I'm going to post photos with this review because Emigh always has the hardware I need and it is mostly in the cutting room as they call it. Fantastic knowledgeable customer service, rewards program adds value, seasonal plants this business does business right. I also love how they partner with local scouting programs. If I am competing a project, odds are I will visit Emigh more than once to get it done.

On top of that, Kira the checker went above and beyond helping my mom. She no longer had the Ace Rewards app on her Samsung phone and wasn't sure how to check for coupons. Kira patiently helped her download the app, get everything set up again, and even found a $5 coupon that my mom was able to use toward the purchase of her screens. On another occasion, Ryan helped my mother-in-law with her kitchen remodel. Ryan was patient, knowledgeable and gave her all the information she needed to get the ball rolling. Every time I came here. All three times and and I've not lived in SacTown very long. The customer service here is great. The staff is always friendly and welcomes me in. They answer questions, they provide service. They explain the return policy when there is something other than a normal return. I was looking for a particular item and could not find it. The man took me to where the item was supposed to be. He said that they were out but he would get more from the back. Two minutes later he returned with my item and replenished the empty spot. The store is always neat and clean and the shelves are always neat and well stocked (see above). I go to Harbor Freight to get items at discount prices. I need a couple of blue tarps to protect my lawn when I hug up an area. The tarp was going in to the trash afterward. Why spend $30 at Lowe's when I can spend $7.99 at HF?? This is a great HF stor and I will continue to shop here.

WOW What a GREAT Plumbing Supply House!…read more This appears to be a very complete Plumbing Supply house. When Home Depot or Lowe's doesn't have something they ALWAYS tell me to, "Go to Ferguson, they have everything." This was my first time to go to Ferguson. I needed replacement rubber gaskets and seals for a Two-year old Kohler Toilet Tank that was leaking. So I called and the man I spoke to told me that they had all the necessary for the make & model of toilet and just come on down. So I did...And They DIDN'T. The man that was helping was VERY Helpful and knowledgeable. He told me that the model was no longer manufactured. He went around looking for parts trying to get them all together. It was raining really hard and went out to another area and came back in with a Kohler Toilet Tank Box that was badly rained on. I had An URGENT Matter that I had to attend to and it was almost 4p. So I told him that I had to go. I gave him my name, phone number, and email address and told him I would be back the following day. I came back the next day about noon and apparently interrupted his lunch (SORRY) but he was friendly and got up, walked over and picked up a Kohler Tank box and handed it to me. I asked how much do I owe - he said nothing - it's yours! I thanked him and loaded it in the car. So when I got home, I started taking the new pieces off and looked and thought - why dont I just swap out the ENTIRE Tank?? So that's what I decided to do. After I got the NEW Tank on, I tested it a Bunch of times and determined it was a SUCCESSFUL Repair! NO LEAKS! Thanks you guys! I guess I was lucky that my toilet was no longer made so I got a new complete tank, and a quick repair!!
