This company is FAR from professional and should be your VERY LAST option. I ordered a PC with them on black Friday this year. I waited over a month for the PC to ship. When I finally received it, it had a lower tier graphics card than it was supposed to have, and the invoice said. When I contacted the phone support, they told me I was wrong, and it was ensembled correctly. I got in contact with the customer support supervisor who admitted yes there was a mistake BUT we cannot afford to fix that mistake as "it was a listing error". They told me I could keep the system I had or just return it for a refund. This is just not acceptable; customers wait all year for holiday sales, and they take advantage of people by "listing errors". I truly wonder how many people out there have a Skytech PC that doesn't have the parts they paid for in it and don't even know. read more

I was looking to part together a decent gaming pc, was very expensive that being said, looking around i came across gamestops website showing a sale on a decent gaming pc from skytech gaming. it was cheaper then piecing it together part by part. i was skeptical but the reviews were good so i bought it. Very happy with the purchase. had no issues with any part of the purchising part very easy. Then the pc showed up on time. OMG i know right... so far so good, then i open it and check out what i had bought, it was very specifically packaged, everything was there and in perfect condition, came with installation and setup instructions, easy to follow, if you're not computer literate.. Everything was there and in brand new condition.. hooked it up and plugged it in... BAMM!!! it works YAY!!! I bought a basic skytechgaming pc through Newegg Dec 2020 for my son and it was an easy startup right out of the box. About 10 plus months into use the SSD hard-drive failed. After contacting Newegg they pointed me to Skytechgaming to address the possibility of a warrenty replacement. I got an immediate response from customer support to confirm the pc I purchased and the particular hard-drive within. They helped me to diagnose my issue and then arrange for replacement with a similar grade hard-drive. When I received the new drive, the support person helped me with the installation of the harddrive and the Windows software. As a final step, I was able to register my purchase to get additional warranty time for my purchase. Honestly this place is trash as fuck. Valerie aka supervisor has no remorse for no one. She only cared for herself & funny everybody protects her wrong doings. For instance, co workers couldn't even use the restroom because they weren't doing enough product. She would even follow them inside the restroom. When there's a family emergency, she doesn't give one fuck but let them suffer because her numbers are not high enough. Do not buy from this place. I just purchased my 2nd Skytech gaming rig and I'm really looking forward to using it. My husband and I are big MMO gamers and really play all different types of games and both had the same Skytech gaming pc before but my one fan started to go so I figured I'd buy a new one before I ended up without and thought I'd upgrade the Chronos. I emailed tech support on my other system and they were very fast getting me some answers to my questions and suggestions of how to try to correct so I'm hoping that great customer service continues with this one should I need it. I wanted a prebuilt gaming PC that would be getting me the ability to run all the games I've been wanting to play without breaking the bank just because of the brand attached. I got a Chronos model from them and have really enjoyed the beauty and speed of it. All my games run well and the one technical issue I have had was taken care of with skill and by a very kind tech support worker. I have gotten so many compliments on the look of it and even my friends who build their own PCs felt it was a good product for the price! I found out about skytech from Gamer's Nexus. For the longest time I was not a fan of prebuilts at all- Bad cable management and bad mystery meat components. Steve convinced me that skytech makes a competent product and once my PC actually arrived, I was greatly impressed- the quick start guide actually required me to open up the case, including the cable management space to retrieve the power cord, and I was pleasantly surprised by just how good of a job they had done managing the cables in my PC. They do not appear to have cheaped out on any components and everything is correctly assembled- a miracle among prebuilts. read more

I'll admit I was nervous. I consider myself tech savvy but with this being my first PC, researching for computer parts was overwhelming, especially during the shortage. I landed on a modified pre-built from Skytech after watching a review video. I got it a week later and I fell in love with my Shadow 3. I did have some minor download speed issues starting off with but the support team has been great. i bought a $1600 computer from theses idiots and it keeps breaking every 4 months. the first time it broke they replaced the motherboard! how could a 4-month-old computer need a new mother board!?!?! after another 4 months it breaks from the exact same problem!! customer support says since this time it's out of warranty i can go fuck myself. and what's even better the piece of shit who works there actually had the balls to say, " well it worked for 4 months right?". i would have beat the shit out of that kid if we were face to face. this company is a serious scam. read more

I purchased this Chronos Pc about a year ago had no issues. Started Streaming On KICK Tiktok and been using OSB with filter on. I've Played the new Ark game MW3, and other games with no issues am really happy with my Pc. This is a great start up Pc Highly Recommend and Skytech Gaming has a awesome customer Service. Not only did I get a prebuilt at a really good value, but just as important, when a case fan broke soon after I got it, customer service was quick, helpful, and awesome.
