BEWARE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! CASEY (OWNER?) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL! THEY USE SCAM TACTICS! WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD! IT'S A LONG STORY BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU READ ABOUT MY EXTREMELY IMMORAL ANGERING SITUATION........... Within 2 hrs of leaving jewelry with them to work on, after thinking about their quoted cost, more importantly their "$50 EXPRESS FEE", I decided not to proceed with having them do the work or anything for me. I left their store at 3:30 the afternoon of 8/14/24 (they close at 5:00) and then called to cancel my request for service the following day at 10:30 am - 8/15/24 (they open at 10:00). I spoke to the same gal, Grace, that assisted me the day before and explained that I decided not to proceed with having them do the work. Grace said "no problem - I'll pull your jewelry and you can come pick it up." I told her I'd be there shortly. She said to ask for her, that she'd have it set aside. Mind you this is about 2 hrs total time of their store being open to the public over the 2 days. MAIN REASON FOR NOT PROCEEDING - Originally I was told it would take 10 wks just to have a brand new wedding ring and engagement ring soldered together. When I said that wouldn't work, Grace said well you could get them done sooner by "JUMPING THE LINE IN FRONT OF EVERYONE ELSE (said at least 100 other people) BY PAYING AN EXPRESS FEE of $50". Although I was apprehensive and leery of this proposal, I finally decided to proceed with agreeing to this. She told me and also wrote on the receipt estimated delivery date 8/28/24 - they would complete my work within 2 wks. After sleeping on it, I didn't like the entire idea of paying for this EXPRESS FEE AND "GETTING TO JUMP IN FRONT OF AS MANY AS 100 OTHER CUSTOMERS"! It just didn't seem right or ethical?? Within 15 minutes of my call with Grace stating I decided not to proceed with having them do the work, she called me to say she couldn't pull my rings back as they had already completed the work!! Excuse me! What happened to needing 2 wks BUT ONLY IF I AGREED TO PAY THIS EXPRESS FEE! OR that if I didn't pay this $50 fee it would take 10 wks!! THEY CERTAINLY MADE SURE I HAD NO CHOICE TO CANCEL within 2 work hrs after my drop off? Clearly something very shady and unethical is going on here. It's a SCAM. Casey/the owner(?) got involved and things really got out of control. I told him I would pay for the work they had done ($130 + tax) BUT NOT THE $50 SCAM FEE! He became angry and actually said "It's not a SCAM - NO, YOU GOT TO JUMP THE LINE ." Then Casey went on to say "many customers can't afford to pay this fee and by doing so I got to jump in front of over 100 of them"!! After much arguing back and forth Casey told me "either pay the full amount of $180 including the Express Fee or I WASN'T GETTING MY WEDDING RINGS BACK"! He would hold them hostage - (my brand new wedding rings worth $18K!). I again told him this $50 was just a scam - allowing me and others to just skip the line and go in front of many other customers who didn't/couldn't pay this! How many people keep getting pushed back because of this practice?? Again, after having some time to think about this whole idea of "JUMPING THE LINE AHEAD OF OTHERS" by simply paying a "TOLL" makes me angry and I'm disgusted that I was initially willing to participate just so I didn't have to go so long without my wedding rings. To originally be told that I would have to wait 10 wks for them to complete the soldering (of what I'm now being told takes about 45 minutes or so to do) to NOW only 2 wks IF I PAY THIS FEE and then magically they were able to do the work shortly after I left their store the exact same day??! IT'S JUST NOT RIGHT! I regret ever stepping foot into this store AND CAN'T SAY IT ENOUGH - DON'T GO THERE - DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE UNETHICAL IMMORAL FOLKS! read more

I have gone here multiple times for ring resizing, ring repair and I truly love coming here, they took good care of my jewelry and do everything they can to make sure you're satisfied! I've had the pleasure of being helped by Grace as well as Bethany, they were extremely helpful and very kind. Mimi is also wonderful and did the most amazing job resizing a ring with a more complicated band. I recommend this Jeweler to my friends and family for any jewelry needs. When I asked why a diamond was missing they told me "everything sent for repair is at your own risk and we'll not cover anything". My 91-year-old mother's wedding band was cut off at the hospital and we needed it fixed. When I took it in, Wagner was very kind, but had an 8 week backlog. When I explained that my mother was in hospice, they took time out of their day to do some extra work and repaired the band within a day. They were very kind and helpful! Highly recommend! read more

I stopped in to have my watch resized. They were super friendly, and it turns out they do it as a courtesy, so it was free! While I was waiting, I walked around the store, and made some really great finds. My husband and I choose to purchase my new upgraded wedding ring from these guys after doing a ton of shopping around. Not only where they super knowledgable, amazingly patient and well priced but they had options no one else had. I have a tension band with a large diamond squeezed inside the band, no traditional setting, and I've never seen anyone with anything even close to it. That's hard to come by in the world of wedding rings. That was over 8 years ago, since then he's purchased anniversary bands for me there at great prices. Every 6 months I go in for my free cleaning and ring check and everyone is still as nice as they were the day we dropped over 10k in the store. And today while having my rings cleaned I found a beautiful bracelet unlike anything I've seen before and snapped it up. Took my wedding band in for resizing. My band was wide a width of 5mm, a Franklin mint family heirloom. The wider your ring is the sizing is different. They sized it for the width of a band that would have been for a 3mm ring width. So my ring did not fit when I got it back. Rather then cutting it again they shaved down the inside of the band taking away the original weight of my ring! The Hallmark and the Maker's Mark gone as well! Originally it was a beautiful thick band, now its thin and is even more fragile. read more

It was a wonderful experience. My engagement ring is made out of sterling silver and the stone is a lab-created white sapphire. I never really have any time or occasion to wear any type of jewelry because of both jobs (working with toddlers and taking care of patients in the hospital) so I strongly suggested something quick but elegant. Ring was too big (size 4.75) for my size 4 finger. Because it's sterling silver no jeweler will touch it. I came in to see what they can do, jeweler says no, but the store clerk did offer a ring protector which really just cost me a very small price! I was happy that I was given an option instead of being turned away immediately! Knowing that they are able to make my dream ring become the real thing in the future (they're going to make a wax mold of my ring so they can make it a white gold and white sapphire set!!!) Well things went awry on our end when unbeknownst to me, my diamond was stuck in transit with the horrible winter weather. We had been dreaming of a Christmas engagement, but my fiance was unable to get my diamond until Christmas Eve!!! I am so pleased that, thanks to a woman in the jewelry department at Fred Meyer's, I found Wagner's Jewelers! I have two Fossil watches, both of which needed batteries. After a "meh" experience with watch kiosk in the Everett mall I was hoping to find a more local and friendly place to get the second battery replaced. Wagner's did it for less money and more quickly. Today when I realized that they had forgotten to put the back on the watch (!!!) I called them in a panic and not only did they have the back they had tried to find the owner of the watch but didn't have my number. They apologized profusely, replaced the back and then gave me a free battery for a very old Seiko I had brought along. I am VERY happy with the whole thing despite the mistake. And that's what good customer service is all about. I would recommend Wagner's to anyone needing a watch battery replaced and for any other jewelry needs as well. Thanks, Wagner's!
