Nam is the best nail tech I've ever had! Her attention to detail is unmatched. I'm very picky when it comes to symmetry and shape, and Nam is pickier than I am. Her husband Alan is great too! I typically have Nam do my manicure while Alan does my pedicure. Name is also great at color matching polish colors to skin tones. I'll tell her which event I have coming up or which holiday I want to dress up for, and she'll pick out the perfect color for me! She really has a great eye when it comes to detail, symmetry, aesthetics, and colors! Since she is the most popular tech at the salon, I recommend making an appointment in advance! read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The entire appointment was painful from start to finish. The technician was extremely rough, and I was uncomfortable the whole time. What bothered me even more was that instead of focusing on what I asked for, they kept trying to upsell me and convince me to get a completely new set and additional services just so I would spend more money. In the end, I wasn't happy with the result at all. The nails did not turn out the way I wanted, the process was painful, and I felt pressured into spending more. A friend and co worker always go here and comes back having beautiful nails. However, I went there last night and this was not my experience. I thought I picked something very simple (gel airbrushed French tips) I left with thick, uneven, and painful nails. There was so much white overspray on my skin, I still have it a day later. They also filed so deep that blood began to show on 2 fingers. It wasn't the shape, color or anything like the picture I showed her. I do not want to say her name because she was a very sweet lady. But I wasted $100 dollars and I was there for 3hrs. As soon as I got home, I went to work removing the nails. It took me another 3hrs. To remove. My natural nails are now damaged. I am sad and I hope others do not have this same experience. read more

I've been to this salon a couple of times to get my nails done. While they do a good job with solid colors, I've been disappointed when it comes to designs--even ones that aren't complicated at all. During my most recent visit, I showed a picture of the design I wanted and specifically asked if it could be done on my shorter nails. I was ready to choose an alternative if needed, but the technician assured me she could do it. Unfortunately, the result didn't meet expectations. The design wasn't scaled down properly to fit my nails--it looked messy and unfinished. On top of that, my nails were uneven & not shaped properly. I had to go to another salon just a few days later to get them fixed. Spending $80-$90 for a result that left me dissatisfied just doesn't feel worth it. I really expected more care and precision, especially for the price. The staff there is nice & friendly and I appreciate that. But there are better salons in the area that offer more consistent quality at a better price. read more
