The chili cheese dog is perfectly topped. The frank street is the best Chicago style dog I've ever had. The pizza puff is delicious. Do yourself a favor and order everything before they retire!!

Counter staff person was friendly and helpful. He handed each of us a buzzer to alert when orders were available for counter pickup. Preparation was fast. Our server was fairly new, but she was so excellent. She was so sweet and checked on us so many times. As we were getting up from our chairs, Whitney came by to say "Hi". She told Meghan that we had been her customers several times & that we had been so nice. She would loves us. That meant alot to us. Whitney had been so sweet and still remembered us. My wife and I ordered waters, and our son ordered a Sprite, but we received two lemonades and one water instead. After taking our order, our server disappeared. She never brought our food, checked on us, asked if we needed refills, or stopped by the table again. The manager walked past our table several times but never seemed interested in checking on our experience. The biggest issue was my son's meal. He ordered chicken sliders with the sauce on the side, but they arrived covered in sauce. Another employee took the meal back to be remade, but it came back wrong a second time. By then, my wife and I had already finished eating, and our son had been waiting nearly an hour without a proper meal. When I spoke with the manager, I asked that my son's meal be removed from the bill. Instead of taking responsibility and apologizing, the manager offered excuses rather than solutions. Mistakes can happen, but it's how they're handled that matters. Unfortunately, the customer service from both our server and the manager was disappointing.
