I am 6'3" and these are the MOST comfy pedicure chairs around. It is really hard to relax when you're cramped from lack of leg room and your back starts to hurt. Not here! Was bored and wanted a walk-in pedicure. This place was the only one I called that could get me in which is a plus. However there's much to be desired. The instruments are multi use that they just "sanitize" in between. No one offered me color choices until I asked for some to look at. Last but not least they pulled a warm towel out to put over my legs and it had a ton of artificial nail clippings stuck to it the artist just picked them off in front of me and left the towel on... My toes look somewhat ok; definitely a lot of polish on the skin. Overall I doubt I'll be back. read more

The people were super nice but both my nails and my mom's nails were brutalized. They cut our cuticles too short and caused bleeding. 3 days later our nails still hurt, cuticles still have scabs, and our nails are way too short. I got gel and it got color underneath my nails that you can see because they cut them down so short. Also filing was pretty bad. Left a hang nail so I had to file that myself. Their tools didn't look clean or fresh out of any sanitary packets. The location was pretty crowded even tho the shop was not. I won't be back but I appreciate their kindness. read more

I went to this salon for years and originally had great service. Within the past couple months, the customer service went from friendly and welcoming to rude and lazy. I used to go here for acrylics which they advertise $15 for a fill and basic polish. Last couple times i came for a fill, I was charged $30+ for two toned nails. A very simple, fast polish. In addition, I always make an appointment ahead of time and end up waiting a half hour + after my scheduled time. Plus, any time I ask for any type of designs that take more than a minute or so to do, I'm told that 1. It cannot be done or 2. I just get an attitude. I used to love going here and was very loyal to this salon up until all of this has been happening. read more

I can honestly say this was the BEST nail salon experience I have ever had. Total hidden gem! My good friend and I decided that we would spend some girl-time getting our nails done for her birthday and before the company holiday party. We were warmly welcomed into the shop and immediately seen. The nail techs (younger guy and a girl) did some beautiful work, and let us chat comfortably with our coffee while they worked. It's not the typical nail salon, where the techs talk endlessly and rudely in their native language. I'm bilingual, and find it rude when a person CAN speak English but doesn't in front of people who don't speak that language. Especially customers. They don't do that here and it really makes for a nice experience. The sweetest, friendliest and most professional people you will ever meet. We were treated so respectfully here, and that made us so happy!!! My friend was very happy with her gorgeous manicure (and impressed with the great hand & arm massage) and my red pedi was perfect. The price was awesome too! They are doing everything right here: genuine customer service, beautiful work in a cozy little salon. Happy to tip big here, the staff deserves it! This is my new salon.
