Even after submitting a claim to the siding manufacturing and after their investigation showed it was NOT a product defect but a result of defective improper workmanship he refused to own up to his mistakes and pay for them to be executed professionally Furthermore, he didn't even have proper commercial insurance for defective workmanship to cover such mistakes. The workers left nails all over the property and never cleaned up. His workers and him did another siding job in South Plainfield where they put up Siding without installing insulation first they left it on the front lawn. They had to take the entire siding down install insulation then reside and they still did a horrible job. Wilmur's also posting that he has an A from the BBB when he is not accredited committing false advertisement. In September, I hired them to tack shingles down on my roof. There was poor communication about when the work would be done. When the agreed upon day came, they did not show up. I called and emailed to confirm and Claudio said that the guys would be there at 9. It was already 10:30am at that point. I had to go to work and clearly requested via email that they not complete any work unless I was at home- I did not receive a response to this email and called to follow up. After hours of no communication, I was told that they would come another day. I was already frustrated at this point, but needed the work done. Finally, the day came and when Claudio showed up, he was by himself. I asked if he was going to complete the work by himself because the roof is pretty large. He told me that the guys had already come to do it on the first day (where I had to contact them and was told they'd be there at 9am). He was there for my payment. He insisted they came that day, but it isn't true. I was there myself and I think I would've known if someone was on my roof. Furthermore, even when I left to go to work, I have cameras on every side of the house. I was watching the surveillance and no one showed up. I paid him, because I don't believe in cheating people out of earned money, but after my insurance company came back to inspect them roof, it is clear that no work was done. Or was not done to completion (if I'm being generous). Stay away from this company. I've contacted them to have them come back and finish (or start) the work and have been met with voicemails and unanswered emails. I will be contacting the BBB, because this is unacceptable.

The crew was very careful and skillful and thoroughly cleaned up the debris afterwards. They arrived on time as scheduled and completed the work without any major inconvenience to us.
