We found mold under and in our flooring. I was in a panic because we have a 1 year old and it was right under her play area. I called Dennis along with 3 other flooring contractors. 2 of the 4 flooring guys said they would just sand the floors and re-finish them. One company was going to charge us an unbelievable amount of money. Dennis knew that we didn't have a lot of money and he also knew the floors needed to come up and could not be salvaged. He was an absolute angel and said he would work with us and our limited budget. He chose a flooring that was discounted and he kept things as inexpensive as possible. His team did a beautiful job, going above and beyond to be sure we were happy with the overall look, including picking boards daily to weed out the bad ones, as well as making perfect custom the transitions and steps from our floors.
