I also would advise you to find a different laser removal because after almost 2 years, 7 sessions, and over $700 I feel like my tattoo has barely faded. Not to mention I repeated asked the tech to send me the progress photos and she never did. I became familiar with the tattoo shop so I decided to do a touch up on my finger tattoo that I had originally gotten done by an artist in a different state. Keep in mind this is the most simple tattoo you could ever recreate,  I wish I would have grabbed the needle gun with my left hand and just did it myself! I'll include before and after photos of the original and post ink session. He just kept going over it and over it because he couldn't get the lines straight. When they realized I had this ugly, black blob on my finger, they zapped it with the laser right after he took the needle out. They made me pay for everything and their only solution was to laser it again in a month but refused to offer me a complimentary laser session. Don't go here!!

There are some areas where I was disappointed with my visit that I feel can be improved upon. Because I am a new client it would have been nice to receive a welcome email or phone call with instructions for my visit. I didn't receive anything instructing me on what time to arrive or what to expect. Because of that I arrived at 8am for a 9am appointment due to the site saying you have an hour beforehand to use the facilities and I thought I would need to be changed and ready at 9am. At 8:30 I tried the doors again because I saw a receptionist inside. The doors were still locked. She looked annoyed but unlocked the door and said I could come in. I explained I had a 9am appointment and probably needed to change which is why I was early. The facilities are impeccably clean and quiet, so that was a positive. It was a relaxing calm environment, which is what I was looking for. It would have been nice if someone showed me around and explained how to use the saunas and rain shower though since it was my first time. For the treatment itself, the woman was cordial but was very rushed. It felt like she was trying to get through the treatment as fast as possible. She was rough instead of being slow and ensuring the experience was relaxing. I was most looking forward to the scalp massage but she was so rough it was painful and felt like my hair was being ripped out at times because she was going too fast. My hairdresser gives a scalp massage so I know what a proper one feels like. The description of the treatment also said I would receive a mint foot rub, which I did not. After the treatment I was told to shower. There was no soap or shampoo available and my hair was full of oil. When she came back I noted this and she said there was shampoo in the locker room. Showering again after the treatment would defeat the purpose of the lotion being applied at the end of the treatment. So my choice was leave with oily hair or shower again and rinse off all the lotion. After the treatment I was taken back to the main area and still hadn't been given instructions on how to use the facilities. At checkout I was asked how much I wanted to include for a tip. I really dislike when I'm asked this in a busy area with other clients present behind me as it's uncomfortable to bring up issues then and I feel pressure to tip even if the service had issues. I would prefer being able to write it down on a receipt. I emailed the spa about these concerns and asked them to reach out to make it right and I have not heard from anyone. For the price the service is subpar.

Which lead to multiple visits. This included stitches, cauterization and two more times under his knife and 6 courses of antibiotics. Treatment during surgery was as barbaric as it could have gotten. I could FEEL him cutting my insides. Had to actually yell at him to stop touching me and numb me. His response "I don't know why this is hurting" this was also a response while getting stiches while I was crying. While under his care I recived Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and Ecoli. Resulting in an open wound. Overall I felt unseen, unheard and frankly abused.
