Dennis and his team are amazing. We initially had them replace multiple stair noses at our commercial building due to poor work done previously. Every time he came out, he honored the same pricing. Eventually, after we had spent so much on repeated fixes, he suggested redoing the entire staircase instead; which honestly made a lot more sense. We have two staircases, and he replaced both.
