System board crapped out in less than 2 years. Even an initial setup was very tricky and was…read moreworking very unstable. It eventually stopped working but I wouldn't know what components are bad. Replaced CPU and RAM, removed GPU but still won't boot. Just red LED lights indicating CPU and RAM problem which I already replaced. Opened a ticket with ASRock, described what I have done, email comes back from support telling me to do the bunch of things I've already done which are mentioned on the ticket. So I replied saying what I have done are already mentioned on the ticket so stop wasting my time and let's move on to the next step and the attached photo is the reply I got from the support person. I work for IT support. Not to mention I would never say things like that to my customer, I've never seen a support reply like that as a consumer. I think their product is so garbage, they must be frustrated themselves too. If you have a garbage product, at least have a decent support people.

First with a ticking, then the fan started as well and ultimately led to the unit overheating. It was the water pump that needed to be changed and a fan. I was quoted from $480-$892 for parts and labor. I was floored when Bill quoted me significantly less than the $400! He ordered the parts today and drove out to Tustin and repaired the unit same day.
