    What I asked for

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON (0 Stars) I just went and saw Cassidy Sublette asking for a warm golden copper brown and emphasized that I did Not want any cool tones. She could tell I was not a fan of the color as it was finishing up and kept reassuring me "I'll grow into it" "it's such a pretty color", don't get me wrong sure it's pretty!! But absolutely the complete and total opposite of what I requested. When I expressed how I felt she had no remorse and insisted on letting me fade and defending herself saying I thought it was pretty as well- pretty, but not accurate or good service at all. I was not offered a chance at getting it fixed and was given barely a 50% refund (future reference, Cassidy does not typically offer refunds or redos, so you better hope it's right!!) This salon is full of greedy mean girls, not women, who only care about the profit they make and not their clients confidence or desires. Spend your money where it's actually deserved; not here.

    Extensions by Cassidy Sublette :)

I have been seeing Cassidy Sublette for years! I can't recommend her enough. I came to see her with a hot mess of hair and she saved the day! A few times later I had her put in extensions and they look amazing! She is super flexible and understands hair color. I enjoy my time with her and have referred several friends. Check out her Instagram! shine_bright_with_cass

She heard that I complained to the front desk after I left and then she texted me. Unprofessional.

Don't ever book an appointment with Jamie koons. My privacy was completely invaded, she was not given permission to have my phone number and she found it through the front desk. She texted me harassing me because I called the salon letting them know my experience with how uneven she did a simple haircut. She didn't even shampoo or condition my hair, and then texted me harassing me telling me that my hair was dirty and half the time she made me stand while she sat and cut my hair. I've never met someone so unprofessional in my life to text message me and cuss me out. I really hope a manager gets involved and gets her out of there. 30 years of hair and she said she has never cut such thick long hair and treated me like I was a burden because I have thick long hair. And I'm sorry I didn't wash my hair before coming in (it was still clean from the night before) and I knew she should be cleaning it which she didn't do. When I asked if she could curl the ends in to make the unevenness look better her flat iron didn't work. She's an awful awful awful human being. I will contact authorities if she reaches out to me ever again. During the service she seemed really out of it and brought up alcohol a lot and how she needs to watch sober videos even though she stated she "isn't sober"... watching her brush my hair and how she wasn't able to simply do that... and just how she had to sit all the time and was really out of it I believe she was on something. And then the long message around 8pm... seemed like a drunk text... overall going to that salon without knowing who my stylist would be was an uncomfortable mistake

You're asked to arrive 30 minutes early, and we sat around the entire 30 minutes, then finally they walked us through the how-to of it all. the staff is really friendly and the place is clean and well appointed. it was a nice experience, but very indulgent. i don't believe the price is worth it, esp at $1/ounce on the beer & the 90-minute time limit in the room, when one wants to bounce around from sauna to cold shower to hot tub (not necessarily in that order), etc. plus time for dressing and undressing. the anti-gravity massage chairs are also an extra add-on, which i find a bit extreme. overall, we enjoyed ourselves and disappearing from the outside world was rather nice, but it's definitely a one-off, or an annual experience at best. Checking out was equally slow. The host was giving a lady a demonstration on the beer bar and he could have kindly asked to be excused to check us out, but instead he let us sit for over 15 minutes as he gave the gal samples.

As lovely as the common area and patio are, it belies the relaxation that awaits in your private spa room. Before you are escorted to your room, you are offered your choice of locally made beer (My favorite was the "beer flavored beer", which tasted like.... Beer), as well as wine, kombucha, juice, or seltzer water. The drinks are served in a stainless steel insulated tumbler so you don't have to worry about breaks or spills. There are also complimentary snacks available including banana chips and an absolutely delicious savory trail mix. There's also a bathtub full of plastic "bubbles" (think 'grown-up ball pit', but a bathtub) in the common area which invites you to take your most Instagrammable shot. The spa even has a monthly competition for the best photo submission. I appreciate the intentionality with which this spa was designed. Truly they thought of (almost) everything: Hair ties, shower caps, hair dryers, plastic bags for wet clothes, their beer infused shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion offered both in the private room as well as in the common areas, a pitcher of water on the edge of the tub (Because one cannot live off of beer alone).... Even conversation cards containing thought provoking questions placed strategically throughout the facility (Even in your private infrared spa). This is not just an opportunity to relax, but to deepen connection. I came here with one of my friends and in addition to feeling infinitely more relaxed, I left here feeling like my friend and I got to know each other on a much more substantive and meaningful level as a result of this experience. Now before you ask... No, you are not soaking in a tub full of beer. (That was my initial concern, and I almost passed on visiting this spa because of said concern). Instead, you are soaking in a deep stainless steel soaking tub that is full of water and infused with your choice of herbs and aromatics. The room also comes with a CBD infused bath bomb, as well as a CBD and mushroom infused mud mask for extra relaxation and detoxification. The water temperature was absolutely perfect: Nice and steamy but not too hot. The soaking experience was simply not long enough... Which is not a slight to the staff or the facility at all. Just a testament to how relaxing the experience is. I could have stayed there soaking all day without a care in the world. Once we reached the end of our soaking experience, the tub started to automatically drain on its own. We used that time to shower, moisturize, and proceed to the next part of our spa experience... The massage room. The room is dark with small twinkling lights on the ceiling that kinda look like stars and the night sky. There are several zero-gravity massage chairs in the room, but do not be mistaken... These are NOT your run-of-the-mill nail salon pedicure spa chairs. These massage chairs mean business! Even on the lowest setting, my muscles were still sore for several days afterwards because that kneading function gets all up in those muscle fibers. Several times I found myself breathing through the massage like I was having contractions... Especially as those rollers made repeated passes over my lower back. It was definitely the most thorough and intense chair massage I have ever received. Each of the staff members we encountered was absolutely wonderful; Friendly and welcoming, answered all of our questions, gave us plenty of time to take pictures and video to capture the moment and really make the most of the spa experience. Our drinks were never empty and our every need was provided for. The only piece of feedback I have to offer is that it would be great if there were swimsuit dryer spinner on site. I was flying back home immediately after my spa experience and I had to bring my sopping wet swimsuit back with me. I double bagged it to make sure it didn't leak all over the place, but it would have been great to dry it out a bit before putting it back in my suitcase. If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It's likely the most unique spa experience you will ever have... Even if you are not a beer enthusiast.

I was surprised that she was interested in hearing any additional feedback/complaints that I had, and this already was a better start. It was clear that her intent wasn't only to help amend my situation, but additionally she wanted to ensure that my concerns were being addressed with the staff to avoid similar situations from happening to other customers. I was offered a complimentary service in lieu of the initial visit, and I am very glad I had the experience to try Woodhouse Littleton again. I was immediately greeted by a friendly woman at the front desk, shown where to put my items, given the correct size slippers, and was offered sparkling water while in the relaxation room. I was relaxed this time, and already slipping into a comfortable mindset prior to my treatment. Alicia, the spa director, introduced herself to me and verified that my check in process was pleasant. I appreciated Alicia's extra step of customer service as this truly made me feel like a valued customer. Jessica was my esthetician for my vitamin C facial, and I plan on coming back for more services from her! I felt like I was in safe hands as she acknowledged my skin concerns, reviewed my skin under the light before beginning any treatments, and discussed potential options with me that she felt were appropriate considering my skins condition. This was the most relaxing and effective facial I've ever received before. Jessica performed quick and non-painful extractions, checked in multiple times to make sure my eyes weren't being irritated by the light, and provided me with relevant recommendations for products. Someone give Jessica and Alicia a bonus because they're awesome! I recommend others to check out WH Littleton for their next spa occasion, I'll be back myself!

I got right in for my massage after changing into the robes and added a hot stone option.
