When I came the second time for the refill the person stated that I could not do a refill and that instead I needed to do a completely new set. I am upset that the nail tech lied to me. Never coming to this place again I do not like when the nail tech told me one thing and then charged differently. It is a very predatory tactic. Highly disappointed with my experience. Also for me they put something on my feet and it burned. One of my toes was left with a burn mark. The nail tech also didn't really understand English so it took her awhile to take off the product so I had to dip my foot inside so I wouldn't burn the rest of my toes.

I've been repeatedly nicked around the cuticles, and during my most recent visit my nails were uneven in both length and shape. Unfortunately, due to the lack of attention to detail and consistency, I don't plan to return. I would strongly encourage future clients to carefully double-check everything during their service.

I've came here many times now & service has been good but this is unacceptable. I will no longer be a client here. I should have stayed away when I was told they will refuse service if someone brings their own nail supplies if they are not "qualified". They assured me they clean their equipment properly but I think not now. As someone that has worked in the medical field you don't just autoclave only, you clean your utensils prior too. I did not see her open a clean tool pouch to remove the dirt from underneath my nails and she just returned it to use it another client. Nail polish is sloppy on the edges and massage was maybe 2 mins. The whole service was $62 + $1 to use credit card and $5 tip...all for 15 mins!!! Never in my life have I spent that much for such quick service. Usually takes an hour. This explains why a place w so many chairs was near empty on a Friday evening. The girl next to me came in maybe 5 mins after me and she was done at the same time as me. She had a pedicure and not sure if a nail fill or a nail fix but she had 2 people working on her and she was done in 10 mins. I wanted to talk to her outside to see if she had come here before but it was dark and I didn't see her. I'm a stay at home mom and it's difficult for me to get out yo get pedicures done.
