I came to Audrey at Salon Envy asking for gray blending and a haircut. I had a hard line of grow out with golden blonde hair below, and a mix of gray and ashy brown in my grow out line. Audrey quickly chose some cool colors that would blend better with my gray grow out. She also understood my fine texture could not handle layers, but looks better with textured ends. She cut and colored my hair. I could be more pleased with the results. It looks and feels natural, and that harsh grow out line is gone. (My former color also competed with my natural color eyebrows, and now they compliment one another). My hair can be very hard for people to color, but Audrey chose the right color combination for what I was asking for right . Thank you so much, Audrey! I had a last-minute emergency for my wedding day hair and the salon owner herself, Nicole Earl, came to my rescue (even though she does not normally do Wedding hair as she did it for years). She was utterly amazing and professional and so good at her trade she didn't need to book the practice session like other salons request. She explained her process and my hair as she went, handled my crazy mum and family barging in, and kept at it until we were both happy. Her personality was professional and direct- calm and relaxed even under pressure while explaining everything to a quite nervous/ emotional bride. The finished product was gorgeous and looked stunning! Everyone commented on what an incredible job she did and the hair held up even through all the hugs and sweat from the hot HOT day into the long night dancing and celebrating. In a small town where some businesses loose their professionalism this salon does not. I am an A-type perfectionist personality and this salon passes with flying colors. Heidi is THE best at cut, color, you name it. But the real thing that separates her from the rest? How amazingly well she listens to you and helps your vision come true.
