I picked out a nail polish color. There are polishes in 3 different areas. Not a good look. Call me OCD if you want. Polishes should all be in one area and a bit organized by either brand, style or color. Not saying that it should be perfect, but it was hard to find what I was looking for. I needed a full set and a pedicure. I'm not sure who my manicurist was, but she was nice, once I sat down. I asked for a curved style tip and, by the end, there was no curve. Although, I do have to say, I'm satisfied with the finished look. Not exactly what I was looking for though. One thing that went wrong was that it was painful when she filed. And got a little aggressive with the dremel. My nail beds are very sore, and I bled in 3 places. She did not acknowledge the blood on my finger(s). Also I was given a pedi the old way, not in a spa chair. I was a little disappointed, but hey, whats a girl to do? I have a toe nail that is growing a little thick, and asked for it to be filed down a bit, to smooth it out. Didn't happen. She did honor me by not cutting into the sides of my toe nails, as I asked. When it came time to pay $60. Wow. That's expensive for a full set and a pedi I won't be coming back, due to the painful filing, and the issue of not delivering what I was asking for. Luckily, I had enough cash. They should take credit/debit. They would have more happy customers.

I informed him it was one of my relatives & inquired to why that was necessary. He opted not to respond, so I opted to take pictures. I informed him if he tries to charge the card, I would return with unaligned energy. I am so over businesses focusing more on the bottom dollar instead of extending basic customer service. Especially with an unwelcoming & condescending communicative tone. Now the Universe knows Mama Kat doesn't play that. Culture differences are irrelevant to basic kindness. However, I chose to go a different salon, as getting cut while getting my nails professional done is a huge deal-breaker for me.. Cut to years later, a couple of my friends were raving to me about their nail lady Theresa who happened to run this salon.. Yesterday, I could not drive all the way to Buckhead to get my nails done, I decided to give TNails another chance.. The older tech who did my pedi was sweet and courteous. The mani one; a young girl.. I noticed she was applying way too much nail polish on the nails that she cut way short.. globs of polish.. as I moved my hand, one nail touched my other hand while switching hands for her. She gave me this look fit for a 5-year-old who was seriously misbehaving. I said, "sorry".. again, she glares at me, and proceeds to try to fix it without just redoing it.. I asked to redo it. She kept telling me,"you needed it up".. In the midst of this, I notice my pinky had a little nick, which I pointed out. She FLIPPED! I asked her not to do my nails and to just stop. She kept mouthing off, walked off, got herself a tangerine and proceeded to peel it and eat it at the work station right across from me. The older lady that did my pedi, came over and kept apologizing for her and insisted on doing my nails. There were two other patrons at salon, they were both horrified at what just went down.
