The pigment did not stay in my brows and I was left with brows that were two different colors. I was told multiple different things; to let the pigment push through, people with my skin type or who bleed a lot don't get good results. I felt as though I was blamed for not having a good outcome. I followed the after care instructions very well. After months of asking if this was normal I finally got another appointment 3/18/21,which I was charged $100. I would save your money, I feel like I wasted $500. In addition, when I had my appointments, the atmosphere was unprofessional. She was taking personal phone calls throughout the appointments and at one point was talking poorly about one of her clients that another esthetician was seeing across the hall.

Her catalog of work on social media was the number one reason I reached out to Kristine and I was impressed with how quickly she responded and her flexibility in making my appointment. She reached out to me beforehand to ask me some health questions that seemed very standard for a basic procedure like this and asked if I had any concerns or if I wanted to do a skin test ahead of time to check for any adverse reactions... I wasn't too worried and declined the additional skin test. When I arrived at my appointment I noticed everything in her office was clean/ sanitized and of course we wore out COVID face masks throughout the duration of the appointment. In mapping my eyebrow I noticed she was very thorough and allowed me to be collaborative on my preferred shape and size of my eyebrows. When I showed up, laura noticed that I had volume lashes vs classic. I've only been getting my lashes done for about 2 months so I didn't know the difference. She explained explained to me the difference between the two and told me she didn't want me to be disappointed because I was used to the volume. She suggested a couple people who could do the volume lashes for me and even called them to see if they could fit me in before I left for vacation. I was absolutely blown away by her honesty and customer service level. I ended up having her do a removal of my old lashes and a complete classic set. She was so sweet and a great conversationalist.
