We needed a glass table top for our new softwood dining room table, so we contacted Glassma for a quote. The entire process was extremely easy to understand, and they explained the nuances of different glass types to a layman like myself. Delivery went like clockwork. Definitely going back to them for additional work (showers, mirrors, etc)

Monday morning I called to get a price on replacing my cracked coffee table glass top. The woman gave me the company email address to send in a pic of the glass with the dimensions and said if I send it in today, she would contact me Tuesday morning with a price. Early Thursday morning and got absolutely nothing returned so I sent in a follow up email. As of noon, again no response. Business must be great not to follow up with a potential customer. ****UPDATE: A couple hours after posting to Yelp Scarlett at Glassma emailed me back saying that "their manufacturer doesn't do beveling on glass" and they have to pass on the job. It took almost a week to let me know that they cant do the job. Its up to you fellow customers if you want to deal with a company that performed like this.

It was great doing business with Reza. You can call at anytime with questions and he answers, no voicemail. I had an entire window crack due to heat from our misplaced grill. He offered to replace the window type as is or I can opt for a sturdier tempered glass. I chose the tempered. His quote was competitive, no hidden fees; he showed up exactly on time, finished within 2 hours, and cleaned up after himself.

These guys are top shelf and amazing. I had a window break on my ski condo at the top of Snoqualmie Summit due to ice and weather. Without hesitation the owner came up to handle, assess, and make the deal. With snow on the ground and cold conditions this repair took two trips. There was no issue from measurement to installation. Beyond just replacing the window and being done I received advice on what would be the BEST due to a reasonable analysis. It was by no means an 'up sale' but a true professional opinion I knew was needed. This company is my go to for any glass needs and has made me a loyal customer. You too will be treated the same. At the time I was worried for only 7 reviews but took the leap of faith. Worked out awesome!

In the midst of getting our house painted, we accidentally completely broke a window while prepping for trim late last night. I was having trouble finding anyone to come out to replace the glass until I talked to Reza! He came out early the next morning (all the way to Tacoma!) and was able to custom cut the glass to fit into the window perfectly. He was professional, kind, and I appreciated that he cleaned up after the job was done. I also appreciated that he gave recommendations on how to avoid the same thing happening again with our windows in our old house. Thanks Reza!

This is the shower door that was repaired. Thanks again to Reza!

Approximately two years ago, we had a frameless shower door installed. Unfortunately, the door needed to be adjusted because the glass on the top part of the door started to rub together. After not receiving any response from the initial company that installed the door, I contacted Glassma using the online message form. Reza responded immediately. He came out adjusted the door and now it works perfectly. His price was very reasonable, and they guarantee their work for one year for any adjustments related to the same job. I would highly recommend Glassma for any glass shower issues you might have. They also have 24/7 services for emergency situations. Thanks to Reza for taking care of our issue so quickly.

I just had one of the glass panes in my sliding glass doors replaced. Reza was fabulous! Everything had to be perfect by him, which of course I loved! Reza was thorough, courteous, professional and on time! He even cleaned up any mess and the complete sliding doors after he was done. The job was done within a timely matter and I didn't have to wait months to have somebody repair my sliding glass door. He will be doing my future windows and doors for sure!

I specifically asked if there were any additional costs, materials, delivery, anything, and he said no, everything was included except staining & sales tax. I got another quote, which was slightly less than his price, but given that he was recommended by Frank, I choose to work with him. When the door arrived he quoted me 4-6 weeks to install the door, I kindly thanked his time and said I would rather work with someone else as I would like get my door sooner than later. He said he can do it sooner and sent the door for staining. After the install, he handed me an invoice for $3,600 plus tax. When I questioned it, his story kept changing: * First he said it was for extra materials and delivery, the same things he told me were included. * Then he stated that the trim was so expensive and that he had to go get it. * Then he claimed staining alone was $1,800. I called the staining company directly. The actual cost was $900. At that point he continued being evasive and aggressive. He eventually offered a $400 discount off his inflated invoice. Needing the project done, hoping that I never have to deal with him, I paid $3,200 and moved on. We agreed on $2,500. I paid $3,200. The difference was built on lies. Avoid.

The door arrived with the painted frame and Jack took it to the vendor to have it stained for us. In the mean time, we searched for a paint that matched the door. When Jack brought the door back to us, the stain was too light. Not Jack's fault, but the staining vendor's. Jack went to bat for us and arranged to have the door restained. He even picked the door up at our house, again, and took it to the strainer. The stain was finally the right shade, and Jack brought the door back to us. He was always very gracious about having to make several trips. Ian did the door installation, and he did an amazing job, considering out house is 47 years old, and nothing in our house is plumb or level. The new door looks beautiful, and we couldn't be happier! We definitely recommend Jack's Construction.

I got bids, and was the most impressed with Danny L at Signature Windows. We had a tight deadline because the home was going on the market and access to the window, especially in the rain, was really challenging. Meeting the deadline, and the safety of the installers, were non-negotiable. Danny came out the very next day to measure the Window From Hell and, not only did he give me the best price, but his company was the only one that had all the scaffolding equipment readily available at no extra charge. The window arrived sooner than expected, and installation was quickly scheduled to meet the deadline. Then we hit a snag: some epic rain made the cedar roof too slippery for safe conditions. Brent and his crew of expert (and very brave) installers rigged up a safe way to haul this brand-new Mother of ALL Windows up to the second floor and install it using very long ladders, secure scaffolding, and harnesses. I think we had 4 or 5 installers for this job. It took all day to get the old Window From Hell out and the new Mother of All Windows installed. But what a job! Perfect caulk lines, perfect cleaning of the glass, perfect clean-up of the job site, indoors and out. Job done ON TIME, SAFELY, and at an excellent price. If Signature can handle my Window From Hell, I am very confident they can install ordinary double-hung windows that exceed your expectations for quality, price, timeliness, and workmanship. I highly recommend Signature Windows.

We suspected this would be an expensive project, so for years, we just put it off. Finally, last year we decided to get it done. In addition to the closet doors, we also replaced 5 interior doors for "free" (I say "free" because there were other costs associated with the interior doors). Yes, this was an expensive project--there's no sugarcoating that. BUT, it was worth it. Someone comes out for initial measurements. Then, you go to the showroom to pick your doors, and get a breakdown in pricing. The cost of the doors adds up quickly (e.g. knobs, installation cost, etc.). But, they're not trying to pressure you into anything. Once you place the order, it takes several weeks for the doors to come. In the meantime, someone comes back out to do more precise measurements. The install took a full day and a couple of hours the next day. After watching them work through some challenges with the install (e.g., crooked walls), I began to understand why it costs so much. I mean, I don't think we would've gotten close to the same results going with a big box hardware store. It's been about a year, and our doors still look great. It seems to be due to moisture which would be expected of a bathroom. We were told the only thing to do about this is to sand it down and repaint and that this is not covered under warranty. Disappointing. Even more disappointing when considering that our old door which the previous owner spray painted with cheap paint they had used for the rest of the house held up much better and never bubbled like this under the same conditions and for much longer. Initial service and experience was 5 stars but those aspects are short-term interactions. The durability makes it 3 stars because durability is something we have to live with. It was also something we were initially sold on when Rich claimed their doors had superior durability due to the painting process and type of paint they used.
