I drove 3 hours to look at the truck and there was a guy there sitting down and no one came out to help or anything even though other dealerships usually do. just recently bought a car from skyline auto sales two months ago and within the first week I had already had to bring the car back to be repaired. the car has been in the shop five times and the dealership has spent more time repairing my car than I have even been able to drive MY car. the owner Richard is unresponsible and will not take liability for any of his damage and wants to pin damage on me I would never recommend buying anything from this auto dealership as they will scam and will definitely be losing your money and leave mad. Also On top of this when they picked the vehicle up for repairs they drove it iradically at high speeds when the car should have been towed and I have evidence of it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! They took break pads off didn't turn the rotor put it back on wrong and won't admit to it or try to compensate in some way . I bought a car here last week, and every thing was great on the test drives. Blanca and Luis were very helpful and quick with the paperwork and any questions I had. The dealership recently had the transmission rebuilt in this car, so it is under warranty for the next year. Upon driving the car to work the next day, it started to stall and hesitate between 1st and 2nd gear. I called the shop it was warrantied under and they asked me to bring it in the next day, it has been there now for 10 days... A few day after it went into the shop Luis contacted me asking about and update, hoping I was still satisfied with my purchase, I though that was very nice. I can't blame the transmission problems on the dealership but until I've had the car for longer with no problem I can only give 3 stars, I will be back to update.. 1 year later I returned to upgrade to a truck and they were very helpful again. 12 days after taking the car to Vaughns and hav ing 6 parts replaced and the car is running great! Joe, the ownern called me before the problem was resolved and helped to offer solutions when we weren't sure if the car would be fixed. Joe took a lot of pride in this car and making sure it was somthing that would work great for me, ane was willing to help how he could. Very honest dealership, with very good intention. These guys including Jason the owner, are the definition of used car sales men. Slimy, dishonest, and say whatever to get the sale. We traded our Dodge Ram in for a suburban and thought we got a great deal until the next day he calls and says he couldn't get the bank to agree to the contract we already signed, so it went up $40 a month and took away the 2 year warranty we had. A week after having the car we had to replace the battery, and are now dealing with a leak. Took it in to have them fix a few things, they didn't even fix what was in our contract. On top of that they called to collect $200 more towards the down payment, we explained that we've had to put more then that into it within the first few weeks of having it and not only that but we're stuck with a new contract amount we didn't want. His response was that we were lying about what he had said about our truck we traded in already being torn about and worked on. All in all, they talked crap about M & M motors down the road from them, well at lease they took the car purchased from them back 5 times to fix whatever issue we had with it and now it's still running great. The only reason they deserve even one star, is Jason's daughter was a sweetheart.
