I have a very long story that started back on Jan 11, 2017 about what I went through with some…read moreCompanies (one that just "showed up" after my neighbors house caught fire and spread to mine, and then lol, one of my Insurance companies contractors), to make the story short as possible, let me just say it was a horrible experience as I caught them in numerous lies, & they were NOT thorough or into the small details, at all. I was beyond frustrated, tired, stressed, and so disappointed. And THEN, what I will always call absolute fate, I found Flood & Fire Solutions doing an internet search, spoke with a very sweet & understanding receptionist at the MaComb office who put me on the phone with Craig who took all my information, and gave it to Steve Waga out at the Saginaw location and said Steve would be getting a hold of me to follow up and they would help me get everything taken care of. WHICH Steve did (and if my memory serves me correct, within the hour) and all i have to say is from DAY ONE, Steve has kept his word, been nothing but kind patient, professional, and understanding and always follows up on all my (prob) silly ocd questions and concerns, handled all the chaos I had been going through with my LESS than amicable & honest Insurance adjuster and has all the certifications necessary that made it impossible for her to deny & dispute things that needed to be done. I CANNOT say ENOUGH good things about this company, in addition to Steve, everyone that has been out to my place to review the work that needs to be done (Tom, Larry) have also been kind, professional and understanding as well. I am so grateful I found them. I would put them up against any other company just from the experience i have had to date. I work in the Automotive Industry as Supplier Quality so I KNOW how important it is to try and keep Customers happy when the calls & emails do not stop coming and far as I am concerned, Flood & Fire Solutions, Inc is ON POINT, and i will HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone needing this kind of help. And when the work is complete, I will post again, but just wanted to share what my experience has been with them to date.

This company (Josh's Seamless Gutters) put gutters on my house, they did a terrible job. Left nails…read moreall over, left all the old brackets from my old gutters down spouts on the house, and places they did leave holes, never even put something to fill them in (simple caulk would have worked). Two sections hold water due to not being properly leveled to allow a decline towards the down spout, and they put a gutter downspout right where my door frame is, for my garage man-door (cannot put a storm door on my garage anymore). Not to mention the end of one of the poorly leveled gutter is dripping water, last i remembered the water should flow to the downspout not out the back where it is capped off (this is a gutter company and they could not figure this out?). Now I have a cool mosquito farm hanging from my garage, literally put a mosquito dunk in it. Use a different company, this one does not care about quality, they were done before I knew they arrived.

Bell's landscape designer created a layout that was low maintenance, enhanced the front of our house and needed no special care. It's been over a dozen years and it still looks fantastic. Bell's crew just completed spring clean up on our property. They are extremely professional and demonstrate tremendous attention to detail. We have multiple flower beds and a park-like back yard. Every single bed was cleaned, dead stalks cut away and removed, leaves blown out of every crevice, manicured around all the trees, fences and structures and all branches and winter debris removed. They even used a shovel to clean up the accumulated winter crud at the curb in front of our house. The lawn is beautifully manicured and all clippings and leaves whisked away.
