PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! My nails started chipping the very next day I got them done at this place. I have photos to show. First time at this location. I ask for an acrylic fill in and gel. I work with my hands so I need my nails to be pristine at all times. She starts on the fill in and I immediately ask "can you please file down the nail to an acceptable length" she says " reshaping the nail is an additional $10" to which I have no choice but to agree to. After she's done filing them down, I noticed they are uneven, at least 6 of my nails were slanted. I asked that she please make them straight, and she continues to file them slanted. I spent a good 15 mins having to review her work to make sure she didn't leave them uneven. After that, the gel coats. She applied the first gel coat and one of my nails started to crack, I told her about it and she accuses me of hitting the top of the UV machine. I've been getting my nails done for the past 3 years for work, I think I know to be careful and not hit the top of the machine, yet, that was her first assumption and she accused me. Very disappointing. After a few days I noticed another one of them crack and realized it's their poor quality materials that were cracking on the first layer. To top it all off , after I left, I noticed horrible bumps on all my nails, and two of them started to crack immediately the next day. They are horrible. I was so embarrassed to show my hands at work to my clients! Please see the photos for yourself. I want to preface this by saying the nail tech was really sweet but this was a disappointment. I'm currently on maternity leave and have limited funds but wanted to treat myself since I just had a baby and saw the $55 promotion for an express mani and pedi and figured it was a good deal. My mani was fine, there were some bubbles in the nail polish but I figured it wasn't worth bringing up but my pedi was really disappointing. I booked this mainly for the pedicure since I'm on my feet a lot since I have a newborn and I have callouses on my feet and even with an express pedicure other nail salons use a pumice stone to get your feet soft and get rid of callouses. This salon only used a sugar scrub and I didn't realize it (since I was trying to relax) until after I paid and got in my car. This sugar scrub didn't do jack (why would it, it's a sugar scrub) and now I gotta head home and try to redo my nails. I wish this salon would've stated they only use a sugar scrub cause no other salon (at least the ones I've been to here in vegas) would only use a sugar scrub and no pumice stone. Again, this was a disappointing experience and I paid $60+ for this and I'll never come back here. I guess it doesn't matter since they got my money already but I highly recommend people to book somewhere else if you're looking for a solid express pedicure. read more

I hate the be that person but, here we are! This was my 2nd time come to this nail salon and I will never be back. 1. Infuriated at the level of assumption the techs had with my concerns of paying $25 soak off fee after barely hitting a 3 week mark for gel x nails. 2. The customer service is terrible and there was absolutely no level of compassion or empathy for my experience! I came here may 7th snd received a gel x full set! I was under the impression gel x is much better for your nails and would at minimum last 3 weeks. Upon returning for my appointment on May 27th I had to pay a $25 soak off fee because "several nsils were lifting"!! The issue is not the fee, the issue is the application of the nails and the fact that my nails were lifting at week 2. Whoever initially did my nails be hard gel under the gel x. Apparently this isn't normal and the technician who did my nails yesterday complained the entire time about the hard gel. Yet, when I spoke on her complaints (that she stated directly in my face) she made it seem like there was no problem. Mind you, the person who initially did my nails doesn't even work there and it sounds like for good reasons considering I had a crappy nail job. Furthermore, the lady walked up to me and said "are you ok you seem upset" .. in that moment I knew I was being judged for feeling as though a $25 soak off was absurd for 3 week old nails I JUST GOT PUT on! The lady who started my nails never returned because she had a headache. Yes, once my nails were done, she came out on the phone, with her nails freshly painted. Which leads me to assume she expected me to be a difficult customer! MICROAGRESSION at its core! I'd also like to point out that she painted my nails with acetone on them and then put oil on my hand to take the acetone off. No alcohol, no offer to wash my hand and then offered lotion!!! Sadly, I came to get my toes done too! Of which, I didn't complete the service because my experience! Booked the $55 express mani pedi plus $5 extra for gel removal, and was less than impressed. Firstly, the technician was different than the one on my appointment details. The service was meant to be 1 hour and 40 minutes, but took under an hour to complete. I booked for 6:45pm and it felt as though it was being rushed because the salon closes at 7:30pm. The gel removal was uncomfortable and slightly painful and the polish color did not match the swatch I chose. Overall, not worth saving a few bucks. read more

Place is small a little to cozy for me. Chairs are sadly not big girl approved.Customer service was good she was really nice. I just got these done yesterday. Saw online for 55$ I upgraded + 35$ not sure why I got charged 68$ + 35$ it was a regular pedi nothing special feet in water with a scrub and gel for toes and acrylic nails with gel. Sadly the black already started chipping on toes and on acrylic nails . I saw a previous post and it was black as well maybe the quality of that black gel isn't good.. like I said the girl was sweet but it was not what I expected. read more

I heard about this place on TikTok and should have known to attempt to connect with them via phone before stopping in. The location is neutral. The nail salon is in a very small plaza, about 5 businesses so parking is limited. When I walked in around noon, there were 3 women being serviced, no one in the waiting area. The receptionist advised me that they had no openings for the remainder of the day and could look into booking one in the future. I said no thank you and walked away. read more

This place is awful. They essentially kicked us out after my mom had asked to please use nail clippers on her toenails instead of filing them cause it hurt. She said they don't do that and said they were going to end our service. We literally left with polish on one foot cause they made us leave before they took it off of both. I found this place on social media & decided to give it a try but was honestly left really disappointed. My nails lasted less than a week before they started lifting, 9 days into having this set one nail broke off & when I called them to see if they could fix them they had me wait 5 hours before I got a response. That whole time they had called in the tech that did my nails to get her side of the story & when they called me back they asked why i didn't just choose what I usually get which is acrylic. The tech had me in her chair for 30 minutes & wasn't able to get anything to stick. She said I had flat nail beds which is why gel x or acrylic wouldn't work. She suggested doing builder since that's the only thing that would work for my nails. The way they handled this whole situation rubbed me the wrong way which is why I won't be coming back. The owner said she would only cover the repair of my nails even tho the full set was poorly done, there was no cuticle work done even tho I paid for a manicure to be done. My nails look like I've had them on for over two weeks with the amount of overgrowth on my nails. The owner talked to me & said nails won't last long on me because I had flat nail beds & they will pop off in two weeks, she said that her tech told her this happens to me a lot (pretty much saying it's my fault), when I mentioned to her tech that nails never last longer than two weeks & it's bc nobody told me I had flat nail beds. She tried to come in asking why we aren't doing a full set ??? BECAUSE YOU SAID ONLY THE REPAIR WOULD BE COVERED, i'm not going to drive across town & pay for. whole new set a week after getting the first set done. it's just ridiculous the way they handled this entire situation. I'm not the first person in the world to have flat nail beds, they just have inexperienced nail techs. Tan was the tech that fixed my nails & she was amazing! She made me feel confident in her work since she has experience with flat nail beds. In the pictures you can see how no cuticle work was done & what they look like after a week in comparison to the three nails Tan fixed up for me. My friend & I both came together & her nails broke off 3 days after getting them done. When she went in for a repair they added builder over the gel x & it was left lumpy & took HOURS. She also won't be coming back, having inexperienced nail techs is one thing but not taking accountability & trying to redeem yourself is another. Don't give this place your business. Not even the pedicure was worth it, all they did was paint gel polish over my nails & called it a day. read more

I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. The owner personally booked my appointment and gave me one price, but when I arrived for my appointment, the nail tech told me the owner "messed up" and suddenly the price was different. On top of that, the service itself was not good. I ended up having to come back the very next day because there were issues with my nails, and instead of handling it professionally, the tech blamed me for the problem, even though I've never had this happen at any other salon before. I made an appointment for myself and my wife for a spa day for her birthday. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We both loved it. We didn't encounter anybody not speaking English and we're not knowing what they're saying. The prices was fair and the whole vibe was absolutely perfect. If there's anything negative, I would say the place is a little small but very personal. We will definitely be back. read more
