We were seated immediately on a Friday at around 1pm. I love their vegetarian options but this is a place that assumes if you are a vegetarian, that you like and must have onions and mushrooms in every meal. I couldn't find much other than pancakes/pastries/sweet shit that didn't have onions and mushrooms but fortunately, they were able to accommodate my request for the tofu scramble without onions or mushrooms. GF ordered the vegetarian quesadilla with, you guessed it, onions and mushrooms (among other things). My tofu scramble was good but calling it a scramble is slightly misleading as it is actually tofu cubes albeit very crispy and tasty tofu cubes. This dish was probably potatoes. A few spinach leaves and maybe 1/100th of a pepper. I will concede to the fact that some of that volume might have been taken up by mushrooms and onions. The dish was very good regardless and the accompanying salsa added a really nice extra je ne sais quoi. I also really like the pay first and then leave whenever you want model to avoid being held hostage to bad service not to say that they would've provided bad service but it is a risk anywhere. Regarding GF's quesadilla which I did not have the pleasure of sampling bc of onions of mushrooms "I thought it was decent". When I asked if she had any details or specifics to add, she replied, "no".

Not too much to choose from as a vegetarian. Both GF and I went with the hash brown and cheese biscuit sandwich. GF added a side of gravy, I a side of apples. It took a little longer than expected given the simplicity of our order but as I said, the place was inundated with customers. Biscuits were delicious. Hash brown was very crispy. Cheese could have been more plentiful. Apples were fantastic literally what you would find inside of an apple pie. GF also ordered a vanilla iced coffee that she was kind enough to share with me and I wouldn't be able to distinguish it from flavored milk with a gun to my head. Also the staff were super nice.

They'll deliver your food to you and bus your table. Overall, service was nice if a little slow. They had to balance the drive-thru orders with the dine-in orders, which is understandable. I want to come back and try their other dishes, but do NOT recommend the gravy. I regret not getting the apple turnover because it surely would've been better than the biscuits and gravy I got. The biscuit was good and even the single biscuit was a sizeable portion, so at least their name can rest easy. However, the gravy was abysmally flavorless. There was 0 meat flavor, not even from the sausage, and no savory goodness at all. I'm convinced I was just eating flavorless paste. The lighting hit my photo just right and made the biscuit and gravy look delicious, but don't be fooled.
