning properly. I then took my son to the climbing area that Chuck E Cheese was always known for but when we tried to enter we were told it was an extra charge. Instead of complaining we returned to the party and were prompted to sing for our celebrant. However when Chuck (we are cool like that) came out he was very unenthusiastic and almost seemed bored. The entire room sang happy birthday while Chuck seemed ready for a nap. All in all we had an ok time but it is sad to see what this place has become. Broken games, extra charges and a bored Chuck. Specifically, my two year old could be accompanied in by one adult but not the five year old, she had to enter by herself. While I understood and acknowledged this rule, it was repeatedly emphasized in a way that felt unnecessary and increasingly confrontational. After checking in, I entered the gym briefly with my five year old (as instructed by the front desk lady) to place our belongings in a cubby, before returning to bring in my two-year-old with us. At that point, a woman--who later identified herself as the owner--questioned me about my child's age and repeatedly asked whether my younger child would be coming in. Despite my clear explanations that I was simply setting our things down and would return for my toddler, she continued to reiterate the one-adult policy and pressed for clarification. Her tone became increasingly firm, and she stated, "I'm the owner here, and I need to know what's going on and who's coming in," which made the interaction feel accusatory rather than informative. The situation escalated further when my five-year-old decided she wanted her father to accompany her and her sister instead of me. We attempted to follow the rules by having my husband sign the waiver to take my place. However, the front desk staff again emphasized the one-adult policy, and the owner joined the conversation. The two of them spoke back and forth as though trying to decide what to do about us. In retrospect I believe they thought both my husband and I were trying to enter with our two children. I did not realize this at the time because I was so flustered by their tone towards us. By the time the owner told me I was being "snappy," I began to tear up from this ridiculous escalation, the repeated questioning and lack of courtesy throughout the exchange. Ultimately, we decided to leave rather than continue the interaction. Although we had already paid for both children to participate in open gym, we chose not to stay due to the negative experience. My husband went back to grab my belongings, and I was sitting on the bench right outside, helping my daughter with her shoes when one of the customers/moms came out to comfort me and let me know that I was not the only one that has dealt with this kind of thing with the staff at the facility. When we got in the car, my husband told me that another mom inside told him that this kind of thing happens like once a week. My husband later contacted the facility and was able to obtain a refund.

But this week I popped in to peek at the Senior dance class and was truly amazed.. the same coach, Coach Stacy is conducting the class and it was a full house. This class was so energetic and I stayed to watch with my jaw on the ground. Besides the coordination and energy of the group, they were all so thrilled to be there. The whole vibe was effervescent with laughter and high fives. I was exhausted just watching them. Even if I had the energy, I don't know if I could remember the moves. Coach Stacy goes above and beyond with her groups. She's patient, encouraging, and acknowledges your abilities. I saw that she supplies her senior class with printouts of the dances so they could practice at home. In my case, she is my biggest cheerleader. I used to need a spot just to get onto the trampoline or beam. Please try one of these classes, I believe the drop in price for senior dance is $5 and the adult gymnastic cost is $10. She is truly a dedicated spirit and a treasure in the community.

Bubblemania was so much fun to have at my nephew's 6th birthday…read more They came right on time with all the supplies: kiddy pools, wands of many shapes, and a ton of bubble solution. The kids LOVED it! And it was great for the adults because the kids never left the bubble stations. There were so many different wands and ways to make bubbles. The lady who came did such a nice job. She was very friendly and so sweet to the kids. Any time someone had trouble, she would patiently show them how to make the bubbles. As the activity went on, she introduced other bubble making tools like a rope. Each new item captivated the kids. In particular, a few of the kids were timid at first. I thought the lady was very kind and encouraging. All of the kids warmed up to her and took part with the bubbles. I was happy to see some adults getting in on the fun as well. And even some parents teaming up with the kids to try to make the biggest bubble possible. It was a ton of fun all around. At the end, everything was cleaned up and taken away. It was a very effortless way to have an outdoor activity for kids. Highly recommend!
