While I ultimately decided not to move forward with this service, I still wanted to leave a review…read morebecause the experience itself was genuinely positive. From the very first interaction, the communication was clear, candid, and incredibly helpful. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, follow-up was prompt, and there was zero pressure at any point. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency throughout the process. Even without formally using the service, the level of professionalism and customer care stood out to me. Based on that alone, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for someone knowledgeable, responsive, and straightforward.

You should be able to spend a night in a home to test drive it before purchase...but until that becomes normalized - there are home inspections. We are working quickly to close on a home in Coppell and reached out to Angel based on his excellent reviews. He truly lived up to the hype. He was able to inspect the house within 24 hours of our request and spent a thorough 3 to 4 hours going over every detail, even climbing up on the roof. There is an upcharge to include a pool inspection, but we added it because it is always better to be safe than sorry. Angel noticed things we never would have even thought to look for. After the inspection, he took the time to personally walk us through the report, answering all of our questions, and then sent a detailed copy with photos just a few hours later. You really cannot put a price on peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I hate to be the person to leave a bad review, but people falling for five stars need to understand…read morewhat a horrible experience I had with this company. I was in an option period and my initial inspection flagged major foundation and structural issues with the home at Friday at 6pm. I was referred to other companies, but they were closed over the weekend. Googled companies and came across GreenWorks. rep not only said they can accomplish a full evaluation of both downstairs and upstairs, but also share estimates on price and come on that Sunday. With the option period ending the following Friday , I had felt I had to take a chance on them considering they said they can give me what I was asking for. Sunday comes and I reconfirm with the engineer in person my asks: evaluate downstairs and upstairs and give me a cost for repairs. Not once was I stopped to clarify if they could actually do the work requested. They had no problem accepting my $900. Fast forward to the end of day 3 (Wednesday) and after several calls emphasizing any expedited request I get the report, only to find upstairs was not evaluated and there was no cost repair plan (they claimed it would come within 24 hours). 48 hours to decide on moving forward on a home, and I wasted those days to not get the full answers. Called 4 times between end of Wednesday and Thursday asking to speak to a manager and every time they told me they'd call me back asap. Never once got a call back. MY FIFTH TIME calling, I get on the line with a customer support rep, not a manager. I'm then told that evaluation of upstairs was not part of the deal, and that no estimate was promised in my proposal and they will not be sending estimated cost (it literally showed in the email a "cost repair" link) I burned Sunday-Thursday waiting for something they refused to acknowledge they told me they could do, had to hire another company to come out and they gave me rough estimates within the same day. Not only that, they "worked" towards getting me a full refund, then the following week said best they can do is $300 because there's no "proof" that they confirmed price and upstairs evaluation. Do not use this company. Incredibly frustrating experience all around and zero accountability. I've advised all my contacts in the real estate industry to put them on a "do not use list".

His initial assessment was there are a few minor issues, but they can be addressed by a handyman. Once we moved in, we noticed much more than what a handyman would be able to repair. We brought up our concerns and he was immediately denying any accountability as things can change in a matter of a few months. What did we have wrong upon purchase? One water heater started to leak and then the next one stopped working. Both had to be replaced ($4,500). HVAC unit 1 stopped working in July and then the next HVAC unit stopped a month later ($15,200). 7 gas leaks were found inside & outside our home ($4,275). Our Sub-Zero had a freon leak and our Miele appliances stopped working (multiple visits to address by specialist techs $2,400). We had foundation issues which we started to noticed within 2 months of living there as doors that previous didn't close could close and doors that did close were no longer able to close. That was due to a rotted cast iron sewer line (total cost to date is $63,000). And nearly everything has been replaced on our pool in regards to equipment except the filter (pool heater, pool pump, pool sweep, and electrical). He is professional at the time, but this was extremely infuriating when you purchase a home and then have all these unexpected expenses because of a poor inspector.

She probably has some kind of deal worked out with him to give her kick-backs or something... This guy did a terrible job on our inspection. I was planning to be there through the whole process, but unfortunately got called to an important meeting at work so I had to leave halfway through. He did not inspect the appliances at all but signed off that everything "appeared to be in order". When we moved into the house less than 2 weeks later the fridge/freezer was covering everything in ice and "snow", and one of the AC units did not work at all! We had to spend several hundred dollars in repairs to our house right away because this guy did not do a thorough job on the inspection.
