When I got the rug back it stunk. It stinks so bad that I'm am embarrassed to have people over. I myself don't even like coming home now because the smell is so bad. Especially after I paid $250+. I figured for that price, the whole rug would have been submerged and cleansed. I also got add on services like pet smell removal. I don't think that happened. Rug still looks very dirty and when I got it back it was full of dust. Calling it a loss and probably going to give it away to goodwill. Now, we go to a kiosk, plug in our phone number, stuff a numbered bag with our laundry and put it down a shoot like the post office. Surprisingly, it works. Two days later, I got an email and text telling me my laundry was ready for pick up. Back to the kiosk, only this time telling it I'm here for a pickup, and a conveyor belt brings the items to kiosk. My sport coat even came on a nice hanger. It's a very slick process. But I still haven't figured out how to ask for spot treatments; or choose laundry over dry cleaning. And ultimately, I got a note saying that some stains/spots couldn't be removed. Nu-Yale seems to be one of the few dry cleaners in the area, thankfully, they do a pretty good job.
