Last week I noticed that there were some ants on the upstairs window sill, but didn't think much of it until a day or two later. On Thursday afternoon I saw them everywhere and I was panicked. After our first service Devante continued to follow-up via text, seeing how things were going. Today we had a followup outside service and initial inside service. I had also noticed what looked like white fluff, cotton looking stuff on our Hibiscus Tree, and Devante said that it was whiteflies, that I had never heard of! I had a major ant issue and tried to exterminate them myself with home depot off the shelf products. At the time it was cheaper but looking back it was more costly because I had to take time out of my work day to shop these products ,read reviews and instructions and then install them, let alone replace them shortly after. Finally without success I decided to contact Skyline from a referral. To be honest they were a bit more expensive than a competitor I had on my list. But Skyline had better reviews. Reviews such as the tech was always on time, they were professional, they followed up, there was a 30 day guarantee. All this that the other competitor didnt have, and even had complaints of the complete opposite. I could appreciate Skyline's professionalism that past customers raved about. I even had the opportunity to speak with the owner Chris, who also took his time explaining the difference between competitors pest solution and his and how they have superior solution used in hospitals and corporate offices they contract with. Rafa the servicing tech was on time as expected. Very nice, professional and patient listening to what and where the problems were. I've never met someone so excited spraying pesky ants. He wasnt bothered that I stood next to him chatting about anything related to ants. I was told it wold take a few days to see result, but it really only took 1 day. Nearly a month later I saw a few more ants in the problem area and contacted the company via their online portal used to communicate with clients. Staying true to their 30 day guarantee, Rafa came back and sprayed the whole property again just for safe measure. No more ants have returned and this was mid Oct. when we had a heat wave. It took a while for me to review but I felt I had to complete this as I owe Chris, Rafa and his crew gratitude for the memorable and pleasant service experience. This pest control company came out to my apartment today and sprayed two squirts behind the dishwasher. Pull the oven out and push it back and said oh those are flies. We all have flies. My response is you haven't had to live with flies from September till now and you have not been able to use your kitchen or cook at your own house when I was told that they would be coming out to spray the whole entire apartment not just pull the dishwasher out and spray it two times here less than 2 minutes and then leaves. This is a company I would not recommend to anyone that need their property or their homes spray for anything from September till now. We've been dealing with rodents in the wall and constantly flies. We have reported it to vector sector. This is the second pest control company that came out the first pest control company. I guess they did not like what that technician said when he was here two times. Well this one was a horrible pest control person to come out and spray. He was unconsiderate disk caring of anything and tells me oh well. We all have flies no and then he says well. The red ones are flesh. Eating flies I go. Wow! No kidding. I had the service for 6 months. Not much of a difference from before to now. I talked to the owner of the company and ask why my neighbor is paying less than me and his explanation was because she's a member for 18 years. Anyway I notice $65 a month it's way too much for 10 minutes work of spraying in my backyard and I changed my plan to quarterly but they never told me quarterly will be $90.00. Same wirk same timing.The owner called me back and he literally gave me an option take it or leave it he was very rude and unprofessional I cancel my service. Parker services my house and I had a very large bug that had gone in between the foundation in my kitchen. I texted Parker and he willingly came over and sprayed in the foundation and got the actual bug and killed it. He is so nice and responsive and told me to text him any time. Our home was overrun with ants both inside and outside. Ants were in our kitchen, bathrooms, pantry, cabinets, baseboards, dishwasher, etc. We never had a pest control service and I wasn't sure if our situation could be handled. We have battled ants using traps and spraying poison but we just couldn't stop them. Anthony from Skyline came out to assess the problem and then carefully explained his plan to rid our home of ants and told us what to expect during and after he sprayed and used a liquid baiting agent in various locations. What I didn't expect was that nearly all the ants were completely gone inside our home by the next morning. I also found 4 dead queen ants in different areas of my home. About a week later we spotted a few ants in two locations in our home and outside so we called Anthony. He arrived at our house an hour later to re-spray and laid down some more liquid bate. Given the extent of the infestation, I assumed a touch up would be necessary which Anthony confirmed. Huge shout out to Anthony, he's really terrific and listened to our concerns. We had a bug infestation suddenly make itself known in our vacation rental in the middle of high season. I called three other places and the earliest they could inspect was three days later and another couple after that to actually treat. After speaking with Jonathan and explaining our situation, he was able to get someone out to us to inspect and treat that same day! He was very professional and walked us through the treatment process and was accessible to answer any follow up questions. Our technician Rob was on time and very professional and thorough. Honestly, I would not go with any other pest control in OC. The NICEST people work there. Abraham came to spray my house ONE time years ago and I haven't seen an ant since. My tenant had some ants and I called Skyline again. Chris, who i believe is the owner, told me that I might even find someone cheaper if I call my HOA first. I mean, come on, what company would suggest something like that? Everyone I have talked to from Skyline has been trustworthy and kind. I rarely leave feedback but I had such an exceptional experience with this company, the owner Chris and Jose that I felt anyone going through the stress of seeing pests indoors , in my case it was mice, should read this and hire this company to be relieved of the anxiety. I never had pests indoors, with covid everyone was having issues with rodents and I was no exception. A true nightmare. I had 2 big companies visit only to be told they won't do anything inside but put traps outside. Useless. They wanted me sign A six month contract, all about money of course. A friend referred Chris and skyline. They came over , sealed all entries to the house, put traps inside the house and were in touch with me constantly to see how things were going.
